13/06/2025: We were there for lunch today, 10 out of 10 to Arianna for her professionalism and friendliness, 10 out of 10 for the cuisine, the fabulous, original and delicious fish starters, highly recommended
30/05/2025: Unfortunately I can't say I ate well to recommend it ordered classic appetizers like an octopus salad and a trio of appetizers the octopus had neither classic nor gourmet or anything else cut so thin that you couldn't even taste it not to add anything else it was terrible. linguine clams and bottarga seemed like a bad joke with absurd butter fillet of beef fillet didn't know where it was at home and baked potatoes so thin and fried in figitrice without anything put on a plate without rosemary garlic in its skin and the beauty of it all that when I was asked how it was all I expressed my opinion without warning that I would be a chef de cuisine with two gourmet stars he wanted to convince me that this is how you cook. paid €93 for ..... Never again

17/06/2025: We arrived late at lunchtime. Our car had to be charged further down the road and this was the only restaurant in the area that was possibly open for an hour before lunch. There was only 1 guest in the entire restaurant. We didn't really know what to expect but we had a great meal - a collection of starters and both a pasta. We got a dessert on the house and another coffee. Such a warm welcome. We recommend restaurant Il Carillon to everyone who likes real local (fish) food!

30/06/2025: We ordered a la carte, not you can eat. Well cooked and tasty dishes without the dominant soy flavor, very balanced. The tempura squid was very soft inside and crunchy outside. Excellent value for money.

07/07/2025: Welcoming, friendly place with a splendid view of the Alghero seafront.. excellent pizza, Neapolitan dough.. among the best I've ever eaten! I'll be back tomorrow to celebrate my birthday with the "personalized" paella that will be the heart of this location divided between Catalonia and Sardinian pride!!

15/07/2025: Had dinner at this historic restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food wasn't gourmet, but it was excellent. I'd say it was excellent home cooking. Prices were in line with seasonal norms.

19/05/2025: Tricky. We wanted to get it right for our last meal in Sardinia. It wasn't possible. The prices aren't expensive, but the vast majority of the products are frozen. I bet the Bolognese sauce is packaged. Then the sausages and breaded chicken, frozen of course. If you can, find another alternative. The service staff weren't very enthusiastic, but I assume they're aware that the quality of the product is really low.

14/06/2025: Our room was very nice and had a sea view. Breakfast included fresh scrambled eggs, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, freshly squeezed orange juice, the finest cappuccino, cake, fruit salad, etc. It was a dream!

We had dinner at La Darsena and were shocked by the outrageous wine prices. A bottle of Guidalberto 2023, which normally retails for around €60, was charged at €385. The Tignanello 2016 was also priced far above what is reasonable, even for a fine dining restaurant. While we understand that restaurants apply a markup, this level of pricing is unacceptable and feels exploitative. The food was good, but the value for money was very disappointing. I strongly recommend checking wine prices carefully before ordering.

02/06/2025: Siamo stati da Lina grazie al consiglio proprietario del nostro B&B e abbiamo certamente apprezzato! Senza prenotazione siamo comunque riusciti ad avere un tavolo all' interno. Abbiamo mangiato due antipasti di mare, ottimi i crostini con bottarga di tonno burro e pomodori, e una abbondante porzione di ravioli con ripieno di pesce conditi con cozze, gamberi e scampi davvero freschissimi. Il personale accogliente e gentile. Prezzi nella media di una località turistica come Stintino. Davvero super consigliato!
31/05/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante un po' per caso... mil personale attento, cordiale e veloce, abbiamo preso un primo, ravioli alla cernia molto molto conditi, un dessert. Consigliato!
