People from outside the hotel come to dine there.
Large and comfortable rooms, attentive staff and a varied breakfast.
28/01/2024: Average hotel in terms of room and services, the rooms could use some sprucing up, excellent breakfast, we also frequent the restaurant often, but this last time we were a little disappointed, menu a little changed, desserts different than last time in flavor and composition, good presentation of the dishes, excellent starter, first course and second course with meat, but I repeat, a few months ago it was much better I would have given it 5/5, discreet service especially from the waiter, a little better from the waitresses of room, environment of the new room very interesting, elegant, reserved, very fast service. The qualities for improvement are all there. I will gladly return, in the hope of finding better service from the staff, and desserts like a few months ago.

The only flaw of this place is that there is little air exchange. Perfect location for quick lunches of the week.

04/03/2024: Siamo andati in questo ristorante per caso, trovandolo su internet ed è stata una bella sorpresa, bel posto, curato, servizio veloce, cibo ottimo con tanta varietà, porzioni abbondanti ed è anche molto economico, ci torneremo!

Surreal situation...booked at 8pm we show up at 7.55pm, there were like 25 people waiting for the takeaway, we sit down and after 30 minutes they deign to allow us to order a water and 2 glasses on the third call, in the meantime others pass by 40 minutes with the door completely wide open and more and more people doing takeaways, the people in the room completely ignored.
I would point out that we had 7 very simple dishes, nighiri, gunkan and 1 roll each, so preparation was almost simple, at 9.20pm we finally managed to eat, which was a shame because the quality of the food was truly excellent

Slow service with very distant staff
Different flavors with too many combinations with flavors that hide flavors, for a mediocre result.
Tried two appetizers, a first course and a "Japanese salad"
Spaghetti without infamy and without praise, the rest left us with the feeling of "unsuccessful experiments"
It's a shame because the fish is really fresh and of good quality
19/02/2024: I have been to this restaurant several times for dinner, the last time last week. Excellent quality food served to perfection, really good raw fish accompanied by excellent table service. It is certainly a high-level venue but not exclusive.
I highly recommend it for a good dinner as a couple but also in company. In the summer it is also very nice for the tables outside which are located in a beautiful Piazza Aretina.

11/12/2023: Ci siamo ritrovati a mangiare in questo ristorante (l unico disponibile per quella sera).
Ci fanno accomodare in una bella tavarna peccato che ci fosse un forte odore di pipì di gatto,infatti girandoci notiamo un tenero gattino che gironzolava per il locale.
Iniziamo con gli antipasti;quello misto nella norma,i crostini invece erano un piatto da 4 crostini tra cui uno con olio e sale uno con dei fagioli borlotti buttati sopra e l altro con una frittatina che se li mangiavo a casa li avrei fatti meglio,questi 4 crostini 8.50€.
Delusi passiamo direttamente al secondo prendiamo due tagliate di vitello peccato che sembravano piu due bracioline in padella,buona ma nulla di che e assolutamente non da 16€ ce ne andiamo dove recati al banco per pagare ci viene “offerto un caffè” che poi ce lo hanno anche messo nel conto il tutto per la bellezza di 80€.
