25/05/2025: Stumbled upon this place and had a wonderful experience! It was the best gnocchi my boyfriend has had in Italy so far and I tried cuddlefish for the first time and it wear great. Starter bread was also the best we’ve had in Italy so far. The prices were more than reasonable and the service was great!

The fish menu was simply exceptional: very fresh raw materials, dishes with attention to detail and authentic flavors that won over all the guests, from the youngest to the most demanding. The service was impeccable: courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail made the experience even more special. The welcoming and familiar atmosphere of the place helped create a serene and festive climate. A sincere thank you to all the staff for making this important day even more unforgettable. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended for those looking for quality, elegance and warmth.

28/04/2025: Non ho avuto dubbi qualche mese fa a chi affidare un evento che per noi era molto importante... la Tavernetta è stato il nostro primo e unico pensiero. In un mondo dove puoi aspettarti tutto, loro confermano un'eccellenza! Serietà, professionalità e cuore caratterizzano Giovanni e Andrea. Il ringraziamento da parte di tutti per come hanno gestito tutto.

30/04/2025: I had the duck Parppadelle al ragù, it was really excellent! The setting is magnificent, the decoration is superb and the staff are very helpful.

22/04/2025: We went to dinner at this restaurant on the recommendation of the manager of our Airbnb and we didn't regret it. The dishes and wine were excellent, the welcome warm, the setting calm and romantic. The best pasta dishes among many tasted during our 3 day stay in Venice. A good address to discover.

14/05/2025: We briefly visited Caffe Saraceno for afternoon drinks while admiring the Rialto Bridge. Mossimo was our server, he was prompt and charismatic. We loved the house Pinot Grigio & Aperol Spritz. The food looked great, too! A perfect spot for views of the canal and Venetian architecture.

I saw in many restaurant reviews that people said that the Italian risotto rice is too hard and Chinese people cannot accept it. This time I tried both and found it delicious. The clerk at this restaurant is also a gentleman and cute. The clerk said "Are you crazy about him (pointing to my husband)" I said "Of course" the clerk "That's good! Because what follows will be! Very! Romantic! (Light a candle 🕯️)" My husband and I were careful all night, afraid that the candle would tip over and burn the decoration of his cabin. 2025.04

29/05/2025: I was excited to stay here after reading so many positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was kind and welcoming, which I genuinely appreciated. I had booked a double classic room without a view, and I was perfectly fine with that. What I wasn't okay with was the terrible smell in the room. I didn't notice it initially when I dropped off my bags in the front area of the room and went out to explore Venice. However, when I returned late that night and laid down, I realized the bed and sheets had a foul odor. I hoped it would be resolved after housekeeping came the next day, but unfortunately, the smell persisted. The room should not be in use--it reeks of what can only be described as moldy dead rats, and the odor is particularly strong around the bed. I don't blame the cleaning staff; I believe this is an issue management is aware of. The condition of the room, especially the bed, is unacceptable, and it's troubling that guests continue to be placed there.

Very helpful, polite and prepared staff. Good pizza. Prices are a little above average considering the quality of the products. Possibility to eat first and second courses, also fish and salads.
