04/10/2025: Fantastic local restaurant, run by a husband and wife. Frequented mainly by local Italians. Owner doesn’t speak English but very friendly and we were able to communicate. Wife cooks fantastic Italian seafood dishes and husband runs front of house, serving everyone. Beautifully cooked seafood dishes. Best compliment I can give is; we have been twice already and because it was consistently good we are going back again for lunch today. Highly recommend

18/09/2025: The service was rather inadequate and condescending; compared to other tables, it was quite obvious that minimal effort was being made, even though only four other tables were occupied. While the food was fresh, nothing else had been done to the ingredients beyond simply frying them; they weren't seasoned, and the portions were far from filling, even when eating several courses in a row. One secondi piatti, for example, consisted of the following ingredients: a prawn, a halved squid tube, and a tablespoon-sized piece of tuna, placed on top of something that could, with considerable effort, be identified as a vegetable. Other restaurants in the immediate vicinity serve significantly larger portions of decent quality for less money.

12/03/2026: Friendly staff and great prices, good pizza cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I ate there with friends, and they were also pleased with the experience.

18/02/2026: I had dinner on Valentine's Day with my partner in an elegant atmosphere. The fixed menu dinner was all seafood, superb! Excellent food, beautifully presented! Everything was top-quality from start to finish, including a digestif. The competent and friendly staff pampered us throughout the dinner. A truly beautiful evening, accompanied by an unexpected gift: a delicious plant from the restaurant, which is not a given. We will definitely be back. Superb!!!

19/03/2026: Nice restaurant close to the entrance of Funicolare to Certaldo Aldo. Reasonable prices and good food. Pappardelle and Pici were excellent. Very friendly lady serving us and we felt welcomed. When we were there no tourists just local guests which is usually a good sign.

15/02/2026: A restaurant in the main square of Certaldo Basso! Very cute both inside and out! The staff was very attentive and courteous! We came for both lunch and dinner! We were truly satisfied! Everything was delicious and even better! I highly recommend it if you happen to be in Certaldo! P.S.: The nice thing is that they welcomed us even though we had two dogs; the waitress came right over with a bowl of water for the dogs! It's a shame they can only give it 5 stars! I would have given it at least double.

01/03/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant opposite the Porto Santo Stefano pier, with an elegant, well-kept, bright, and welcoming atmosphere. It's a shame it doesn't directly overlook the sea. The service is impeccable, as is the quality of the dishes we tried. It's certainly not cheap, but the price reflects the high quality of the food. Definitely worth a try!

27/02/2026: A restaurant with a good metre, very friendly and courteous service, with the right attention to detail. We went there for a simple lunch, ordering an appetizer and grilled fish. The appetizer could have been improved, but the sea bass was cooked just right, and the deboning service was excellent. The location is right on the port, with a lovely veranda.

16/03/2026: We had booked with The Fork, they cancelled the reservation with the reason "closure of the restaurant" instead, passing by us to reach another restaurant we see that it is open...

13/03/2026: Truly excellent restaurant in the Darsena district of Viareggio. A charming and well-kept venue with a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the service was attentive, friendly, and professional. We started with a five-course appetizer, each one more delicious than the last. This was followed by a sublime Viareggio-style risotto, and truly special paccheri with calamari and shrimp. To finish, a homemade dessert: a simply wonderful strudel with ice cream. An experience I absolutely recommend.

13/10/2025: Disappointing experience We booked through the number provided, which sent a link on WhatsApp to complete the reservation. Everything seemed perfect: I received the official confirmation and even a reminder message the same day. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. We tried to contact the number provided, but it was either non-existent or deactivated, making it impossible to get information or assistance. The situation was extremely difficult for us: there were six of us, with two small children, in Procchio, where there were no other restaurants open that evening. A disappointing and unprofessional experience. The reservation system should be managed with greater care and reliability.
