21/09/2025: I had dinner last night with some friends, for the first time at Polipazzo! I've known Gianni's sister since she ran La Selva restaurant in Vistrorio (the food was excellent), and last night I also met Gianni.
I have to say, the food is divine. The staff is very friendly and efficient, nothing more to add!
Gorgeous place, delicious food, incredibly fresh fish! We had the mixed antipasti (I don't remember what they're called on the menu), and then I had the grilled sea bass! Oh my, how delicious, and what a generous portion!!
Congratulations to Gianni and the entire staff!
We will definitely be back with great pleasure!

05/08/2025: The fresh fish counter, the vivid colors of the sea. Every type of fresh fish and the option to eat the same fish, expertly cooked and served to you at neighboring tables. Starters, main courses, and side dishes are always freshly cooked.
Excellent first and second courses prepared with care, better than a Michelin-starred restaurant. Open for lunch every day except Monday.

Trattoria and pizzeria (pizza only in the evenings).
Pizza: very tasty dough, a very large selection with many different ingredients.
But not only pizza. Lots of local antipasti, pasta, and seafood (the calamari, although frozen, was very tasty).

I'm sorry... but maybe the oven wasn't up to temperature...
Because the reviews say it's good...
I'm just writing because I feel sorry for you...
But criticism is constructive...
20/09/2025: On a Saturday evening there was no one there and despite this we waited really long for 2 pizzas and a plate of ravioli with meat sauce. The pizzas were good, the ravioli were really too salty, almost inedible. The prices were a bit too high: €14, a plate of ravioli with meat sauce seems a bit excessive to me, and the pizzas were €12.

The fish is always good, too, and the menu is always changing.

The service is excellent.
Attention and care for the customer is a detail that is never overlooked at Medina, and you feel pampered.
The dishes are a delight for the palate but also for the eye, which has always played its part in the restaurant industry.
My heartfelt compliments to the entire staff, who, in addition to being highly knowledgeable about food and wine, are ready to satisfy every request from diners.

09/11/2025: Clean and familiar environment, excellent and fast service, delicious pizzas and the owner was very kind, we arrived 30 minutes late and there were 18 of us, it was 10.30 pm and we ordered 18 different pizzas... he smiled and told me it had never happened before and then in a short time he served good and well-cooked pizzas.... congratulations to the management and thank you very much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
10/10/2025: Don't be fooled by the slightly dated interior. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, and the prices are good. Highly recommended, for example, for a day at the Vicolungo outlet.

05/07/2025: Sono stata a cena senza aver programmato nulla,semplicemente un giro in moto nelle Langhe.Ho trovato questo ristorante sull'applicazione AIC,abbiamo preso le cozze e un fritto di pesce.......che dire,siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpito dalla freschezza e dal fritto asciutto tutto veramente ottimo.Tornetemo questa sera con famiglia.lo consiglio di ❤️ alle persone celiache come me e a tutti.
22/06/2025: Essendo celiaca da anni, esprimo un'opinione al riguardo: l'attenzione è alta e la scelta dei piatti è ampia. Molto buoni sia il fritto misto che le pizze. Hanno anche le birre, di buona qualità, non solo quelle del supermercato. Che dire se non bravi e grazie per l'attenzione, non è da tutti!

09/11/2025: I went to Casale specifically to try this A.I.C. pizzeria, but I didn't like the gluten-free pizza at all... it was very tough, I struggled to cut it... it seemed unleavened... 😪😪
On the other hand, the tagliata was excellent... but I won't be returning for that... what a shame!
The main dining room was nice, but the inside dining room where we were was unfortunately really noisy, but that was because there was a birthday party.
