01/01/2026: The name itself is inviting, these days... The seafood is well-prepared and delicious, the waiters are attentive, friendly, and smiling. We had lunch and dinner there. The wooden restaurant offers a warm welcome.
There are three EV charging stations nearby, including a power one, and the Mazzini cinema... An excellent choice for a visit to Biella!

17/01/2026: If you go without a reservation, you might get in if you're lucky. So, as with everywhere around here, make sure to make a reservation even two hours in advance. Overall, the food is good, and their pizzas are excellent. If you're in the area and have some free time in the evening, you should definitely consider having dinner here.

The agnolotti with roast and braised meat sauce were superb!
The desserts were also excellent.

28/12/2025: Decent location, fairly good food, average price. Service is too fast, and customers who go to the restaurant for dinner are in no hurry to finish their meal; on the contrary, they're not allowed to finish their meal. Dogs are not allowed...in Sant'Ambrogio. Not recommended.

29/12/2025: The fried seafood was very good. The pizza was average. The service was poor: we ordered fries and had to ask them to bring two sauces. The fried seafood, however, required a plate for the shrimp peels and heads. There was no tablecloth except for a very small placemat, and bits of food inevitably fell onto the table. In the end, of course, I had to ask for hand towels since I ate fish. What a shame.

Whether it's the pizza or the food, the ingredients are excellent and beautifully presented!!
The place is welcoming and very clean, and the staff is always friendly and smiling!

23/12/2025: Definitely generous portions and a Guinness-worthy variety. Everyone was happy; the daily salads, grilled meats, first courses, and mussels were good. The amberjack could have been better, but that's the flavor. The desserts were also good. The staff in the dining room were very friendly.

Each dish is precise and beautifully presented. The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is welcoming and always tidy. The quality-price ratio is excellent. A restaurant you'll gladly return to.

04/11/2025: Embarrassing for lunch, chickpea salad! Canned chickpeas and corn arrive, poured onto the plate, €1, then salmon pasta with a nice thick crust, truly awful.
13/10/2025: I think they've changed management, because unfortunately the quality has dropped, the flavor has dropped, and nothing we ordered was as good as it used to be.
I'm sorry.
I won't be back.

21/12/2025: Negative points for me are the excessive use of garlic and parsley in all the dishes; the boiled potatoes as a side dish are out of place for a restaurant (more like something for a hospital diet); the octopus is often poorly cooked, resulting in an extremely rubbery texture; the staff is helpful and friendly. Despite being a pizzeria/trattoria, it would still be nice to have some privacy during the meal, which unfortunately isn't available due to the windows overlooking a busy sidewalk. High expectations were completely dashed.

29/11/2025: Excellent dinner, carefully prepared dishes, attentive service. 2 appetizers, 1 first course, 1 second course, 2 desserts, 1/4 glass of wine (due to driving), 1 💧 double espresso, €64 well spent.
26/11/2025: The food was good, but in a place of any prestige, you can't go without half a glass of sparkling water from the fridge. I was told: "I only have cold tap water," and that's not good enough for me. For dessert, I chose the Sicilian cannoli. He presented me with three mini frozen cannoli made with hard puff pastry, and that wasn't good either.
I asked for a glass of red wine and he replied: "I have a sweet and another one open, the name of which I don't remember." But what does "open" mean? In any place, they'll open any bottle for you, even if it's just for a glass.
Too bad, it wasn't a very edifying experience, considering the bill.
