26/05/2026: We went last night, Monday, June 25th, with a confirmed reservation and it was closed 😬 It was also listed as open on Google! They clearly have too much money to care about wasting tourists' time. Good luck!

15/05/2026: Hi, on the evening of May 15, 2026, after booking for 8:00 PM via the app, we arrived at the restaurant and found it closed. We waited 20 minutes, as the restaurant was listed as open on Google. We also tried calling, but gave up and left. Update the hours; in addition to us, another German couple left disappointed.

11/06/2026: I had slightly higher expectations from the menu; the dishes weren't bad, but nothing special, and the portions were also a bit small. The prices were a bit high for what was offered. The service was a bit hitched. The wait staff were very friendly and, above all, very nice.

11/06/2026: Excellent restaurant for quality/price highly recommended, we were there more than one evening, great atmosphere, good owners and staff, friendly and kind.... A warm greeting in particular to Gianluca, a lovely person.

30/05/2026: The location is very nice, but only practical with a car. The room amenities leave much to be desired. Even the simplest things are missing, like glasses in the bathroom, and much more. Cleanliness is okay. The beach was unusable. Absolutely filthy. Prices for sun loungers and parasols are exorbitant. Breakfast was alright. However, during our 10-day stay, the three types of sausage were never replaced. Despite having booked half-board, we had to eat out every evening. The evening buffet was unpalatable for us. It's certainly a matter of taste, but the dining room was sparsely populated in the evenings. Often there were more waiters than guests, whom we then encountered in neighboring restaurants. The self-absorbed and arrogant head waiter or restaurant manager is intolerable. There are many great hotels in the surrounding area, so shop around carefully.

29/05/2026: In overall, a great hotel. The location and the views are perfect and despite some of the comments, we really liked the hotel. There are of course few things that could be improved like the isolation of the rooms as you can hear people flushing the toilet, talk, walk, etc. which is not ideal. For elderly and people with mobility issues, it would be hard to walk out of the hotel gate as it has a steep path. There are restaurants around the hotel in walking distance. The closest would be 15 mins and there are also other great restaurants up in the hill which is 30 mins walking distance. Walking from the hotel to the marina and to the restaurants is easy and there is a walking path. To our luck, hotel was surrounded with jasmine flowers which smelled amazing and we were given a room with sea and garden view. The staff is great and they are very quick to clean the tables. We did not use the pools as there are great beaches around where you would need a car. There are a lot of parking spaces at the hotel as well.

02/11/2025: Beautiful location, excellent food, wonderful welcome.

08/10/2025: There were 9 of us: 4 adults, 5 teenagers/children. The food was okay (depending on what you ordered, it was also good), and the atmosphere in the restaurant was okay. The service - well... One child only wanted to order a side salad or a portion of fries (which is available on the menu). The staff then got rude and demanded that we order a set menu. This was despite the fact that we hadn't "just" ordered pizza, but entire menus with appetizers and expensive wine. The restaurant should be more accommodating... With a "Servizio & Coperto" charge of €2.50 per cover, you're already paying for the service.

11/06/2026: Delicious food & friendly service

06/06/2026: We arrived at 10.30 PM and we were still welcome for dinner. Delicious pizza Diavolo (a la Napolitana) and a Spaghetti Bolognese. The owner is very enthusiastic and from Naples. Very good food. Only the red wine was too cold.

14/10/2025: Excellent location, restaurant with good food and a good menu. The dishes were elaborate and well-served. The wait was a bit long, especially between courses, despite the small crowd.

11/09/2025: What should we say? I think the photos are enough! Sometimes words are useless when faced with such quality and beauty. The friendliness of the waiters and the owner was excellent. We've never had such delicious lobster pasta. Best of luck with everything.

02/10/2025: Just average. Not very good, not very bed. Nice location. That’s it. Nothing special to recall apart from the service. It has tons of potential to improve. Probably, as in many more places in Sardinia we have visited, but this was really ridiculous. One „macho style” manager who was the only one taking orders from the clients with a bunch of ladies waiting the tables. Almost like a rooster reigning a court of hens. It couldn’t work. The rooster taking care only for himself and the hens running in chaos. The clients left out to themselves.

25/09/2025: The plates were a bit small, and to be honest, a bit cold too. But they were very tasty. The rest was good. I highly recommend the caramel semifreddo; it's amazing.

27/04/2026: Worst Hotel experience ever: Unfriendly staff, violent hotel owner. Kicked my kids out of the hotel room 2 hours before check-out while heavily violent screaming… don’t go there if you love your kids. Overpriced breakfast for lousy quality. Don’t book here!

17/02/2026: We happened upon this restaurant for the Carnival parade. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the atmosphere was very cheerful.

04/06/2026: We visited on different days and at different times of day. Breakfast, pizza, and focaccia were all delicious and very reasonably priced. The service was always friendly, and the waitresses were especially great with small children. Highly recommended, especially for the delicious cornetti and cappuccino in the morning. Unfortunately, I have to add one thing. On our last day at the beach, we wanted to have a final coffee around 2:30 pm. However, we were turned away because the tables were reserved for lunch only. There were several free tables, and around us were customers who only had drinks. Anyway, this experience unfortunately somewhat dampened our overall impression.

30/05/2026: Right on the beach. Fantastic food at reasonable prices and first-class service. The excessively loud bass music from the club next door is annoying.

05/09/2025: Unfortunately the only restaurant available near Lu Impostu. High prices compared to quality and size of meals - grilled sea bass for 2 was way too far from size for 2 and priced 72 eur.

13/06/2026: One star only because zero isn't possible. I'd like to point out that the only positive aspect of the restaurant is the waiter, who is kind, polite, and helpful. The environment is neglected, dirty, with billiards in the back and the bathrooms under the stairs that are anything but welcoming... walking past the kitchen, I had to turn around because of the anything-but-inviting smell... The chef boasts of having a Michelin star... but as everyone knows, Michelin stars go to restaurants, not chefs... and from the moment you start working in a small, provincial restaurant, the star is like the night of San Lorenzo... FALLING. The dishes are nothing special, poorly crafted, served as if they were thrown haphazardly into a salad bowl, and decidedly lacking in flavor. The octopus salad had six pieces of octopus, and everything else was potatoes and vegetables. The marinated anchovies were so overcooked they were tough and a bit acidic, four very thin slices of salmon were placed on a mountain of salad... and the mussels were cold. The chef is arrogant, rude, and treats customers unacceptably. He was sitting next to our table and got into a playful and funny discussion with the waiter, raising his voice, using vulgar tones, insulting us, and ruining our evening. Star chef or not, first learn good manners, then learn to respect your customers, and also learn Italian... you boast about being who knows who and can't finish a complete sentence without making a thousand mistakes. RUDE! The waiter apologized a thousand times, out of embarrassment and shame, and even the kitchen assistant followed us into the parking lot to apologize because he was mortified by his chef's behavior. There are a thousand better restaurants in Sardinia, especially with more polite and respectful staff, less arrogant and rude. Not to mention the prices... two vegetable appetizers with a hint of fish and a bottle of wine €80... as if we were at a Franciscan osteria. This also explains why it's Friday night and your restaurant is empty, 'chef'... truly ridiculous. Stay away as much as possible and enjoy the wonderful resources and dishes of this land, avoiding like the plague this Italian-Colombian 'super chef' who isn't even worthy of a trattoria on the outskirts of the poorest city in the world.

13/06/2026: While staying in Porto San Paolo, my girlfriend and I went for dinner. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection, with the freshest fish and impeccable service. You can tell there's a great chef in the kitchen! We'll definitely be back.
