09/08/2026: A very spacious venue with plenty of seating, ideal for parties, especially in the summer, with an outdoor area that includes a pool (where you can sometimes take a dip at the end of the evening). Unfortunately, with so many seats, it also suffers from a lot of crowds, despite the almost impeccable service.

Each dish showcases the region through authentic ingredients, locally sourced produce, and carefully selected ingredients, cooked with passion and respect for tradition. An added bonus that I particularly appreciated was the pairing of each course with a tasting of local wines, expertly presented and explained, which enhanced the flavors of the dishes, making the gastronomic journey even more engaging. The quality, attention to detail, welcoming atmosphere, and love for the region are evident at every turn. An experience worth experiencing at least once, especially for those who love good food and the excellent Piedmontese food and wine. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10/08/2026: We went to Pinin a few days ago and tried their tasting menu featuring their most iconic dishes. What can we say? We were surprised, both by the quantity and the quality. It was a varied, rich, and tasty aperitif, with so many different choices, from the truly delicious tongue in salsa verde to the pickles and beautifully sliced, delicious cured meats! Then we moved on to their champagne and porcini risotto, excellent—plenty, perhaps too much, but so good we couldn't help but finish it. Creamy, with a truly special creaminess. Finally, the cheek. We were too full to fully enjoy it, but it was also worthy of praise! All this was accompanied by an excellent wine, an excellent Travaglini di Gattinara Nebbiolo! And finally, thanks to the service managed by Patrizia and Cristiane, two fantastic, friendly women who were always attentive to our needs and amiable in chatting with us. The owner who welcomed us was also truly kind, even giving us a discount on the final price! Highly recommended.

Being from Genoa and accustomed to eating fresh, high-quality seafood, we weren't happy with it. We sent back several full plates, and when we expressed our disappointment, the response was simply, "That's strange." I'm sorry, but I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Everything is top-notch and the place is meticulously clean. The price? Perfectly in line with the quality of what you get. Recommended? No! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

04/07/2026: What struck me was how quiet it was, and how easy it was to talk and understand what was being said. This is one of the reasons I gave it 5 stars, along with the fast service and very good food. I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area.
