08/11/2025: We booked a table through The Fork app. They had a 50% discount. They canceled the reservation after a few days without giving any explanation. They did it on a Saturday, a weekend when it's already difficult to find a table. As if we were obligated to book there without the discount offer. What a shame.

24/10/2025: La Prima Dea in Erice was such a lovely surprise. The food was beautiful, full of genuine Sicilian flavour, and made with top-quality local ingredients. The olive oil was honestly the best I’ve ever tasted — I could have happily eaten it on its own! What really stood out was the hospitality. The waiters weren’t pushy or trying to grab tourists’ attention like you often see elsewhere; they were genuinely proud of the amazing food they serve. Service was super quick too, which made it perfect for a relaxed but efficient lunch. We tried the arancini, pane cunzato and panino — all absolutely delicious. And the friendly chap outside, calling people in with his charming Italian accent, really made my day. La Prima Dea is one of those places that reminds you what good food and genuine warmth are all about. Highly recommended!

07/10/2025: Very nice place, on the sea. Really good food. The homemade pasta was delicious. The fried calamari was excellent and light. The peppered mussels were tasty, and the dessert was also very good. Excellent service, accompanied by friendliness and a smile. The price was fair. Highly recommended.

07/10/2025: Without a doubt, and after a week in Sicily, this is the worst and most expensive restaurant we've ever had. The pasta, which they sold as fresh, I highly doubt was fresh. Expensive dishes. They also charged us €3.50 for a bottle of water we hadn't ordered, and they didn't serve it to us.

23/10/2025: A simple stop on a gloomy day in Erice. Genovese with freshly made ricotta and Genovese with cream, delicious and crunchy! The pistachio coffee and pomegranate juice are delicious. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, just like the owners.

19/10/2025: The restaurant's reputation is overrated. The quality of the dishes is uneven: good eggplant rolls with ricotta, swordfish risotto is bland and not creamy. Too bad, the meal is expensive, especially since the 3 euro cover charge is exorbitant. Service is rushed because the restaurant caters to groups.

26/10/2025: This restaurant was recommended by some local friends we met. Besides the beautiful location and the truly warm welcome, we had a wonderful meal! Fresh ingredients, refined, and incredibly delicious dishes, paired with recommended local wines. The experience was wonderful, highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back every time we visit Marsala.

22/09/2025: A charming and refined restaurant, with excellently reinterpreted Sicilian specialties, attentive and meticulous service, and a special mention for the maitre d' and the chef, who are always present in the dining room.

01/11/2025: The service was extremely fast and attentive. The food is sensational. You've never had a margarita like this before – in a good way. The restrooms are very poorly laid out, and there's no men's room.

11/10/2025: Recommended by a friend, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There was little attention paid to the table, and the two entrees we ordered had too much lemon juice, which overpowered the flavors of the fish. The consistency was also too soupy. We left almost everything and didn't order anything else, but I don't rule out the possibility that it was just our taste buds. The bill didn't take anything into account. It was also expensive.

07/10/2025: If you want to taste salt in your mouth, then go for it without hesitation. 2 possibilities: nothing is homemade and they add broths everywhere, where the cook doesn't taste his dishes and he should rethink his cooking. In any case, for the price-quality ratio, move on.

22/11/2025: A terrible culinary experience. After three weeks of traveling around Sicily and trying about twenty restaurants, this one was the worst! The eggplant velouté antipasti: straight from the freezer or fridge, it definitely chilled you to the bone! The salmon and shrimp pasta dish: rather bland/very bland with a hint of soap... Digestion was so-so... The tiramisu and cannoli desserts were probably from the same fridge as the appetizer! In short, the food needs improvement... On the other hand, the service was superb, the staff were attentive, pleasant, multilingual, and friendly.

19/09/2025: We were visiting Erice and stopped in for dinner - what a lucky find! The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome even though we were a little early for their dinner hours. Our dishes were hearty and delicious, with generous portions and very fair prices, especially for the location. We plan to come back for the last night of our trip.

09/11/2025: A small restaurant with a varied menu, and although it may seem touristy, the food is really good. I still dream about the busiate alla trapanese, it's out of this world!!

09/11/2025: A very beautiful restaurant. The architect did a brilliant job placing the Rais's diaries inside the restaurant...the cuisine is above average for Castellammare's tourist restaurants...fair prices for the quality. The wine list is well-stocked. Perhaps the somewhat spartan service lacked a touch of elegance, but that was fine. The monastic cassata was super delicious...Recommended.
