02/07/2024: I have read some of the poor reviews and reject their opinions entirely. I am well travelled and even better educated on dining. We started with glasses of champagne as it was our anniversary and then I had an octopus starter. My wife didn't want a starter and the waiting staff brought 2 plates and cutlery so that we could share. I then had the tagliata which was huge, tender and wonderfully cooked. My wife had the pork belly which was also beautifully cooked. An excellent local wine that was recommended topped off an excellent start to my Como trip.

17/05/2024: Bella location in centro a Gallarate Locale molto fresco, pulito ed accogliente. Servizio impeccabile. Abbiamo optato per un menu di pesce dove i piatti erano molto curati e particolari. Molto buono il vino bianco proposta per l’accompagnamento. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato alla bellezza del locale.

18/08/2024: The place is very nice, nothing to say. We didn't try the cuisine, but we tried the aperitifs... €18 for three watered-down "spritz", 99% water 1% spritz (we watched the execution). Chips not included. Not even 🥲

17/08/2024: Very nice restaurant, not too expensive and above all very well located, terrace in the shade of olive trees. The food is a bit different from the classic pizza/pasta. Free parking for cars.

23/06/2024: Alla ricerca di un ristorante per la cena del mio compleanno, sul lungolago di Salò, abbiamo scelto l’eccellenza. Connubio tra atmosfera, panorama e cibo. Tutto sublime. Con lo studio e la ricerca, lo chef regala un viaggio di sapori che regalo al palato un ricordo. Ci torneremo!

15/06/2024: Avevo cercato un ristorante dove poter pranzare in riva al lago a Salò. Il connubio fra cucina e paesaggio di sfondo è assolutamente perfetto. Sfondo pittoresco, menù assolutamente ricercato e nel palato un trionfo di sapori! Sicuramente consigliato, ritorneremo con piacere!

21/08/2024: Terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le lac très en hauteur. Plats très bons et vin excellent (beaucoup de choix). Personnel agréable et souriant. Parking sur place.

08/08/2024: Despite having already read reviews, we decided on the restaurant - unfortunately. The beef fillet ordered medium was a 150g heavy, 1cm thick beef neck, possibly raw, which arrived well-done. Also not available was any form of sauce. Portion size - starter. The lagsagna that was also ordered and advertised was a mixture of cream, parmesan and lasagne sheets. Only the pasta with vegetables that we ordered was good in terms of portion size and taste, hence 2 stars. I would NOT currently recommend the restaurant given the high prices (3€ cover per person and all dishes over 14€).

02/07/2024: Beautiful location. Very large environments ranging from the business side to the romantic side to the group side. Nothing to complain about eating. TOP parmigiana and also the fries quite light. Maybe they should improve the quality for the prosecco. Cocktail and barwoman I would say over the TOP. Friendly staff and very fast service. Congratulations for everything.

22/08/2024: I stayed one night with my partner because we were returning to QC TERME (so the night was not planned). We enter and ask for the room. Yes booking I see it at 94 euros with breakfast. At reception I was offered the cheapest standard one at 100 euros with breakfast. For a few euros I'm not even going to say anything. Terrible second floor room!!! Very old! Head of the bed that seems to come off at any moment, doors that don't close completely so light comes in all night (full of cobwebs), 50's bathroom (I had never seen the knobs attached to the wall in the shower). Power socket used for the fan... It was impossible for me to close the door while my partner managed but there is still a 5 cm gap open at the bottom left. The terrible breakfast. The night before I stayed in a two star hotel nearby spending 80 euros with breakfast with much newer, cleaner rooms and a stellar breakfast. The reception is new but don't be fooled by that.

18/08/2024: We were surprised when we arrived in our room: dilapidated despite the very modern photos on various reservation sites and that of the hotel. The reception and the 1st floor have been renovated, but not the 2nd. On top of that, the bedroom door didn't close properly. Bathroom of a decent size but very impractical, no place to put your belongings and little light. The shower was very small. No air conditioning, no fan provided. Our room overlooked the street so we couldn't sleep with the windows open and got very hot. The parking lot is very small, there are only a few places to park. Positive points: - Despite its very dated style, the room was clean. - The location next to the thermal baths, very pleasant setting. - The pastry shop offers good cakes. Fine for one night, but no more.

28/07/2024: Purtroppo non in linea con le aspettative. Certamente materia prima di ottima qualità. Purtroppo scarsa la varietà di piatti offerti e la cucina rovina un materiale certamente pregiato, badando più alla presentazione che non al sapore del piatto. Lista dei vini carente per un posto che vuole essere di un livello medio-alto con ricarichi esosi. L atmosfera è molto "luci soffuse" e minimal, può piacere oppure no. Il servizio non è stato all altezza. Fatto determinante sul servizio: ho chiesto del caviale, guardandomi strano la cameriera mi risponde che lo vendono solo per quantità. Rispondo che va bene e mi fa notare quanto costa portandomi un menù e indicandomi il prezzo a lato col dito anziché arrivare con quanto richiesto. Non si fa. E purtroppo quello che ci ha portato era un caviale italiano di qualità medio bassa. I presupposti per essere un ristorante ottimo li avrebbe tutti ma a mio viso si necessitano molti cambiamenti: cucina e cantina in primis. I prezzi sono in linea con il tipo di ristorante che vuole essere ma non è.

11/03/2024: Come ho scritto nel titolo, giova ripetere le esperienzr positive. In cinque abbiamo gustato antipasti e primi di ottima qualità e abbiamo constatato che nulla è mutato rispetto all'anno scorso. Esperienza positiva.
