16/09/2025: I don't usually write restaurant reviews, but this one deserves it. I have to say, it surprised me. The dishes were original and well-chosen, and for once, I was spoiled for choice. The dishes were carefully presented, and the ingredients were excellent. The prices are reasonable; we'll be back. It's worth the trip from Turin.

21/09/2025: A Sunday lunch with great attention to detail. We ordered both meat and fish tastings, both excellent and plentiful. The food was carefully prepared and of excellent quality. A small misunderstanding with the chef was promptly and thoroughly resolved, with an apology. The owner's presentation of the dishes was impeccable. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

26/08/2025: They say on Trip Advisor they have vegan options, but they don't have any. The usual vegetarian option, but they removed the cheese. I'd say we're a bit behind schedule for 2025. In fact, when they removed the cheese, the pizza wasn't good at all; it was dry and tasteless. The service was good, kind and friendly. If only they'd offer a vegan option; the pizza would be even better for those who are lactose intolerant or have allergies. It also says gluten-free options, but there were no options here either. It's a shame, because it's a nice place.

07/10/2025: Aside from the slightly dated feel of the place, which I don't care about, certain dishes are unmistakable. Spaghetti with clams arrived without the slightest hint of garlic. When I tasted them, they were buttered spaghetti—I repeat, buttered. The sauce for the sautéed clams was absent, with clams "thrown" on top. The dish might have a flaw, but messing up such a common, classic dish is a sign of incompetence. It's a shame, because the other two dishes were decently made and saved me from giving a terrible review. The staff was pissed off, but even when I made my reservation over the phone, they asked me in the afternoon whether I'd be eating à la carte or pizza, whether I'd have raw or cooked food. How do I know what I want for dinner at six in the afternoon? My response, "I'll see when I get there," was followed by a "whatever," which honestly tempted me to cancel the reservation.

18/10/2025: Carbonara followed by Tiramisu for our whole group. Carbonara was a little over cooked but not too bad. Tiramisu was excellent. Quite a nice spot sat out on the square

02/11/2025: Delicious, delightful. It was a dreary, rainy afternoon and the restaurant was a good respite from the weather. My husband had the venison ragú over tagliatelle with a blueberry sauce. I had the sea bass with potatoes. Both were delicious. We started with a pumpkin flan which we would recommend. The wait staff were attentive, engaging and put up with our poor attempts at Italian. It was a wonderful afternoon.

21/09/2025: I had dinner last night with some friends, for the first time at Polipazzo! I've known Gianni's sister since she ran La Selva restaurant in Vistrorio (the food was excellent), and last night I also met Gianni. I have to say, the food is divine. The staff is very friendly and efficient, nothing more to add! Gorgeous place, delicious food, incredibly fresh fish! We had the mixed antipasti (I don't remember what they're called on the menu), and then I had the grilled sea bass! Oh my, how delicious, and what a generous portion!! Congratulations to Gianni and the entire staff! We will definitely be back with great pleasure!

09/11/2025: I can't say enough good things about this historic restaurant. The pizza is delicious, and the cuisine is renowned for its seafood. Last night, they confirmed their reputation. I'm also writing to give special mention to the service, which impeccably addressed one of our minor concerns. Finally, what can I say about the desserts (the variety was excellent), which made the evening a pleasant end? Well done!

08/11/2025: Excellent restaurant with a wide menu selection, from meat to fish to pizza. Everything is delicious, the staff is knowledgeable and qualified, and the dishes are delicious, from classic to more sophisticated. I highly recommend going there; you won't regret it.
