16/02/2026: Disappointing experience. We booked a set menu for Valentine's Day, so we arrived and were seated, they poured us prosecco, and that was it. For about an hour, despite calling the waiters' attention, no one showed up, so we didn't even have time to have our order taken. We got up and left!! Before leaving the restaurant, we asked if we had to pay for the prosecco poured into our glass, but they gave it to us free of charge.

A busiata, 4 small red prawns, a small fried dish, a spaghetti with clams, 2 salads, and a half-liter of wine in a carafe. No dessert, no coffee. €95 for two is definitely too much! There are better places in the area!

24/02/2026: It's taken me 48 hours to process the euphoria of my wife's birthday party on Saturday, February 21st, and to absorb the guests' comments. There were 23 of us, the room all to ourselves, decorated with elegant simplicity. Regarding the quality and quantity of the food and the courses, just read the previous reviews; I'd simply add: EXCELLENT! The waiters were always present, courteous, professional, and attentive to the needs of the guests and the table. But what I want to highlight is something else: his humanity. The owner, Mr. Salvatore, was truly a gentleman, both in booking the banquet, even taking into account the presence of five children, and in actually executing everything that had been planned with his attentive presence. He is a restaurateur whose primary focus was not financial profit, but the quality and success of the service provided. A perfect restaurateur and host, he's not looking for financial gain, but rather for complete professional satisfaction and the satisfaction of those who return to enjoy the specialties offered at his restaurant. Highly recommended, and even more!

Having two rooms, one practically half full where there's no karaoke and one where you can't even talk due to the chaos, it would have been right to let the customer know when making a phone reservation and ask where they prefer to eat their pizza 🍕. 15/02/2026: Yesterday, my partner and I had a Valentine's Day seafood dinner with very high expectations given our previous positive experiences at the restaurant, only to be deeply disappointed. While personal tastes can influence the food, there were some obvious problems. Water, soft drinks, and wine were immediately brought to the table, but unfortunately, they didn't open them at the table. The appetizers were generally decent; the shrimp cocktail was a real treat, excellent, as were the swordfish pearl and the mussels au gratin. The octopus carpaccio was drowned in oil and flavorless, the salmon tartare with orange mayonnaise lacked even a hint of flavor, and the tartare itself was completely unseasoned. The tuna mousse was passable, as was the shrimp and crab fritter. The first courses didn't impress us; the dressing seemed watered down. The trenette with shrimp, pistachio, and asparagus oil lacked the flavor of asparagus, and the lobster panzerotti weren't fresh. The second courses were the same: the stuffed salmon roll was very dry and arrived practically cold. The filling was good overall, but the gratinated shrimp skewer wasn't gratinated and had a strong ammonia flavor. Unfortunately, the dishes left an unpleasant aftertaste. The side dish of baked potatoes with cheese fondue, without fondue, was simply melted cheese that arrived cold and with the consistency of plastic. It definitely wasn't a fondue. Too much oil, too much garlic, too much disorganization. The dessert had been there since the Paleolithic era; it tasted like something frozen years later. I'm deeply disappointed, and I'm sorry because we've eaten very well here in the past, but last night I don't know what could have happened.

17/01/2026: Excellent restaurant on the Castellammare seafront. It wasn't my first time there, and I'm always thoroughly satisfied. Wide menu selection, well-stocked wine list, traditional cuisine with a touch of innovation, and delicious fresh seafood. Excellent and fast service, friendly and patient staff. Excellent value. Reservations are recommended on Saturdays and Sundays and in high season.

31/12/2025: Fantastic dishes! Exceptional seafood appetizer with incredibly fresh fish. Then the highlight...a unique citrus risotto. All topped off with the kindness and courtesy of Salvatore, the true soul of the restaurant. We'll definitely be back.

Io sono un'amante della pizza e qui ho mangiato la pizza più buona della mia vita! Alta, biscottata fuori e morbida dentro. Lievitata perfettamente, cosa che si può vedere dalle bolle sul bordo che restano vuote (come il pane). Saporita, ma non salata, gustosa e altamente digeribile, nonostante il lievito mi crei qualche problema, questa pizza non mi ha gonfiata affatto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, già solo lei vale tutto il viaggio!

The couscous is wonderful, both the traditional one, but for those who love sea urchin pulp and squid ink, then "Il Vulcano" is a must! Excellent sushi!!!! We go back often. Wheelchair accessible with a ramp-accessible bathroom.
