If you want something a bit different from the run of the mill restaurants, fantastic combinations of flavours and a fine dining experience you must go to this restaurant. The whole experience was wonderful, the service was superb, the presentation of the food a work of art.
Can’t recommend it enough, the best restaurant I have been to in Taormina.

04/08/2026: I'll be honest: I'm giving it five stars because overall we ate well and had a good time, although I can't say everything was outstanding. We had the full menu with the chef's specialties, and of all the dishes, the one that stood out most to me were definitely the tortelli, truly delicious! Otherwise, I remember a pleasant experience and some good dishes, but nothing that particularly impressed me.
30/07/2026: A fantastic experience with Sicilian cuisine, presented with originality. Amazing flavors! And the team was wonderful, ensuring my comfort at all times.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself, the food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent.

Greate place visited 2 times and I will come again.
06/07/2026: There was a man sitting nearby having a video call with a prostitute on his phone. Our group was shocked and told our waiter, Carmelo, that this was completely unacceptable. He immediately handled the situation by moving the man a few meters away, which we greatly appreciated.
Overall, the food was very good, and Carmelo was an incredibly entertaining, warm, and generous waiter. He managed to turn around the atmosphere after the shameless behavior of that man and made it possible for us to enjoy the rest of our visit.
Thank you, Carmelo—you are the best!

01/01/2026: A memorable December 31st: we ate outside even though it was raining, warmed by blankets, the fire, and above all by the attentive staff who pampered us until the very end.
Jacqueline was an excellent hostess.
21/12/2025: What an experience ! Fantastic apetizer (sardinas fried to perfection with a simple home made mayonaise) and ensalata de bacalao with grapefruit and olives. My taste sense just exploded. Luckily there was a glass of the finest sauvignon to help getting back to earth 🙈😇. Delicious it was. Thank you very much.

24/07/2026: A truly exceptional restaurant with impressively delicious food and good house wine. The only thing that took me by surprise was the bill, as I was charged for ‘Restaurazione’, which I may have mistaken for a tip. I’d appreciate some clarification!
24/07/2026: The restaurant has been recommended by our hotel, so we decided to give a try. We had octopus, beef and tuna tataki, and I have to honestly say, that the food is amaizing out there. They claim to have Michelin 2021 recommendation, but the food is just great! All prepared with very high quality. The only minus is for interior design that is not matching the quality of the food.

10/07/2026: My wife and I only had the chance to eat here once, so I'd like to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt because the service was exceptional and the views were absolutely stunning.
We started with the bruschetta, which was excellent. For my main course, I ordered the grilled prawns, but they had a noticeably fishy taste. The staff did let me know beforehand that the prawns had been frozen, which may have affected the flavor. I also tried the pistachio pasta, which was decent but didn't really stand out.
Based on our experience, I'd recommend giving this place a try for the atmosphere, service, and views, but I might suggest ordering something different than what I chose.

09/06/2026: Excellent location, in the center of Taormina. Everyone who works there is very young, very kind and friendly. The food is truly good (hard to imagine in a tourist spot).
Highly recommended. I hope it doesn't change. I'll definitely go on my next trip, already convinced of where to have lunch or dinner.

20/06/2026: I visited this restaurant after it was recommended to me as a "hidden gem." I'm very grateful for the kind service I received despite my unfamiliarity with ordering.
The swordfish rolls called "Involtini," recommended by the staff, were incredibly delicious. They were unbelievably good.
The vongole was also superb; the flavors were perfectly balanced, with each ingredient complementing the others without being overpowering.
Compared to Japan, Italian portions are larger, so I couldn't order many dishes, but this is definitely a restaurant I want to return to. Next time, I'll definitely order the swordfish rolls, and I'd also like to try other pasta dishes!

07/07/2026: I ordered a carbonara, but unfortunately, I received something completely different. A true carbonara consists of guanciale, egg, pecorino Romano, and pepper – this one used ordinary bacon instead, and the sauce tasted more like mayonnaise than a classic carbonara. The typical flavor was completely missing. For the price, I expected much more. Very disappointing.
06/07/2026: Ordered Carbonara and pasta vongole. Sauce and flavouring was good, but pasta was al al dente. Not sure why a pasta dish for 24 Euros is severely undercooked?? Do better please.

02/08/2026: Best raw seafood, best host - this place was recommended by several people on my tour and the experience was more than great. The host Salvatore had the experience in restaurant business all over the world - from England to Australia - and it is shown in this very special place. Highly recommended!
26/07/2026: Girlfriend got unwell in front, he took us in for the airco, gave her a chair and elevated her legs then gave her an apple juice for her blood pressure. When we wanted to pay he would not take payment because he did it out of kindness to help someone.
Very kind people and a beautiful restaurant!
