09/08/2024: We came for dinner on a Friday, there is an adjacent parking lot. You can sit inside (there is air conditioning and it works!) or outside on the lovely balcony of the place. The waiter was very nice and responded flexibly to all our requests regarding the dishes. Everything was simple and delicious! We ate 2 pizzas, terimiso and meringue cake and 2 soft drinks. The bill came out to 37.5 euros.

04/07/2024: Alla ricerca di novità e fidandosi delle ottime recensioni precedenti, ho portato moglie e figlie in quel di Cocquio-Trevisago. Nel piccolo centro storico del paese si trova facilmente il ristorante Fra.Mar.Tina. La grande sala con un enorme camino, una volta parte di un antico convento, è accogliente e calda, tranquilla, ben dispone a un buon pranzo. Ad accoglierci ancora meglio è Tina, la cui empatia e calore pugliese è un gradito antipasto per l’anima. La cucina tradizionale e di pesce ha fatto onore alla terra natìa di Tina è ovviamente è stata apprezzata grandemente da tutti noi. Ce ne siamo andati per la doverosa passeggiata di alleggerimento sazi nel corpo e nello spirito. Merita sia una visita che il ritorno. Tanto di cappello!

30/06/2024: Da quasi due anni è il nostro ristorante preferito ❤️ vale ogni km fatto per arrivarci Pizzoccheri buonissimi, pieni di gusto (mai mangiati così buoni!!) Pasta allo scoglio ormai non la devo più commentare troppo.. favolosa 😍 Dolci originali, diversi dal solito Tina è una grandissima donna capace di far stare a proprio agio tutti, dinamica energetica!! Proprio come i suoi piatti Location superba, si vede che c’è il gusto personale della padrona, moolto curato, soffitti alti ad arco, lampadario gigante e un bellissimo camino che accompagna il tutto Passate, è una vera esperienza dove vi sentirete a casa ma con cibo da ristorante stellato (a mio parere il suo cibo va oltre) È un’intera generazioni di chef, infatti il nome porta i vari nomi Prezzi più che onesti (per come sono curati i piatti io farei pagare anche di più), su instagram potrete vedere le offerte menu proposte a prezzi vantaggiosi (menu completo vario e ricco) Noi torneremo, come ogni volta ❤️😋🇮🇹

26/08/2024: We had dinner in this restaurant one evening in August, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing in every respect. As soon as we arrived, we sat down and waited 45 minutes just to receive our drinks. But the worst was yet to come: after 1 and a half hours of waiting, they finally brought us our orders. The pizzas were cold and of poor quality, absolutely not up to our expectations. Also, two pizzas were wrong compared to what we ordered. We were convinced we would find the usual good pizza that had always satisfied us, but this time we were really disappointed. After last night's adventure, I really don't think we'll be back. It's a shame, but the service and quality of the food were truly unacceptable.

10/07/2024: Excellent fish. Right value for money. Desserts not on the menu, I suggest keeping some sorbets 😋. I'll be back

17/06/2024: Il posto può essere una buona alternativa se sei in centro a Mantiva e vuoi mangiare pesce in un posto infornale. Detto questo il prezzo è comunque un filo alto, la scelta poca (vedere un banco vuoto lascia un po’ pensare…) e il cibo è buono ma non lascia il segno, Un ultimo appunto, se servite un amico e gli date una porzione doppia di fritto rispetto al tavolo a fianco un po’ le scatole le fa girare…o no? Detto questo, lasciamo tre pallini perché non vogliamo essere fraintesi: se avete voglia di una mangiata informale di pesce, il portafoglio non piange e non volete la location da 10 e lode…. fermatevi!

06/08/2024: I had dinner in this restaurant, bigoli with lake fish sauce, lake fried fish, a slice of pineapple, water and a glass of wine, €46. Service with little empathy. Too bad that the extra virgin olive oil was of EU origin, rather than using the oil produced in the Garda area

25/07/2024: There are just unpleasant people. We wanted to enjoy the city and eat well, but our good mood was quickly dampened. Despite there being free tables, there was apparently no room for us. After we left, the next guests were immediately seated. When we asked why they were given a place, the employees didn't have much to say and ignored us. Eventually we realized the problem was our three-year-old daughter. Sad.

03/05/2024: Fantastic fish restaurant, but they also have other traditional Valtellina dishes. The staff is very polite and the place is elegantly decorated

23/08/2024: No, it's not a 4 star.... Structure to which they tried to do maintenance without satisfactory results, furniture repainted and even badly, old and damaged doors. The bathroom with rusty or broken accessories. The exterior, like the interior, is not in excellent health, as is the entrance with wooden tiles that are stuck every now and then. We had a room with a terrace from which we could enjoy an excellent view of the lake, ruined by the neglect of the exterior: gutters with weeds inside, or broken down and eaten by rust. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired as does that of the terrace, which for 5 days we had a pack of cigarettes that were not ours on the floor.... The fantastic breakfast that everyone describes perhaps because at home they are used to eating old, dry stuff. Inedible bacon reheated and reheated day after day. We counted the same 5 slices of dried cooked ham for 5 days which no one had the courage to eat. If you don't eat croissants or various junk it's difficult to find something decent. The cleaning ladies woke us up every morning at 7am, slamming stuff, doors and garbage bags. Maybe they were in a hurry to clean the rooms?... Absurd, I've never seen anything like that. The only positive notes are the location, and the kindness of the staff in the hall, lounge and pool who have always been kind and helpful. This is certainly not enough to fill the great gap that separates them from a 4 star hotel.....

17/08/2024: Hotel located in a very beautiful position, facing the lake. Exceptional breakfast. Helpful and very kind staff. The restaurant is excellent. To return.

27/08/2024: We came in a group of three women. Good morning, the waitress asked if we had reservations because everything was booked. Then it turned out that there were free seats in the place and we could sit there. We ordered one pizza for three people (because we weren't hungry) and something else to drink. The waitress taking our orders rolled her eyes that there was only one pizza. Another waitress bringing our order almost threw it on the table without giving us our plates. You had to go and claim it yourself and ask for it. They treated us with disrespect, and to pay for the order we had to go to the cash register ourselves because no waitress responded to us. The pizza was very good but the service was terrible.

10/08/2024: We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of our friends Well what can I say we had a good time in every respect We had pizza, chips and fried fish with chips, all very good Finally we also had dessert and what can I say was delicious For those who complained about the environment in previous reviews, I don't understand what you expect from a neighborhood restaurant... I found it in line with what they offer If I had to recommend it I would recommend it Kindness and courtesy And what about EXCELLENT quality/price

18/07/2024: Frugal dinner last night with friends. Excellent value for money pizza. Rustic but welcoming location. Staff always friendly and helpful. Spectacular house bitters.
