19/08/2026: The location is beautiful, but honestly, I saw a place that pretends to be a luxury restaurant but isn't equipped to do so. When we arrived, they brought us stale carasau pasta. The risotto was watered down, and the rest was nothing special. The wine we ordered was overpriced. The staff was unprepared. For the prices, the service was unfortunately not up to par.

18/08/2026: Great beachside location with views across the water. Totally enjoyed the red prawn pasta and the lobster pasta dishes. Our waiter was new, nervous and may have had a few problems opening our wine but overall it added to the appeal of the place.

11/06/2026: I had slightly higher expectations from the menu; the dishes weren't bad, but nothing special, and the portions were also a bit small. The prices were a bit high for what was offered. The service was a bit hitched. The wait staff were very friendly and, above all, very nice.

28/08/2025: An excellent experience. I had a truly memorable experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I had the opportunity to taste dishes from times gone by, increasingly rare, and of exceptional quality. The care with which they were prepared was evident in every bite. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves traditional cuisine and wants a unique experience.

22/08/2025: The food is good, but the prices are out of proportion for what you get. A snapper tartare for €24 for two measly bites is simply absurd. There's no menu at the table: you order almost blind. The experience doesn't justify the final bill.

23/08/2026: An embarrassing experience. I came for dinner with my brother, and I've rarely left a restaurant feeling so disappointed. We ordered oysters and a glass of wine: the oysters arrived immediately, the wine about 15 minutes later, after we'd already finished everything. This alone should tell you how much attention they paid to their customers. Let's move on to the entrees: ridiculous portions. Sampler dishes passed off as first courses. Very little pasta and a few slivers of sauce. The final blow came with the bill: €88. Eighty-eight euros for leaving the restaurant still hungry. That's not an exaggeration: as soon as we left, we were forced to stop for a mixed fried fish dish somewhere else because we were literally starving. What I find absurd is that when it came to the bill, no one even bothered to ask how the dinner went or if everything was to our liking. A question that's almost standard in any restaurant. They probably would have found out right away what we thought of the experience. High-end restaurant prices are acceptable, but they must be matched by service, quality, and adequate portions. Here, I found only long waits, tiny portions, and a bill completely unrelated to what was served. One of the worst experiences I've had in recent years.

23/08/2026: Ridiculous, to say the least… Yes, the sea view from the terrace is nice, but otherwise, a big no. Extremely inflated prices that are absolutely not worth the food. We ordered a bottle of water, a first course with lobster, and a mixed fried fish. The first course was a ridiculous portion with less than half a lobster and 10 pieces of pasta, while the fried fish consisted of more fried pasta than fish itself. Neither was anything special. We got up after less than an hour with upset stomachs and €65 less in our pockets.

15/08/2026: We've visited this place several times, and each time we've had delicious pizza. The service is incredibly friendly. The restaurant looks unassuming from the outside, but there's a charming garden inside. I highly recommend checking it out!

13/08/2026: The classic, old-fashioned Neapolitan dough is the only redeeming feature. Low-quality ingredients, absolutely outrageous prices. Plus, the wait times are insane—far too long for the price. Not recommended.

06/08/2026: A romantic seaside atmosphere, impeccable service, and excellent food. If you're in Porto Rotondo, this is definitely the perfect place for dinner. The fish is incredibly fresh, and I'll definitely be back.

05/08/2026: Well-located restaurant in Piazza Rudalza. Very professional, but the food is poor. Price is in line with other restaurants in the area. €100 per person for appetizers and wine.

30/05/2026: The location is very nice, but only practical with a car. The room amenities leave much to be desired. Even the simplest things are missing, like glasses in the bathroom, and much more. Cleanliness is okay. The beach was unusable. Absolutely filthy. Prices for sun loungers and parasols are exorbitant. Breakfast was alright. However, during our 10-day stay, the three types of sausage were never replaced. Despite having booked half-board, we had to eat out every evening. The evening buffet was unpalatable for us. It's certainly a matter of taste, but the dining room was sparsely populated in the evenings. Often there were more waiters than guests, whom we then encountered in neighboring restaurants. The self-absorbed and arrogant head waiter or restaurant manager is intolerable. There are many great hotels in the surrounding area, so shop around carefully.

29/05/2026: In overall, a great hotel. The location and the views are perfect and despite some of the comments, we really liked the hotel. There are of course few things that could be improved like the isolation of the rooms as you can hear people flushing the toilet, talk, walk, etc. which is not ideal. For elderly and people with mobility issues, it would be hard to walk out of the hotel gate as it has a steep path. There are restaurants around the hotel in walking distance. The closest would be 15 mins and there are also other great restaurants up in the hill which is 30 mins walking distance. Walking from the hotel to the marina and to the restaurants is easy and there is a walking path. To our luck, hotel was surrounded with jasmine flowers which smelled amazing and we were given a room with sea and garden view. The staff is great and they are very quick to clean the tables. We did not use the pools as there are great beaches around where you would need a car. There are a lot of parking spaces at the hotel as well.

02/10/2025: Just average. Not very good, not very bed. Nice location. That’s it. Nothing special to recall apart from the service. It has tons of potential to improve. Probably, as in many more places in Sardinia we have visited, but this was really ridiculous. One „macho style” manager who was the only one taking orders from the clients with a bunch of ladies waiting the tables. Almost like a rooster reigning a court of hens. It couldn’t work. The rooster taking care only for himself and the hens running in chaos. The clients left out to themselves.

25/09/2025: The plates were a bit small, and to be honest, a bit cold too. But they were very tasty. The rest was good. I highly recommend the caramel semifreddo; it's amazing.

15/07/2026: Beautiful beach with ample paid parking. You can eat at the small restaurant on the beach. You can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas here.

26/05/2026: We went last night, Monday, June 25th, with a confirmed reservation and it was closed 😬 It was also listed as open on Google! They clearly have too much money to care about wasting tourists' time. Good luck!

15/05/2026: Hi, on the evening of May 15, 2026, after booking for 8:00 PM via the app, we arrived at the restaurant and found it closed. We waited 20 minutes, as the restaurant was listed as open on Google. We also tried calling, but gave up and left. Update the hours; in addition to us, another German couple left disappointed.

20/08/2026: We had dinner here two nights. The pizza was very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

20/08/2026: If you're looking for a truly memorable culinary experience in San Teodoro, Le Magnolie restaurant is a must-visit. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, ideal for enjoying a relaxing dinner after a day at the beach, but the food is the true star of the evening. All the dishes we tasted were top-notch, but two in particular deserve an honorable mention: * The Fregola: Exceptional. Expertly cooked, rich in flavor, and with a perfect balance of ingredients that pays homage to the best Sardinian tradition. * The Tiramisu: Simply out of this world! Creamy, with just the right contrast between coffee and mascarpone, a true treat to end your dinner on a high note. Attentive service, the freshest ingredients, and a quality that will make you want to return as soon as possible. Highly recommended to anyone in the area looking for the true taste of good food!
