Unfortunately, I can't give a lower rating.
This place is highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
Dinner for 4 adults, 3 of whom had fish caponata as an appetizer (which was definitely not the freshest).
In fact, all three of us felt sick during the night.
The owner was rude and annoyed.
Of the 3 coffees, one was an undrinkable macchiato.
All of this was not very cheap.
A "PAINFUL" EXPERIENCE, one to FORGET.
25/05/2026: A wonderfully situated restaurant on the first floor with a magnificent view. The food was very good – but the owner seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests.

12/08/2026: An absolutely disappointing dinner. For tourists unfamiliar with fish, it might be okay, but when they offer, for example, the "carrellata" (a platter of fish), which includes meager quantities of substandard food for €38, you'd be quicker to write "theft" on the menu. Not to mention the "fritto misto" (mixed fried fish), a minimal amount of calamari plus a couple of shrimp, which should be called "the dish of shame." For those like me and my family who know their fish and enjoy eating it, even paying more than is fair, it was a huge disappointment. Over €100 wasted. AVOID.

05/08/2026: Last night there were 10 of us, two courses each: a starter and two plates of spaghetti, two pizzas, a fried dish, a risotto and four roast fish (two prawns, a slice of swordfish and a piece of cuttlefish), three small beers and two mineral waters, total €449 and where we are in the Riviera Romagnola, never again.

19/07/2026: Good morning, last night we ate at Conte Nero, everything was very good, kind and friendly, we were convinced to take the half tasting, unfortunately we did not ask for the cost for the courses received, a little expensive but everything was good.

16/08/2026: Inedible pizza!!! Porcini mushrooms (or so the menu said) barely edible, all on a bland and undercooked crust. Definitely the worst pizza I've ever tasted... I hope the other dishes on the menu are better (and indeed, they looked that way).
13/08/2026: The food wasn't fresh at all. Rotten salad, almost all the clams were closed and loved with tasteless pasta, rubbery swordfish, and squid rings with strings still attached.

02/06/2026: Lovely place, well-kept and clean gardens, and a swimming pool. We went with our 2-year-old daughter, who had a blast! We ate deliciously, tried both menus, and were pleasantly surprised by the staff, who were very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommended.

28/06/2026: Unwelcoming service, rude staff. I ordered the grilled meat platter and received some very thin slices of meat. The pizza is okay, but nothing special. The tomato salad was the only dish that actually tasted good. To pay for your meal, you have to get up from the table and pay at the cash register. The wait staff was very careless.
It was the first and last time I’ll ever eat here.

05/07/2026: Eating nauseatingly raw 2 sandwiches for €40 (raw), sitting at the table since 9:30 and they brought our food (raw) at 11:30. Highly not recommended.

I wrote that I sat down at 9:30 and then waited about 50 minutes just to get my order, and I paid €35 instead of €40 just because I told you about the problem. 🤣😘
02/07/2026: The place is overcrowded and the tables and chairs are not comfortable. However the burgers and pizzas are really good and the prices are decent.

27/07/2025: All’inizio era un ottimo ristorante dove si mangiava benissimo ed a prezzi onesti; ora che hanno fatto quattro soldi, si sono montati la testa e lo hanno fatto diventare una specie di fabbrica mangiasoldi, con ingredienti da discount e piatti fatti in serie. PS: è ora che quella cafona maleducata che sta all’ngresso a ricevere i clienti, vada in pensione.
25/07/2025: Locale bellissimo,ma non rispecchia quello che ti portano al piatto.antipasto poco saporito,pasta con le vongole immangiabile,pasto con astice sembrava pasta al pomodoro,frittura moscia.l'unica cosa buona e stato l'amaro.sicuramente se verrò di nuovo in Sicilia,li non ci metterò più piede
