01/03/2026: Truly a wonderful place, discovered by chance... Welcoming, friendly and sociable staff. High-quality food, prepared with a lot of work and passion. The plating is spectacular and truly special. Excellent recipes with a varied menu and excellent value. We'll be back... highly recommended!!!

21/02/2026: Recently reopened under new management, this place is truly beautiful. The colors of the walls and dishes evoke the sea and sky of Puglia. The menu includes both seafood and meat dishes, and the wines are all top-quality—their Primitivo is truly worth buying (and in fact, it came home with us!). What struck me, beyond the deliciousness of the tagliatelle, sausage, and cardoncelli mushrooms, was the story of the very young Luigi, the owner: a boy who, despite his age, has a very clear vision of what he wants to do when he grows up. And that's rare these days! I hope he continues to pursue his dreams, and if he doesn't reach the stars, he can always aim for the moon! Ad maiora!

Everything was delicious and well-prepared; you immediately noticed the dedication and expertise with which the dishes were prepared. The welcome was excellent, very friendly but not intrusive. 23/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant, and despite some positive expectations, the experience fell short. When ordering, we were advised to add appetizers because the kitchen would have a 40-minute wait for the entrees. I found this advice inappropriate, especially since I don't order appetizers simply because I don't feel like it. The three of us ordered three first courses, two second courses to share, a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, and three coffees. The quality of the dishes was good, but nothing that justified some shady choices. The most unpleasant thing was finding a bottle of water on the bill for €9. A completely unfair price, which I honestly consider exaggerated, not to mention downright robbery.

31/12/2025: Family celebration. Superb 10-course seafood appetizer, including raw ham. Perfect seafood risotto. Fried shrimp and calamari that tasted like they were caught that day. Sorbet flavored with real lemon. Our chef is our chef.

23/10/2025: Everything was perfect, as always. True Taranto tradition is second to none. Professionalism and quality of ingredients. Freshly cooked. Truly a big family.

06/02/2026: We dined at this restaurant for the first time. The atmosphere was elegant, the waiters were friendly and helpful, and the service impeccable. The food was all fresh fish, perfectly cooked. We left it up to the waiter to choose a mix of appetizers, which were delicious. For first courses, we split between paccheri with lobster and paccheri with shrimp, both excellent. For second courses, we chose a sea bream from the fresh fish on display, with potatoes and olives, and fried calamari...very light and golden. Dips in the center of the table. Sorbet. Mixed salad. Excellent Chardonnay, always chilled in the ice bucket, and the waiters were very kind in pouring it into our glasses. Coffee, etc. I consider the final bill to be reasonable and fair, considering I've had bad meals in many other places and paid a lot. The owner, Mr. Marco, is a kind young man who knows how to welcome and make his guests feel at ease. Unfortunately, I only took a few photos, but next time I'll add more. I highly recommend it and it will be our regular stop every time we return to Taranto.

19/01/2026: A relaxing place, attention to detail, fresh food, excellent raw seafood, and a variety of delicious, delicately flavored appetizers... impeccable seafood first courses and risottos... friendly staff and owner. Clean atmosphere and a wide selection of select wines... mandarin sorbet, a very pleasant novelty. I recommend it to everyone Especially if you want to pamper yourself.

17/12/2025: Lunch here was a regular stop when we were in the area on weekdays (since on holidays you have to book well in advance). Unfortunately, yesterday it didn't go very well... (Did the chef change?) The appetizers were prepared who knows how long ago, even the seafood linguine was nothing like the ones we've had the other times, the grilled vegetables were burnt, the fish was the same story, only the calamari was okay, the shrimp contained sand, the swordfish (Oceanico) tasted old. The black truffle tasted only of ice. And a stomach ache... We were hungry and we gulped down the ceca, we were actually asked at the cashier how it had gone, but to avoid controversy, we paid and left because we didn't want to ruin our day. Obviously we won't be back again.

14/12/2025: The appetizers were okay, but the mussels...sorry, I know a lot about fish...and they were dirty, salty, inedible. The waiters were very unfriendly. The pasta with the lentils was okay, but very salty. In the end, the owner didn't charge for the mussels. But no thanks. There are much better places in Italy to eat fresh fish.

02/02/2026: I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Nico for his kindness and professionalism. We were guests at this restaurant, which, thanks to its excellent cuisine and consistently prompt and attentive service, made our lunch truly special. I highly recommend it to everyone.

08/01/2026: Epiphany lunch at this restaurant attracted by the positive reviews, but instead a big disappointment with the seafood appetizers. For what we paid, I expected more tradition than fast food. The rice, potatoes, and mussels with tomato were cold, the fried sardines were cold as chips... not to mention the fried cod. Luckily, we had ordered fish, which saved our lunch.

06/03/2026: A top-notch restaurant, both for the seafood and for the way the waiters and owner treat you like family. Living in a seaside town in the Marche region, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality-price ratio. I will definitely return.

The freselle are spectacular, but the strong point is the community, the hospitality, and the sharing. In a world that now stinks, here you can breathe the scent of life. Excellent food, and the menu changes daily based on availability. Angela and Franco are special people, like this city.
