05/09/2025: It was on the list of places to try. The tables with a sea view are worth a try. One thing missing is a menu or a price list. You go blind and at the owner's discretion. Some of the starters were very expensive.

13/11/2025: Absolutely not recommended. The photo gives you an idea of ​​the inedible food. The burger was burned by the dirty griddle from cooking other food, leaving a nauseating smell on the meat. The fries smelled fishy. I won't go into more detail to avoid upsetting you. It's a shame because it's completely out of step with the other branches of the group, where the food is excellent. It's a real shame, but I highly recommend it.

10/11/2025: At least once a week we treat ourselves to a pasta dish, but last night, for the second time, we came across the wrong chef. As far as we're concerned, of course. After this last experience last night at dinner, where we left most of the pasta, we decided to go somewhere else where we pay to eat and eat without leaving anything. The waiters are super good and very hospitable. Very good, but paying is enough to not eat as you expect.

17/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend from Algero. The various seating areas are beautifully designed, partly inside, partly outside. Since we didn't have a reservation, we were seated on a covered terrace in a quiet alleyway instead of in the brick arch, which is even nicer. Nevertheless, we had a very pleasant seating! Our waiter, Marco, spoke very good English and was even able to translate most of the ingredients into English upon request, something we haven't experienced very often in Sardinia. Marco was also able to confidently answer questions about the dishes and wines. Both of us, having previously worked in the restaurant industry, were more than impressed by the very attentive and courteous service. Unlike in some restaurants, we were even asked if we wanted to share the starters and main courses, and plates and additional cutlery were served promptly. We had the Agliata de pesce and the veal tartare with peaches for starters. Both were delicious. We drank a bottle of the house white wine, which went wonderfully with the food. For the main course, we had the tagliolini with pecorino, sabei, and truffle, which were wonderfully creamy, and the culurgione with beef ragù. We didn't have dessert. After an espresso, we asked for a myrtle liqueur. We had no idea that it would be added to the bill at the end, as we assumed it was a gift from the chef, but we only had ourselves to blame for not having asked. Ultimately, it tasted very good and wasn't expensive. I would recommend this restaurant anytime! We had a wonderful evening here.

05/10/2025: We had fish, pizzas, and dessert. It was delicious; everyone was very satisfied. Very friendly and helpful staff. The menu has a QR code and is multilingual. Great hosts, thank you very much.

29/11/2025: The pizza is good 🍕, the dishes are average. The place is very spacious and there's comfortable space between tables. The staff is friendly, but service can often be a bit slow due to the higher traffic at peak times. The kids' area is convenient.

30/10/2025: We were welcomed by a super waitress if I remember correctly her name is Maura, I only expect treatment like that from a place I frequent regularly while I must admit I received it from a person unknown to me and up to the task. Congratulations to her and congratulations to the place that can afford to have her at work. Thank you so much for the service performed with merit.

They tried to make me believe it wasn't their fault... but then, whose fault is it? +1h30 😅 In the end, the price I paid didn't match the one listed on the menu, and when I pointed this out, the staff acted in a sneaky and manipulative manner. As if that weren't enough, they also tried to add a completely unjustified service charge, which they then had to cancel after I reported it. Furthermore, they charged us for things we didn't consume, like a large 1L bottle of water when we only ordered a small 25cl! When I noticed and pointed out the mistake, they hung up on me, only to later admit it was their fault! 😡 🇬🇧 : We were the first customers to arrive, and yet we had to wait more than an hour for a simple pizza! 24/10/2025: Wonderful restaurant! The pizza is out of this world! Every meal we had here was delicious and the service was excellent. Friendly and welcoming. We were there somewhat off season, but many people still came from other towns and the restaurant still had good business. I highly recommend this place.

07/10/2025: Well, what can I say! We spent a wonderful family evening in this wonderful, yet familiar place. We've known Filippo for many years now, and he never disappoints! Friendliness, kindness, and great professionalism...number 1! The best in Stintino...delicious food and great customer service. When we decide to spend a carefree evening and eat well, the sarago is always our first choice...thank you so much, and see you soon!
