26/02/2025: Wir hatten sehr gutes Essen und unsere Kellnerin war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind da und jeder von uns hatte ein tolles Abendessen und viel Spaß ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

15/02/2025: I have dined at this restaurant many times. You can eat very well, from fish to meat to pizza. I love their couscous, fried cappuccitti, swordfish rolls, linguine with squid ink and sea urchin seafood! And recently a cuttlefish ink risotto with prawn tartare and burratina! Always fresh products and presented in an original way. Among the desserts, the chocolate cake and the almond parfait are excellent. It is a very nice, bright, clean place and the owner Viola, her husband and all the staff are very friendly and ready to give directions and suggestions on pairing dishes and wines. See you soon!

28/03/2025: The staff at Hotel Carmine recommended Botega del Carmine to eat. It was excellent and we had a beautiful evening in this hidden gem of a restaurant with piano music, a garden, fairy lights and amazing service. (Come out of hotel turn left and restaurant is on the left near cacti. It is easy to miss - it has an enclosed garden in the centre which is not visible from the road 10/10. We live in France and appreciate good food and quality. The service was excellent and the meal awesome - their chef is top. The pianist/singer had talent.

21/02/2025: This downtown restaurant did not disappoint at all. The seafood ‘fritto misto’ was light, fresh, and very tasty. I then had their Trapanese pasta with eggplant and an almond and red pepper pesto, which was excellent! We tried their red and yellow tomato salad with capers and olives. Also very fresh and excellent! This is one of the highest rated restaurants in Trapani for a reason!

14/01/2025: Sotto consiglio di alcuni locali, abbiamo scelto di pranzare in questo ristorante. Appena entrati non si può che ammirare la riqualificazione stupenda che è stata fatta a questo antico capannone Florio. Il cibo ordinato squisito e porzioni abbondanti. L’attenzione per i celiaci è straordinaria: La frittura tra le più buone mai mangiate. Servizio attento ma non pressante. Costo giusto per ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Da provare assolutamente!

14/02/2025: San Valentino… senza prenotazione. Accoglienza strepitosa e… mi hanno trovato un tavolo. Mi hanno coccolata e viziata. Carta dei vini… solo bianchi, io bevo rosso. Mi hanno trovato una bottiglia di Nerello Mascalese. Top. La bruschetta di ricci di mare: libidinosa. Il couscous di pesce eccellente. L’aggiunta dell’olio piccante è stata magica. Nulla da eccepire e conto adeguato. Se mi fermassi più a lungo, ci tornerei sicuramente. Fantastico!

In particular, special thanks go to Mr. Emanuele, an exquisite and nice person who accompanied us throughout the evening, making our experience unforgettable. Always present but never intrusive. Super professional. I also do this job and it is not at all common to find a person like that. Thanks for everything 🫶🏻

15/02/2025: Per la prima volta ho mangiato un couscous fatto ad opera d'arte; "incucciato" a mano come da vera tradizione, con pesce di primissima qualità, pistacchio di Bronte e prezzemolo fresco, accompagnato dal brodo di rana pescatrice. Sublime, perfetto, buonissimo. Crudo di pesce spada e di gamberi rossi da togliere il fiato. Tanto di cappello, 5 stelle sono poche.

10/02/2025: Going to Mazzara del Vallo, you can't help but eat the red prawns of Mazzara and therefore I recommend this excellent place. In addition to the freshest fish dishes, with delicious recipes you will find attentive and very courteous service. The red prawn from Mazzara is divine, as are the pancetta and the tuna porchetta. Also try the couscous made with a traditional recipe. Trust me. For €48 per person we left happy and full 😍

08/03/2025: We stopped for a pizza in this place, we chose the delicious pizza, the excellent dough, compliments, nice place, maybe the €3 cover charge was a little excessive. But otherwise I recommend it.
