17/02/2025: I understand that it was the evening of the Sanremo final, but this does not justify such disorganized management. We had booked for the second round, but we stood for more than an hour in the cold waiting for a table, while other groups, even larger ones, were seated before us. If a restaurant provides two shifts, it is unacceptable that those who have booked the second have to suffer delays caused by those who stay beyond the scheduled time. The only positive aspect was the kindness of a girl on the staff who offered us some wine and chips to ease the wait. In the end, we were the last to be seated but, paradoxically, the first to receive the food, which at least was good. It's a shame, because the organization of the evening made the experience really frustrating.

19/01/2025: Our experience at this pizzeria was unfortunately below expectations. Let's start with the positive aspects: the environment is nice and welcoming as soon as you enter, with a pleasant atmosphere that promises a relaxing evening. The waiters proved to be very helpful and friendly, offering attentive and professional service. However, there were several elements that detracted from our experience. Despite the welcoming environment, the place was not heated enough, and at our table we felt cold for the entire duration of dinner. This made the meal less comfortable than expected. Moving on to the food, the pizza seemed a little too salty, and the ingredients used did not live up to expectations. In a pizzeria, the quality of the ingredients is fundamental, and in this case it seemed to us that the freshness and goodness that we expect was missing. Another critical point concerns payment management. At the time of the bill, the manager (or owner) refused to make separate accounts, despite the law allowing this practice, as long as the prohibition is clearly communicated to customers before ordering. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and the refusal created an unpleasant final mix-up. In conclusion, there are some strong points, such as the environment and the dining room staff, but there are several aspects to improve, especially in terms of comfort, quality of ingredients and customer service management.

16/02/2025: We had already been guests of friends and eaten pizza on several occasions, always satisfied. Now we found ourselves personally organizing and celebrating my father's 90th birthday. Excellent food and appreciated by all the guests, impeccable service, Riccardo looked after us with attention and excellent professionalism. Alessia was also very kind and professional. We did not disgrace the birthday boy for the choice made. We will return and I would recommend it. Thanks to all the staff.

13/01/2025: Siamo stati per lavoro io e un mio collega ad Acqui Terme, in data 13-14/01/2025. Soggiornavamo in un albergo in zona Bagni. Abbiamo scelto il ristorante dell' albergo ma abbiamo sbagliato in pieno. Abbiamo iniziato a guardarci intorno trovando questa Pizzeria Sorrento. Bravissimo il pizzaiolo! Una pizza super morbida e cotta bene, fantastica! I tempi di attesa sono stati nell'ordine, quindi niente di cui lamentarsi. Grazie mille per averci salvato! Sicuramente torneremo a mangiare qua, ci siamo trovati molto bene grazie alla proprietaria molto simpatica e alla mano. GRAZIE MILLE RAGAZZI

23/03/2025: Posto per tavolate di amici e parenti. Paella, pentolaccia con cozzee gamberi vongole. Per lo più primi di pesce. Bravi Crostacei normali...non aspettarsi certo gambero rosso! Comunque bravi, folcloristici . Brave le ragazze che servono a tavola. Accogliente. Locale un pò datato forse dovrebbe essere risistemato. È così da diversi decenni.

10/03/2025: during my weekend with a friend in Rome I went to eat after being recommended by a Roman friend, here by Giovanni, I was enthusiastic, we had the artichokes, a carbonara and a cacio e pepe, all amazing, very characteristic trattoria, Capitoline, and the owner is really very funny as he goes around the tables and occasionally plays the guitar!! If you come to Rome it must be a fixed stop!!!

30/03/2025: We sat down at 7:30 pm, we had to take the menu ourselves despite the continuous requests. We were not served after an hour and 15 minutes after continuous requests to the waiters... we decided to leave... Fantastic experience

10/03/2025: Ecco un vera trattoria: ambiente informale, servizio veloce, piatti (finalmente!) poco elaborati e senza impiattamenti assurdi oggi tanto di moda. Insomma l’ideale per una serata tranquilla mangiando in modo semplice ma bene e spendendo il giusto. I piatti, essenzialmente a base di pesce, sono ben cucinati e gli ingredienti paiono freschi. Certo, ripeto, niente di ricercato: come mangiare dalla mamma!

10/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato per la prima volta in questa trattoria, ma purtroppo le l’esperienza è stata deludente. Il locale ha un arredamento un po’ superato, ma questo è il meno. I piatti che abbiamo ordinato erano mediocri e il pesce consigliato dalla anziana proprietaria sembrava congelato, non ho trovato amore e cura per la cucina. I primi erano insipidi con gusci di vongole rotti. Arrivati alla cassa, abbiamo trovato la medesima signora che tagliava la frutta a mani nude e toccando poi i soldi, penso che l’igiene sia al primo posto. Il conto fatto a voce senza scontrino dettagliato ,conto finale un po’ sopra la media Lo sconsiglio.

10/03/2025: Modern and stylish venue; friendly and sociable staff, fairly quick and precise service. The first time, on a Saturday, I ate an excellent pizza, truly faithful to the traditional Neapolitan dough - said by a Neapolitan, in fact -. The second time, on a Wednesday, the staff guided me and advised me on the choices: fish-based menu. Absolutely satisfied with the flavor and quality of the dishes - as far as it goes, they are also nice to look at -. Good variety of desserts; prices in my opinion are proportionate to the type of dinner. Pleasantly surprised by this beautiful restaurant in Cambiano, I will certainly return soon.
