14/03/2026: The restaurant is located inside a small, welcoming hotel overlooking the bay of Le Grazie (Portovenere). The spacious, welcoming dining room is tastefully furnished. The cuisine is top-notch, with seafood specialties. The service is prompt and courteous, and the wine list offers excellent selections. I also enjoyed the desserts, all homemade. We'll definitely be returning.

12/03/2026: We had dinner 2 times out of 4 nights stay. The grilled seabass was my favourite dish. Had seafood risotto and seafood spaghetti both were also very fresh and yummy.

19/05/2026: If you are staying in Monterosso or even traveling to Cinque Terre, Il Casello is a must visit! We stopped here the first night and were lucky enough to get a table outside without a reservation (definitely call ahead if you can). We were promptly greeted by friendly servers and sat with a spectacular view. Great selection of wine and food. The first night we had the stuffed mussels and then the gnocchi and local fish with lemon sauce. Everything was absolutely delicious! Finished with their house made tiramisu which was spectacular. One of the owners, Jennifer, was so great and made sure that everything was perfect. We came back on our last night because we loved it so much. We had the award wining stuffed anchovies (highly recommend!!) and the octopus ragu pasta and the seafood spaghetti. Again, everything was terrific. You cannot beat the service, the view, and the food. Cannot recommend this place enough! We cannot wait to come back once we are able to visit Cinque Terre again. Thank you Jennifer!

10/05/2026: We went to Naclerio in Sarzana and were truly satisfied. The pizza is authentic Neapolitan, light and made with quality ingredients, but the real surprise was the meat: a tender rib eye steak cooked to perfection. The panigacci with premium cured meats were also excellent, not to mention the babà to finish, which was out of this world. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and know what they're doing. Fair prices and a great atmosphere; we'll definitely be back!

13/08/2025: We had a wonderful evening!! The terrace setting is idyllic. It's easy to understand and feel that this is a generous meal prepared by passionate people whose goal is to showcase local produce. The meal was divine, as was the service. A must-do if you're near Cinque Terre, rather than heading to a tourist trap.

10/05/2026: The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and the service was just adequate. The three appetizers I was served were good, although some could have been served hotter. The first course, however, was truly disappointing, as it was supposed to be fish (which was very limited), but instead tasted only of capers and tomatoes. Furthermore, it was too al dente—I wouldn't say raw, but almost. I hate writing these reviews because I come from a family that has worked in this profession all my life.

04/04/2026: We visited this restaurant in Levanto with three adults and two children and had a really good time. The service was very friendly and attentive, always available even for the little ones, which we really appreciated. The prices are absolutely reasonable and well-proportioned for the quality of the dishes. We ate well, but a special mention goes to the seafood risotto: truly excellent, flavorful, and well-cooked. Overall, a positive experience that we recommend, especially for those traveling with family.

05/05/2026: To all celiacs (and non-celiacs): come and enjoy! I have severely symptomatic celiac disease (the slightest contamination is enough for me to feel terrible 15 minutes later...) and I'm terrified of eating out, especially in places that aren't part of the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) network. Here I can assure you that the utmost attention and knowledge of the issue are provided. There's no contamination because everything is cooked in separate pans. On top of that, the food is delicious, and there's even a gluten-free dessert (the tiramisu is delicious). The staff, needless to say... the place is run by competent, extremely helpful, and welcoming people. For food allergies, they're generally very attentive to every need. Greetings from me, my baby, and my dad. We'll definitely be back! ❤️

16/04/2026: Came here with an Italian excursion! First course pasta, very good. Second course breaded chicken, nothing special, ordinary chicken from the ice! Dessert tiramisu, perfect. Excellent. Beautiful. The waitresses are polite and professional, the atmosphere is very nice, I feel like I'm in a family kitchen! I recommend!

24/04/2026: Best cuisine of Portovenere! I was recommended this restaurant by locals and I’ve had an excellent polpo e patate, the best I’ve ever had. The owner and the staff were really friendly! Food unrelated, the facilities were very clean and equipped with a spacious space/changing table for my baby.

17/05/2026: Today I had risotto for 2 and a fried food to take away.......€40.....and the rice was red with tomato sauce 🤬I'm sorry but we're not there yet

17/05/2026: I go there often, it's always been good, a few ups and downs, nothing major, but today it's definitely a no, but I'm not the only one who said that, a bad day can happen, if I had been there for the first time I would have deleted it from my itineraries, it's never happened to me that I didn't eat the dish, but it can happen, let's say it's a really bad day, we'll see next time

03/05/2026: Always excellent, prices have gone up a bit, but still competitive. I've been going there for years, and it never disappoints. In the historic center, a beautiful location. A must-see in Sarzana.

21/04/2026: Good food, terrible service, to finish the dinner I had to go and look for the waiters and ask them to come and serve us, they were tidying up the room, not caring about the customers who remained on the veranda!
