14/05/2026: We chose this restaurant by luck after a long cycling trip, and this was the best place to end the trip. Really great pizza and pasta! 10/10 and the service was lovely ! We had Osteria del gusto pizza, sphagetti carbonara and piceri pasta!

10/05/2026: Good quality food, friendly and fast service. I recommend a visit, and I'll be back. The price is very reasonable, I'd say affordable.

29/04/2026: Deliciously executed food with great professional service. Went in on a Sunday lunch without a reservation and was able to grab a table. Possible that the fried calamari and prawns could have been enhanced with a citrus aioli to cut through the fried food but nevertheless was great.

30/03/2026: Excellent. Less location, more food! So, we're in for a treat. I spent €45 per person, which is a lot considering what I ate. The quality, even in the simplest dishes, stands out. I wish there were more restaurants like this!

08/05/2026: We just returned from a 3 week honeymoon in Italy which required a LOT of planning. I normally am not one to leave a review, but we relied so heavily on them to plan our trip so I wanted to share my experience to hopefully help someone else out. :) This was the third stop of our trip. And if I had to describe this hotel, I'd say it's like a luxury bed and breakfast in the rolling hills of Tuscany. The property is gorgeous and the staff was very accommodating. However, be aware, this hotel is not walking distance to really anything so you will either need a car or will need to hire a taxi or a driver to get anywhere. We ended up paying over $75 in 1 day just to get to and from the town of Cortona which is about a 10 min car ride away. Also, when we were there in April, I think we were 2 of maybe 6 guests on property. It felt almost eerily quiet. This is definitely not a hotel that you would come to for the fun atmosphere. Its more of a relaxing, luxury, and romantic get away. The staff does a nice job to help coordinate any plans / logistics that are needed. And I would highly recommend making plans for each day that you are there. We really enjoyed the wine tour that they coordinated for us. I do want to give a special shoutout to the food because the breakfast and dinner that we had were always fantastic! However, be mindful that that their kitchen is closed on Monday nights and so are many of the local restaurants. We found ourselves in a bit of a predicament after our wine tour, so we had to have our driver bring us to a grocery store to get some food. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Just do your homework before hand so that your stay can be as enjoyable as possible!

13/01/2026: This place was so serene and quiet this time of year (late December). The staff was attentive and accommodating and the food... so good! Worth staying here for couples. I would say it's romantic. But, we also saw a couple of young families. You will be spoiled if you stay here. We will never get a better breakfast spread anywhere. They set the bar high!

18/04/2026: If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Terrible service, incredibly slow, rude waiters. It took more than 45 minutes to eat an appetizer; we arrived at 2:00 and the main course never showed up. We got up and left. We also had a 1.5-year-old baby. Terrible experience!

17/04/2026: The restaurant at Hotel Minerva was a nice surprise. We enjoyed a bottle of local wine and Tuscan specialties, all very delicious, local, and homemade. The service was excellent.

30/03/2026: The only real hotel in Arezzo, along with the Continentale. I remember the days of manager Emilio. Excellent restaurant. Impeccable service. The building is over a decade old, but still intact and welcoming. A cult property in Arezzo.

01/05/2026: The food is good: the menu is quite unique, and the quality of the fish is excellent. Some dishes are less impressive than others, but overall, they're good. The desserts aren't up to par with the rest of the menu. The service is friendly and generally adequate. The sommelier is clearly very passionate and skilled, always offering impeccable advice. The wine list is unique, extensive, and well-curated. The setting is clean and well-maintained, but the tasteful decor doesn't match the atmosphere and prices. The bill is a bit steep.

12/04/2026: This beautiful restaurant is located in the historic center. The food is excellent. I had a truly exquisite risotto, a fresh and tasty seafood appetizer, and the tiramisu was also superb. Fast service and very friendly staff. Recommended.

The heartfelt hospitality, etc. The food is excellent, plentiful, and features unique dishes prepared with love. Breakfast is absolutely delicious! We felt right at home with Bea.
