04/08/2025: The only remarkable thing was the view. We arrived without a reservation, and the waitress prepared a table for us. Twenty minutes later, the plate of one of the guests arrived, eating alone. Several tables around us were also ordering their meals; the delay was clearly widespread. The pizzas arrived an hour later without further explanation. The tomato sauce was clearly industrially produced, and the mushrooms, ham, and other ingredients weren't fresh. It was low-end food at a premium price. Disappointing.

03/08/2025: The restaurant is very beautiful, well located. The food is quality and the staff helpful. The only downside is that they charge €3 for the cover charge without it being mentioned anywhere as required by law! It's a way of forcing a tip that will ultimately be collected by the owner and not redistributed to the staff!

14/07/2025: Rich and abundant dishes, friendly waiters, and the prices are quite reasonable.

23/05/2025: Lunch break today in Rho in the province of Milan, trattoria pizzeria il faro. The place is not very big but it is very clean and tidy with tablecloths on the tables, we took the fixed menu for 10 euros including risotto with shrimp and lemon and as a second course the octopus carpaccio with rocket and parmesan all very good and as a side dish tomato salad with onions. The staff very attentive and thoughtful, paid parking on the street.

23/07/2025: We were in a restaurant with my family, we really wanted something non-tourist and we found ourselves in just such a place! We had the feeling that we were not in a trattoria but visiting our favorite Italian aunt. We got what we wanted - local flavor multiplied by excellent service and a cozy atmosphere! We would especially like to note the dessert. We have never tried such delicious profiteroles! If I am ever in Turin again, I will definitely go to this trattoria!

21/07/2025: Storica trattoria vicina alla Basilica di Maria Ausiliatrice. Mi dispiace dover recensire abbassando di molto la valutazione ma l’assenza di conto e di scontrino oltre ad un conto decisamente troppo alto (e appunto non verificabile) per quanto ordinato non aiutano sicuramente. 1 antipasto di alici marinate, 2 primi (spaghetti allo scoglio e con vongole) 1 fritto di pesce e 2 piattini di melanzane. 2 sorbetti, 2 bottiglie d’acqua e 3/4 di vino bianco sfuso per un totale di 97 che sono veramente troppi considerando la location molto fané e la zona non propriamente centrale. Per carità materia prima buona ma con la stessa cifra o forse addirittura meno ci sono ottimi ristoranti di pesce in città.

17/06/2025: Cibo ottimo e delicato, è stata davvero una bella scoperta. Pochi piatti secondo il pescato del giorno, tutto freschissimo. Esperienza top, da ripetere sicuramente!

29/03/2025: Pranzo di lavoro, per necessità molto veloce, servizio buono, purtroppo la pasta ripiena è stata portata in tavola troppo cotta. Peccato, le aspettative erano molto alte.

24/04/2025: The atmosphere is good and we liked it. The service is extremely pleasant, the staff is very attentive and friendly. Dogs are welcome 😊 We had different pizzas which were all good. (the dough is thin in the middle, which is absolutely fine for me) it comes straight from a stone oven. We felt comfortable here and can definitely recommend it.

12/04/2025: Se è sempre pieno un motivo ci sarà. Una buona organizzazione permette di avere un servizio attento e preciso. La qualità delle merce è il saperla cucinarei invoglia ill Cliente a ritornare. Pizza favolosa. Prezzi un pochino alti ma ne vale la pena. Oltretutto un ottimo parcheggio

22/07/2025: We spent one night at the Hotel La Ripa. Although we had booked a room without a view, we were offered a room with a view (magnificent) which was a nice surprise! In the end it was a good thing because the rooms without a view are perhaps noisier because they are very close to the main road. The room was large and clean. It is an old house with beautiful parquet floors, so obviously you shouldn't expect soundproofing like you would with a modern building. We were able to enjoy the small private beach in the evening. One regret was that the deckchairs seemed quite old and there were pieces of glass everywhere on the beach unfortunately. I think you can borrow kayaks for free. We also found that the breakfast was too industrial compared to other places. In conclusion I think that La Ripa is a good option in this area of Lake Maggiore.

07/07/2025: This is our third time here. As always, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival by Paola. She was always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very balanced and plentiful. I would especially like to mention the hotel's private beach. It was great to go for a swim in the lake after a hot day without having to cross a road. We would gladly return anytime.

27/07/2025: Essendoci stato consigliato da amici che frequentano spesso il posto, avevamo aspettative che non sono state pienamente rispettate. Crudo buono, soprattutto i gamberi. A seguire Io ho preso spaghetti allo scoglio,che ho trovato davvero quasi immangiabili tanto erano salati e come pesce sopra c'erano solo cozze e due gamberetti. Il mio compagno ha preso il tentacolo di polipo, porzione minuscola per essere un secondo piatto e non un antipasto. Vini molto buoni, io ho preso un traminer e il mio compagno un brut sardo. Servizio un po' lento ma buono, con personale molto gentile.

I have been a customer of the Primavera restaurant for over 36 years and I can say that I have recommended this place a thousand times to everyone who asked me for advice on how to eat good food in an elegant but family-run restaurant. A restaurant that remains anchored to tradition, but that knows how to keep up with modern times. The restaurant is family-run: the owners are Gianni and Cinzia, with their daughter Annagiulia who welcome you with a smile and kindness that... makes you hungry! Let's start with the fish: few places can boast such quality! The appetizers, whether refined or simple, offer the flavor of the sea, fresh as if we were on the beach and the fishermen had just delivered the catch of the day. The first courses are a triumph of flavor and the spaghetti al cartoccio delight the eyes when a swan of rolled up foil is delivered to the table. The second courses are my favorites, especially the sea bass or the baked sea bream with vegetables. But lingering over the menu for a few minutes offers the possibility of always finding some new and interesting dish. The mixed fried fish is an excellence of the restaurant, almost a business card... Meat: a must try! The typical traditional dishes are accompanied by more original recipes, my preference goes to the albese among the appetizers and the tagliata among the main courses: they never disappoint and have a softness that seems like a caress brought to the palate. The pizza is very light in the dough, thin and very digestible, I have always liked it and it is typical of this restaurant: I don't think I have found a similar preparation elsewhere. It is definitely an experience to do! Very sweet ending: for those who want to end with a little sugar, Cinzia, the owner, prepares every day a whole showcase of beautiful and captivating desserts that welcomes you at the entrance and from the very beginning your eyes are enraptured. You have just entered but you already know that you will not be able to finish dinner without having tried at least one and loving it to the last teaspoon, you will find peace of mind! Wines: a good selection, with some really special labels; if you are not sure ask Gianni for advice, even after so many years he knows how to surprise me with an unusual but elegant bottle, the result of his continuous search for excellence. In short: it is a place to return to as soon as possible!

15/07/2025: I'd like to give the pizza chef some advice. Waitresses are people before being waitresses. Respect must never be lacking, not even when faced with the girl's mistake, especially when using derogatory terms like "goat" with a final chuckle. A little soul-searching, gentlemen. The pizza is good and the place is very nice, but the anger of witnessing certain things, especially towards a girl, isn't worth a pizza and a Coke. I hope you never get sued.

13/05/2025: It was probably an unlucky night, but a pizza like that really shouldn't have been served. I didn't feel like complaining to the waitress, who was very kind, so I paid and went to another pizzeria.
