21/07/2025: I truly don’t understand how this restaurant has anything less than 5 star reviews, it was AMAZING!!! From the food to the atmosphere and everything in between, my husband and I were incredibly impressed. The food in Sardinia is awesome in general, but this restaurant was one of our top three favorite meals, if not our favorite.

06/07/2025: Great location on the port. We had already been there years ago, but this time, perhaps due to contingent causes, the experience was terrible. We go for pizza, they make us sit down and then tell us that they are too crowded and that if we want pizza the wait is over half an hour. We fall back on prawns and fried calamari. Three 4.5 cm prawns arrive and perhaps 50 grams of fried calamari. Last but not least I order an extra beer that is not brought to us even after a prompt. After thirty minutes of waiting we leave and lo and behold we realize that the beer had not arrived but had been conscientiously added to the order. and the fact that the cashier did not react in the slightest to our complaints makes us think that it is a problem that has now been metabolized...

Excellent service, good food but absolutely unjustified price (a tuna tartare I don't remember costing more than €70).
Beautiful setting, attention to detail, very kind staff.
If you want a place to make a good impression, without thinking about the costs, recommended.

22/06/2025: I had dinner in this restaurant with my girlfriend, a charming place, cared for in every detail, one of a kind, ad hoc welcome for the place that it is.
Punctual, precise, friendly and prepared staff.
A tip that I feel like making, for those who take the orders in my opinion should be more punctual, and follow the customer better, and be more careful in explaining the dishes.. in short, a bit of empathy!
I feel like giving 4 because I found the wine list limited for the place that it is and the cuisine that it plans to offer and above all very limited in prices (very high with excessive markups).
21/06/2025: Very expensive customer service, and you can't count on splitting the bill. I've eaten at cheaper places that don't differ in quality of food at all.
Overpriced.

26/06/2025: Poco da dire: periodicamente ceniamo al Paramare e la qualità del menù si attesta sempre su ottimi livelli. Atmosfera tranquilla (defilato sul porto turistico) e carta di vini molto ampia.

10/06/2025: If I could, I wouldn't give it a star. Extremely slow service; I thought I'd be left to dry on that terrace while drinks were being served. A mistake in my order to top it all off, and the server tried to convince us that the tuna we received was the same chicken we ordered. Run away.

27/06/2025: The staff were cold, rude, and completely unprofessional. We were quoted an absurd extra charge just to sit at a certain table, with no explanation — and when we questioned it, they treated us with open hostility.
We felt so uncomfortable we left without eating — and yet they still made us pay for tap water we hadn’t asked for.
Truly disgraceful service. Avoid this place at all costs.

26/04/2025: Eravamo stati in questo ristorante lo scorso anno, non sappiamo se ha cambiato menù o è cambiato lo chef, in entrambi i casi, l'esperienza è bypassabile. Il primo piatto, ai crostacei era obiettivamente buono ma nulla di eccezionale per cui varrebbe la pena tornare. Lo sarebbe stato se da corollario ci fossero state altre cose. Nel menu' c'è poca scelta, il che di solito non è mai una nota negativa, poiché ci si può concentrare su pochi piatti e materie prime di buona qualità. Ad ogni modo, nel menù manca la varietà fra i pochi piatti presenti e, obiettivamente, un tocco di creatività che si aspetterebbe in una location simile, che, onestamente, è bellissima. Frittura da rimandare, gommosa. Il dolce, a 7 euro, era pratica un savoiardo con attorno della panna e una spolverata di cacao amaro, come la cena: costosa, ma soddisfacente al 40%.
25/04/2025: Torno in questo locale dopo un po’ di tempo e ho conferma delle positive esperienze passate . Ottima accoglienza, su consiglio del titolare prendiamo un guazzetto di cozze ed una fregola ai frutti di mare, cozze strepitose e fregola straordinaria, materie prime ottime . Complimenti.

18/04/2025: A delicious experience in the heart of Olbia. Trattoria del Pescatore offers everything one expects from a good Italian trattoria: cozy atmosphere, friendly service and cuisine focused on seafood, fresh and full of flavor.
From the starters to the main course, everything we tried was exquisite. Fish and seafood at its perfect point, pasta with a homemade soul and a wine list that perfectly accompanies the proposal. You can see the care in the details and the respect for the Sardinian culinary tradition.
The place has charm, with a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to enjoy without rushing, and close attention that makes you feel at home.
Without a doubt, a mandatory stop if you are in Olbia and want to eat well, with a taste of the sea and authentic cuisine. I would return without hesitation!

15/09/2024: In un paesino ai piedi di rocce dalle forme fantastiche c’è una realtà turistica conclamata con l’intatta bellezza di un piccolo borgo antico, nel centro c’è Ichnos dove abbiamo potuto ristorarci offrendoci dei piatti semplici ma gustosi con un servizio rapido e professionale.
15/09/2024: Prodotti di scarsa qualità e personale non troppo attento al cliente.
Due burrate su due secche e acide, sicuramente una pessima conversazione del prodotto.
Crema catalana invece, ottima.
