26/07/2025: A restaurant that's an institution: 72 years of Livorno tradition passed down from father to son, with authentic, straightforward, and unfussy cuisine. You come to Antico Moro for one thing: fresh fish, cooked to perfection. The raw fish is excellent, served simply and with great respect for the ingredients, and the appetizer of polenta crostini with seafood sauce is a real treat. The first courses are very good, rich and flavorful, like the penne with crab. But it's when grilled that the fish is at its best: sea bass, bream, sea bass... they bring it to the table for you to choose. It's truly the best grilled fish I've ever eaten. I say this as a Palermitan accustomed to recognizing and eating good fish. Perfectly cooked, authentic flavor, white meat, the scent of the real sea. It's a family-run restaurant, and you can taste it. The atmosphere is warm and sincere; you feel like a guest, not a customer. Anyone who loves authentic seafood will find their home here. And finally, I love the chocolate gelato and Livorno-style punch, served as tradition dictates. An experience that tastes of Livorno, the sea, and family. One to return to, always. My father-in-law has been coming here for at least 60 years, before my partner was born. So, too, I've embraced this true Livorno family tradition with great pleasure (and happiness for my taste buds).

30/05/2025: I ordered some takeaway pizzas specifying that I wanted them without the olives. Once I got home I opened the box and there were both the olives and the whole burnt edge.

30/07/2025: The location is beautiful. The service is kind and friendly. The food is good and the ingredients are high-quality. The prices are slightly above average since you're paying for where you sit, and it's definitely worth it.

31/07/2025: We went to this restaurant over the April 25th long weekend with three other families. We ate very well, and they took great care to accommodate my gluten-free menu. 30/07/2025: Extremely pleasant staff, incredibly good food and reasonable prices, I can only recommend this establishment. We went there twice with 4 adults and 3 children and no problems, really very good restaurant

14/07/2025: Lovely restaurant just off the amphitheater square. It's great that they offer a welcome drink. Delicious cheese and sausage platter. The risotto is also delicious, and my wife and daughter say the pizzas are excellent. In short, highly recommended if you're in Lucca.

12/06/2025: Family-run hotel that from the first moment gives the feeling of being welcome and being looked after with attention. Hotel Sileoni is composed of three buildings, I stayed in the Antonio building in a single room rather small, but sufficient for three nights. The hotel is located in a very quiet location near the beach and in a few minutes walk you can reach bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. I would gladly stay here again.

14/07/2025: I came in for an ice cream, which I had to get myself because no one paid attention to me. I was reprimanded by the owner for making sand on the floor. I'll refrain from commenting further.

11/07/2025: The fries were fried and raw. They were soggy. Terrible food, perhaps the only redeeming feature is the pizza. Unless you're willing to wait 40+ minutes for a diavola and a marinara... It's 9:50 PM, we arrived at 9:00 PM and still nothing. The atmosphere is okay, close to the sea, but sometimes the smell of sewage can creep in. Good luck if you have kids. The atmosphere is like a port. Waiters are almost nonexistent and they serve tables randomly, good luck!

26/06/2025: Quiet place, friendly and helpful staff. Good pizzas, well-cooked dough and good toppings (in the photo is the Campana) and the appetizer the pasta basket with gorgonzola fondue and parmesan with fried pears. . Definitely good and enjoyable!!! Easy to find parking nearby. Normal cost.

30/07/2025: We stumbled upon Nedo's thanks to their Instagram page. We immediately knew we'd landed in an atypical restaurant. Nedo is a unique character; we can only understand a quarter of what he says (he speaks in a strong Tuscan dialect and uses various politically incorrect filler words), but he has a heart of gold. He organized the dinner (we trusted him completely, especially since he gave us little freedom of choice) and brought us a huge pan of spaghetti allo scoglio, followed by several tasty, homemade seafood main courses. We met Nedo's wife, the head chef, a lovely woman and truly interesting to listen to. Special mention goes to the little performance Nedo gave us, singing in an apron with breasts. Everything was really good, and we paid a pittance (less than 30 euros each for a feast of food and wine). In the end, he didn't charge the only girl who didn't eat fish. Highly recommended restaurant, Nedo and his wife are sweethearts, eating at their place is a unique experience in every sense.

28/07/2025: Tramite passaparola siamo andati da Nedo. Trattoria di paese non adatta a chi ha la puzza sotto il naso. Il titolare e la moglie sono i numeri uno! Il cibo è davvero ottimo e con prezzi bassi. Peperonata dell'amore veramente divina, e patate fritte che ti sbloccano un ricordo... Come quelle fatte a casa. Polpo affogato e frittura mista al top. Se avremo occasione torneremo sicuramente.

08/08/2025: Since it was summer, I enjoyed the large and well-maintained outdoor space. The menu offers both meat and fish dishes, as well as pizza. The latter is offered in a higher-quality Neapolitan style, called DOC, rather than a lower-quality version. Both are very good and topped with quality ingredients. The quality-price ratio is excellent considering the service provided.

07/08/2025: Stunning location, especially in the summer, with the beautiful Aqaba garden. Quick and super friendly service; you can tell the staff is eager to help, which is definitely a plus. The menu is well-curated and varied, unlike other restaurants. The pizza is easy to digest and made with top-notch ingredients, and the appetizers and main courses are equally delicious. Ideal for both couples and evenings with friends, I'll be back often!

31/07/2025: I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of some friends who had raved about it. I therefore had very high expectations, especially given the truly picturesque location and the rather high prices. I ordered a spicy salami pizza, precisely because it was recommended by someone who had already been there, but unfortunately, I was immediately disappointed: the pizza was small, extremely thin, and with very little toppings. Looking at the dishes at other tables, it seemed like a common problem. Not satisfied, I decided to try the mixed fried fish (€19), expecting a generous, high-quality portion. Here too, however, I was clearly disappointed: two shrimp, a couple of anchovies, and a dozen tiny squid rings. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend this place. I do, however, give credit to the courteous and professional staff and the truly beautiful location.

20/07/2025: Ristorante a conduzione famigliare a Viareggio. Io e i miei amici ci siamo venuti due sere di fila perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo praticamente provato tutto il menù. Niente da dire, tutto ottimo. Qualità della materia prima alta, cucinata bene e i gestori del locale sono gentilissimi e sempre con il sorriso. Il conto è giusto. Qualità prezzo imbattibile.

27/06/2025: Ho appena cenato qui e mi sono innamorata della cucina e di chi lo gestisce. Il mio menù condiviso con mia figlia: lasagna al branzino fresco (fenomenale!!!!!), fritto misto ( non unto, abbondante e gustoso), pepata di cozze (mia figlia le ha divorate) e patate fritte con buccia ( croccanti e gustosissime). Non sono riuscita a mangiare il dolce ma la lista proposta era davvero molto attraente. Anche il vinello della casa era fresco e adatto ai piatti mangiati

08/07/2025: Every time I dine here, I'm always delighted. The ingredients are top-notch, the service is always prompt, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. One of the few places with truly good buffalo mozzarella.
