03/05/2026: We went to Vulcano Milano in Cinisello Balsamo with some dear friends, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to spend the day. We tried the pizza with Venere rice and hemp dough: a light, fragrant base with a unique flavor. The truffle and Patanegra topping was simply amazing!! Congratulations 👏🏻

I was very pleased. I will definitely come back again soon. The brisket and diaphragm are my favorites. I recommend medium here.

06/03/2026: A truly interesting place, with a winter garden that makes the dining room feel more airy. The food is very fresh, and the spaghetti with sea urchins is worth the trip. Contemporary Sardinian cuisine and a selection of wines and spirits perfectly suited to the pampered Milanese clientele. A special mention goes to the mandarin and Campari sorbet, which restores all the key digestive functions. Must try! The bill is reasonable.

The raw fish we ordered was really fresh. Everything else was top-notch. The prices are reasonable and obviously depend on what you order. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. A welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff. The small number of tables is a testament to the attention to detail and customer service. The food was delicious; we tried the trio of first courses, with sophisticated, original, and well-balanced combinations. The real highlight was the dessert that truly impressed us: exceptional tiramisu and semifreddo. 22/03/2026: I tried the following dishes: - Veal pâté with hazelnut praline, caramelized Tropea onions, and brioche bread (€16) - Lucanian fusilli with Sarconi beans, mussels, and a crunchy bell pepper (€16) - Duck breast with apple and cinnamon compote, red sauerkraut, and a Madeira reduction (€26) The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, with good, attentive service. The veal pâté fell short of expectations: it lacked flavor and was undermined by the overly sweet, caramelized onions. Overall, the dish leaned more toward the balance of a slightly salty dessert than an appetizer. The fusilli were the highlight of the meal: perfectly opened mussels, perfectly cooked squid, and a truly successful sauce. The balance of flavors was excellent, with a harmonious and convincing combination of sea and land. The duck breast had a good texture, being quite tender, but overall it lacked flavor, with some parts being slightly more intense. The apple compote and red sauerkraut were well executed and helped balance the dish, offsetting the delicateness of the duck. The Madeira reduction, however, was lacking in both quantity and flavor.

24/04/2026: We were here for lunch today and were very satisfied. There are already plenty of other reviews about the fantastic location. The service is also frequently mentioned positively – and we can certainly agree. Very friendly, very fast, and above all, professional. The latter is especially rare these days – all the more reason to appreciate it. The food was delicious 😋. From the focaccia and the trio of carpaccio to the grilled fish and the prawns/scampi. There was also grilled vegetables. Incidentally, there were far more Italians than tourists during our visit. Just a heads-up for those who always complain about this.

05/02/2026: Unfortunately, a very negative experience at Partenopea Milano. The service was extremely slow: we waited almost an hour for our dishes, without any explanation or adequate apology. Such a wait is unacceptable, especially for a pizzeria that should focus on speed and efficiency. The most serious problem, however, is the quality and accuracy of the dishes. The ones served as "gnocchi alla sorrentina" were anything but. The gnocchi seemed to have been simply taken, covered in sauce and mozzarella, and baked, without any care or respect for the traditional recipe. The result is a heavy dish, poorly balanced, and far removed from authentic gnocchi alla sorrentina, which requires proper creaming, quality mozzarella, and harmonious preparation. The other dishes we tasted were also mediocre, with nothing to justify the wait or the prices. From a restaurant that harks back to Neapolitan tradition, one expects consistency, quality, and respect for the recipes, especially when using such iconic names. Unfortunately, all of this was lacking here. I would not recommend it and would not return.

23/02/2026: Nice quaint place. Great service, attentive and friendly. The bread is either olive or peperoncino and is delicious! I had the spaghetti and clams without the peperoncini. It was ok. Nothing spectacular but good. Prices decent.

31/01/2026: The bread was excellent, homemade, and truly delicious. We also really enjoyed the house wine. The risotto was excellent, one of the best dishes: creamy and flavorful. The veal Milanese (“elephant ear”) was good, but not particularly impressive for my taste. That said, the ossobuco was very good, and the dessert was truly excellent. Overall, excellent value, a pleasant and well-kept place. A place I would gladly return to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
