04/04/2024: One of the best experiences of a weekend in Palermo! Evocative places on the seafront accompany a royal lunch, with a fixed menu that takes nothing away from the quality of the products and above all the fish which seemed to have just been caught. One of the best pastas and mind-boggling appetizers. But what really makes the difference is the hospitality, professionalism and care of the Delfino staff and its owners, guys in love with this restaurant who make the entire experience of a simple lunch a moment of true sharing.

An explosion of fresh and authentic flavours: from the first taste, you can perceive the care taken in the choice of raw materials and the mastery in the preparation of each individual piece. The fish is very fresh, the rice cooked to perfection and the flavor combinations are innovative and surprising. A rich and delicious menu: whether you are a lover of classic sushi or prefer to experiment with new combinations, the Kuaizi menu will satisfy every palate. A welcoming atmosphere: the restaurant is designed with attention to the smallest details, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind, friendly, attentive and always ready to recommend the perfect dish. Excellent value for money: considering the quality of the food and service offered, the prices are more than honest. Highly recommended! If you are also looking for gluten-free sushi, the staff is very knowledgeable even though the place is not AIC certified. What struck me in particular: The freshness of the fish The variety of the menu The care in the presentation of the dishes The kindness and professionalism of the staff The welcoming atmosphere of the place Attention to gluten-free I can't wait to go back!

07/04/2024: Be CAREFUL when you order the drink included in the €16 aperitif, because not all are and even if you EXPLICITLY ask to have one included in the price, then you find the additions on the bill and if you ask for explanations, initially they ignore you, then the manager First he gives you a 2€ discount each time and then in annoyance he reluctantly admits the waitress' mistake and dismisses you in a rude manner in two seconds. I'm sorry but remember that seriousness counts more than food.

07/04/2024: Very good food, with a wide choice on the menu. Friendly and pleasant staff. The only flaw is the location as the tables were very close to each other and in the external part of the restaurant you could end up at a table under the sun. Otherwise very recommended!

11/01/2024: Estuvimos en Palermo para pasar las Navidades y queríamos encontrar un restaurante especial para comer el mismo día de Navidad. Y vaya si acertamos con este local encantador, con ambiente familiar, muy acogedor. La comida deliciosa, el trato muy amable y entrañable por parte de los dueños y todo el personal. Esta experiencia quedará como uno de los mejores momentos de nuestras vacaciones. Muy recomendable en todos los sentidos. Grazie mille a tutti!
