22/02/2026: Authentic Italian experience. We arrived just as they were going to close after lunch (weren’t aware of this custom) and when they found out we were Canadians, we were ushered to a table and treated like we were long lost relatives they hadn’t seen in years, incuding free shots of some flavorful Italian liqueurs. Son was the waiter, momma was hostess/kitchen help and poppa worked the kitchen. We were familia! No Italian on our part, no English on their part, they just used the Love to make it special. ❤️❤️

04/05/2026: It wasn't the most delicious meal in Florence, but it still tasted good. Unfortunately, the service wasn't great. The restaurant was very loud, and unfortunately, my clothes smelled bad afterward.

27/04/2026: My partner and I ate here on a Saturday evening. It actually started off quite well; we were greeted and quickly got a table, even though the place was busy. After our order was taken, only my partner's wine arrived, followed by his food. He had ordered an appetizer and a pizza; both were brought at the same time, so the pizza got cold. We had to point out to the waiters that my drink was also missing. The young waiter apologized but then brought a Coke, even though I had ordered a Coke Zero… (But he was the only waiter who apologized for the delay/forgetting). After asking again, my food finally arrived, but the waitress practically threw it onto the table without a word (after an hour, and unfortunately, it didn't taste good either, completely swimming in oil). The owner came to all the tables (all local Italians) and asked if everything was alright, made small talk, and asked about dessert – at every table except ours. This gave the impression that tourists were not necessarily welcome as guests.

18/05/2026: We'd been here before a few years ago, and we returned for dinner on Saturday evening. We've always had good food, but this time we felt they'd achieved excellence in every way: generous and consistently delicious dishes, but above all, obsessive customer service, exceptional staff, and the owner, despite it being a Saturday evening, provided incredibly fast service and everyone was eager to know if everything was to our liking. Rating: 10

27/04/2026: We're now at home here. The food is excellent, both gluten-free and gluten-free. There's ample parking, and in the summer you can eat outside in the cool air. If you're passing by, stop by.

17/05/2026: A fabulous little restaurant that we came to at the recommendation of our Airbnb host. We had to book in advance and pay a deposit. It was well worth it. First the ambiance and service were wonderful. The fried mozzarella was a really fun dish (think very very refined Italian version of mozzarella sticks!) We had 2 of the pastas with seafood and I didn’t want the experience to end because of how tasty and well balanced the flavors and textures were. To top it all off the baked ricotta and berries desert was one of the best deserts I’ve had. I think it was seasonal. We left wishing we had time come back here again. Highly recommend.

09/05/2026: What a wonderful discovery! A truly quaint, welcoming venue with a unique style, perfectly embodying Tuscan hospitality, style, and the way the evening unfolds. You dine in a creative setting, meticulously curated, and with a truly pleasant atmosphere. We ate well, paired with a good glass of wine, and the musical bingo made everything even more fun and original. A wonderful and unique experience, where good food, conviviality, and atmosphere blend perfectly. And of course, we also had the chance to purchase some wonderful T-shirts! We'll definitely be back!

09/05/2026: Disclaimer: Dinner with Sabina and Matteo, customers of the Antico Fattore (Oll iu hen itte Tuscan menu). There's no kidding here, or as they say, don't fry with water!! Nothing to say, guys! The appetizers are so good they would give even week-old bread a purpose in life. The porchetta is amazing, not to mention that pasta timbale, which was an aphrodisiac experience. The four first courses are so good they could go to four restaurants! If we had already had enough of the second courses, we would have ordered them eight more times. The coppa with mustard and caramelized onions was the eighth wonder of the world, are you really stupid? Dinner could be described as the apotheosis of carbohydrates; to get up from the table you'd need a gun license... Giacomo (the owner) has created a restaurant suitable for all ages with a striking pop art style. A fantastic experience, we'll definitely be back. And you?! What are you waiting for??!!! Go to Vaiaa, otherwise vaiaaa!!!

08/12/2025: I love lychee and when I read reviews of their unique lychee cocktail, I needed to stop by for a drink. It didn’t disappoint. The staff were so welcoming and the actual aesthetics of the bar were very cool.

03/05/2026: I hadn't been back for years, it's changed management. I hadn't been back because they'd expanded too much and it felt more like a festival than a restaurant. We made the mistake of going on a Saturday night, and despite having a reservation, there was a frustrating line for a table and a strange "table-hopping" system where a table for three became available and they were looking for a group of three in the line. Sorry, but did I book or not? It's nonsense, something I've never seen anywhere else. Otherwise, once we managed to get a table, the service was courteous and fast, the food was good, and the price was okay. I'd go back, but not on a Saturday night.

18/05/2026: This restaurant was so amazingly perfect! Came here for my cousin’s wedding welcome dinner and the service was great! There were over 40 of us in our party and the owner, Enzo, took such great care of us all! He was so attentive and patient and made sure we had everything we needed! The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing! Anyone visiting Florence, I would 1000000000% recommend this cute place. 02/12/2025: We went to the Testina restaurant and had a truly wonderful meal. Ivan, the owner, immediately makes you feel at ease thanks to his friendliness and the passion he puts into his work. The quality of the fish is excellent, and the meticulous selection of ingredients is evident. The dishes are highly refined, both in their preparation and flavor, meticulously crafted and truly surprising. Impeccable service, a pleasant atmosphere, and high-quality cuisine: a restaurant we'll definitely return to. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.
