30/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo locale per il pranzo di Natale. Il menù era fisso, ma sono stati molto disponibili per sostituzioni per vegetariani e per intolleranti. Il menù era ricco e curato, sia negli ingredienti che nella presentazione del piatti. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Segnalo solo un cameriere giovane che ha fatto un po' di confusione, ma nell'insieme non ha creato disguidi e ha suscitato un po' di simpatia per l'inesperienza. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Menu con pizze con un tocco di originalità e con una scelta attenta di ingredienti di ottima qualità. Assolutamente da provare se non ci siete mai stati, da ritornare dopo la prima volta !

02/06/2025: Today at lunch we celebrated my mother's 93rd birthday and it was her first time at AL MORO. She was thrilled. The staff was very kind, witty, courteous and professional, fast and attentive service, excellent food quality and portions. 24/07/2024: We loved this hotel. Paola, its owner, is infinitely kind, the building is very beautiful, its location is perfect for discovering Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. The view as well as the direct access to the lake are unique. A paradise. We will come back.

17/06/2025: Overall a positive experience. I found the pizzas to be good tasting, but a little too “cheesy” and not hot so the mozzarella was lumpy. The daily specials were very good. Good service, young and a little distracted but committed. “Senior” waiter available.

I was there for a birthday dinner, we hadn't been warned of my intolerance, but the owner was very kind in reassuring me, he invited me to choose from the menu without any problems and that he would take care of replacing the necessary ingredients. I chose a delicious fish menu, satisfied with everything, I ate every course with real pleasure! The birthday cake had cream and even at that moment, the owner approached me to tell me what a la carte desserts I could order so I could share the moment with the table, I had a space tiramisu, truly a dream! 02/06/2025: I had a dinner for my daughter's communion... great price, great menu, great food, great quality of products... very helpful and friendly people ready to satisfy every need (I had a celiac at the table who was lactose intolerant)... Great welcome... and GREAT PIZZA... (the charcoal one is TOP) I will go back often...

18/05/2025: A family restaurant where everyone pitches in, even the grandfather!!! There are many dishes on the menu, each one as delicious as the next, but we made a very simple choice: appetizers and pizzas... excellent!! And the price is more than reasonable!! The terrace is also very pleasant.

28/07/2024: Excellent dinner based on fresh fish cooked very well. The only thing to review is to have at least one other person alongside the good and willing girl who takes care of the room service to optimize the service for your diners.

08/06/2025: Siamo stati a cena con amici sabato sera...all'ingresso campeggiano numerosissime fotografie con personaggi dello sport e del calcio (Ronaldo, Achille Lauro..insomma VIP) ma nonostante questo, che a mio parere è pubblicità ingannevole, fin dall'inizio ho potuto testare poca cura e professionalità nei confronti del cliente; al nostro ingresso ci hanno indicato, tipo agenti di rampa (insomma quegli addetti che fanno fare manovra all'aeroporto sulla pista di rollaggio) dov'era il nostro tavolo, senza accompagnarci e nonostante la prenotazione lo stesso non era nemmeno pronto (prenotazione per 4 persone, tavolo apparecchiato per tre) hanno dovuto operare per estrarre l'estensione del tavolo.. tovaglia stropicciato ed arravazzonata. Servizio al tavolo alquanto "rustico" il camerire penso facesse quel lavoro da massimo mezz'ora infatti dopo l'ordinazione abbiamo chiesto una focaccia per stuzzicare qualcosa e per pronta risposta ci è stato detto che la comanda ormai era già partita. Nel momento in cui sono arrivate le bevande l9 stesso pseudo-cameriere molto elegantemente ha sporto la bibita al commensale al mio fianco facendola passare davanti al mio viso...🤔🤦‍♀️. Il cibo davvero buono ma il servizio davvero pessimo, finita acqua e vino abbiamo chiesto altra acqua e vino che sono stati prontamente portati, peccato che abbiano lasciato tutti i vuoti sul tavolo con comprensibile disagio per il proseguo della cena...lo pseudo-cameriere scontra con il fianco il cestino del pane (vuoto) e non si cura minimamente di portarlo via o di chiedere se ne volessimo altro...dulcis in fundo dopo più di mezz'ora che avevamo finito di cenare nessuno si è preoccupato di chiedere se volessimo dolce o caffè...abbiamo dovuto chiamarlo noi Esperienza negativa

01/06/2025: Ci torno periodicamente, con amici o famiglia. Locale piccolo (meglio prenotare) con menù di mare, che varia spesso. Mi sono sempre trovato bene, senza dubbio consigliato.

25/05/2025: The place where I ate and was treated worse. Three cuts out of 3 were cooked incorrectly, I ordered a hamburger and after a quarter of an hour they told me they were out of stock. Pizza with porcini mushrooms from the menu arrived with champignon mushrooms. Terrible pizzas, the frozen ones are better. Very long waiting times, 1 hour from arrival at the restaurant. I had to remind the waitress that she had marked an extra dish. Bread and side dishes late compared to the dishes. At the cash register when we were asked if everything was ok, when we reported it the owner (?) immediately changed her attitude (rude) giving excuses that were later denied. I paid with a 100 euro note the bill of 61, they gave me 39 euros counted to the cent. DO NOT GO THERE

The waiters didn't even smile and seemed pissed off and even mummies, you called them to come and take your order and they pretended not to see you, they were really rude.
