04/04/2024: One of the best experiences of a weekend in Palermo! Evocative places on the seafront accompany a royal lunch, with a fixed menu that takes nothing away from the quality of the products and above all the fish which seemed to have just been caught. One of the best pastas and mind-boggling appetizers. But what really makes the difference is the hospitality, professionalism and care of the Delfino staff and its owners, guys in love with this restaurant who make the entire experience of a simple lunch a moment of true sharing.

07/04/2024: Be CAREFUL when you order the drink included in the €16 aperitif, because not all are and even if you EXPLICITLY ask to have one included in the price, then you find the additions on the bill and if you ask for explanations, initially they ignore you, then the manager First he gives you a 2€ discount each time and then in annoyance he reluctantly admits the waitress' mistake and dismisses you in a rude manner in two seconds. I'm sorry but remember that seriousness counts more than food.
