25/04/2025: The location is nice but the service is terrible. We ordered fresh fish with grilled veg and roast potatoes. The vegetables and the potatoes arrived after half an hour from the time the fish was served. Obviously we ate the fish alone cold without the sides. When we complained with the owner he was extremely rude, saying What can I do ? Of course you can do a lot plan better . They had only one waiter and in the kitchen only one chef , tell me how they can manage. Avoid at all cost

27/05/2025: Posto fantastico immerso nel verde con una vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Castellammare. Ambiente pulito e curato ed un menù con piatti eccezionali, pesce freschissimo! Personale squisito e qualificato.

24/05/2025: Sea food and fish was fresh and good. Service was disaster where the order was totally wrong and late with 12 Osters instead of 6, no shrimps and side dish was also wrong. Very strange with almost 10 waiters…certainly lost in translation between italian, French English and digital tools.

18/05/2025: We were there almost every day. The best dishes were from the daily specials. The service wasn't always fluent in English, but it was super authentic. Favorites were the mixed appetizer platter and the fish in a potato crust. It's best to make a reservation on weekends. A definite recommendation!

31/05/2025: Spectacular location..on the sea...we ended up there by chance..welcomed immediately with a greeting of welcome as if we were regular customers who were already at ease. The staff was very knowledgeable in "telling us" about the local catch of the day..we trusted them and didn't even open the menu to choose.. The best choice we could have made!!.Exquisite spaghetti with scorpion fish, never eaten before, and as a second course a local fish that I don't remember the name well but it was something spectacular, very fresh with capers, tomatoes and parsley...sweet almond semifreddo and top wine!! We felt pampered and spoiled..price in line with a lunch of this kind, if it had been higher we wouldn't have batted an eyelid it was so good and quality..a unique experience..it was the perfect conclusion of our trip to Sicily..

Overlooking the sea, with an unparalleled view of the Aeolian Islands and a sunset that seems to have come out of a painting, the restaurant offers a complete sensory experience. The cuisine is a tribute to local fish, with very fresh fish specialties. You absolutely must try the crabs and scorpion fish, the fish appetizers among which, to our great surprise, we found sea lemons! The selection of wines is well curated and perfectly accompanies each dish. The service is one of the strong points: attentive, fast and always friendly. The maître Giovanni stands out for his professionalism and discretion, while Livio, the host, welcomes each guest with warmth and genuine hospitality, making everyone feel at home. An experience that remains in the heart and that is certainly worth living — and reliving.

14/05/2025: In May I tasted both the fixed menu and the "a la carte" and I found everything excellent. Soft atmosphere, welcoming and professional staff. Recommended. Will it be like this also in high season?

08/06/2025: An enchanting place that takes you by the palate inebriating you with shades of blue between sea, sky and moon 🌙. And what about the cuisine? The chef is a .. master chef the best ... he knows how to enhance the flavors making them sublime with a pinch of imagination. Excellent Eden for an unforgettable dinner in an elegant location. J' Adore.

02/06/2025: It's not bad, but not the best. The food was ok, but i woke up to vomit that night. I can't say for sure if the clams weren't fresh or that i just eat to much seafood. As we were 6 ppl and only I got sick i'm giving it 4 stars. The staff is professional and they did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. U have to make reservations before.

24/05/2025: On the occasion of the Bersaglieri National Gathering, we went from Pordenone to Marsala. We enjoyed the hospitality, the food, the wine that we received at Bottega del Carmine! Not only food, wine and service but also a lot of availability! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

23/05/2025: Hermoso jardín, excelente vino, platos maravillosos, servicio atento. No había un principal vegetariano, pero el primero y el segundo eran maravillosos, y más que llenos. Y el postre... tan bueno.
