09/11/2025: Clean and familiar environment, excellent and fast service, delicious pizzas and the owner was very kind, we arrived 30 minutes late and there were 18 of us, it was 10.30 pm and we ordered 18 different pizzas... he smiled and told me it had never happened before and then in a short time he served good and well-cooked pizzas.... congratulations to the management and thank you very much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10/10/2025: Don't be fooled by the slightly dated interior. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, and the prices are good. Highly recommended, for example, for a day at the Vicolungo outlet.

11/01/2026: Quiet restaurant, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Food was average. The appetizers were plentiful but tasted average, not restaurant-style. The giardiniera, Russian salad, and beans seemed pre-packaged, not cooked on-site. The first courses, in short. The grilled fish was good, but I would reconsider the side vegetables, which were out of season and probably frozen. The service was very good, and the young waiters were courteous. The restrooms were new and clean.

22/06/2025: Essendo celiaca da anni, esprimo un'opinione al riguardo: l'attenzione è alta e la scelta dei piatti è ampia. Molto buoni sia il fritto misto che le pizze. Hanno anche le birre, di buona qualità, non solo quelle del supermercato. Che dire se non bravi e grazie per l'attenzione, non è da tutti!

17/02/2026: I'm here a year later to update my review. After pointing out to the waiter that there were worms in the two mushroom roasts, he changed my dish for another without even a "sorry." At the counter, not even a coffee was offered. In fact, when we asked for a discount, the owner replied, "They changed your second course, so it was fine," downplaying the incident. Apologizing and offering a coffee wouldn't have cost anything; these are gestures that should be normal, but apparently not here. I would have settled for a "sorry" that never arrived. To this day, I no longer feel like recommending this place, especially because of the treatment and service.

07/02/2026: Update 2026: The restaurant's management has changed; so far, I haven't noticed any major changes, except for some modifications and a reduction in the menu. The style of the cuisine doesn't seem to have changed, nor does anything else... I was hoping for some updates, perhaps even some new, more "modern" desserts compared to the usual ones they were already offering. However, there's time. Maybe it will be done later. Anyway, everything is still good, and the prices remain good. A nice, quiet place for an informal dinner. It consists of two large rooms with a wooden cabin-style ceiling, very well-kept and clean. The menu offers a wide selection of seafood appetizers, first courses, and second courses, as well as pizzas and some meat options. Among the various dishes, I recommend the pizza, fried fish, fried gnocco, and risotto. The pizza is light and crispy, well-seasoned. The staff is always quick and friendly, the prices are fair, and the portions are generous. There is also a wide selection of desserts, which I find have improved recently (among the various tenerina cake, profiteroles, meringue, mille feuille, tiramisu and others all made in-house).

07/09/2025: For dinner I tried the fried calzone! Delicious! Friendly staff. The pizza was also very good! Recommended!

18/12/2025: The pizza continues to be one of the best around, though it's a shame that lately I haven't been able to find the excellent dishes that used to come out of the kitchen. But the pizza alone is worth the trip, as the people in the Red Guide say.

22/01/2026: Excellent pizza.... That's why I gave it three stars. We were there on Saturday, supposed to be seated at 9, but there was already a half-hour wait. There were a lot of people, and I noticed only one pizza chef working. That's why there was such a long wait even for the pizzas. We expected at least an apology, which never came... We definitely won't be returning, though I'm very disappointed about that, because the pizza is truly delicious. Perhaps the best I've eaten in Savigliano.

19/03/2026: We know the place because we're old customers, but unfortunately the pizza isn't as good as it used to be. The pizzas are raw and cold. The place is cold, so we couldn't enjoy our dinner. The coffee tasted burnt. Dinner was a disappointment. We won't be back again!!

09/03/2026: I had lunch at their place with the 'workers' menu, the food was still good quality, the staff were friendly, the prices were normal, the portion sizes were inconsistent.

25/01/2026: I had a positive dining experience. I really enjoyed the quality of the food, especially the gnocchi. Parking was convenient and the staff was friendly. The prices are in line with the quality offered. 👍

12/10/2025: Too bad. I've been frequenting this pizzeria for several years, for lunch and dinner. Last night, two of us dined, and before ordering, I dared to move to the other diner. The waitress, rudely and arrogantly, slammed our chairs, demanding we move immediately to another table. This is how customers are treated. I acknowledge the new dining room management policy at this establishment. Goodbye.

12/10/2025: Two of us arrived at 7:45 after a reservation; we ordered both farinata and gluten-free and regular pizza. The gluten-free farinata arrived first, then the regular one when my wife had already finished it... meanwhile, I order a medium red beer (€8.00...!!!), then I ask and ask again, finally it arrived!!! Meanwhile, my regular pizza arrives, and when it's almost gone, the gluten-free one arrives too...! A word of advice: it would be better to prioritize customer service in the dining room instead of neglecting it for takeout, which is a real non-stop rush!!!! We liked the pizza, though, and we'll definitely be back, hoping for better luck!!!! Oh, and on the way out, I meet Mr. Conte, who is also sitting at a table with his family to enjoy this pan-fried pizza!!!! He's always a gentleman... until the end, FIRZA JUVE!!! 😉
