28/07/2025: Очень разочарованы. Самый невкусный обед в Италии, за который мы заплатили 130 евро (двое взрослых и ребенок). Ребёнок чуть не подавился костями рыбы в рекомендованном для детей блюде fish and chips. Ужасное обслуживание. Грязный санузел. Отсутствие интернета. Не понимаю, как такие заведения могут быть рекомендованы на TripAdvisor

Che dire lo consiglio a chi vuole stare bene e assaporare piatti che solo l'arte di Filippo(chef) sa' esaltare ed elaborare per farti sentire il mare al palato.Ottima la selezione dei vini e dei dolci e un plauso al personale di sala sempre attento e gentile.
Bravi ragazzi ci si vede presto e consiglio di provare x credere se passare da Varigotti!!

31/01/2026: Everything was Special. Fresh, made to order and tastefull. Service impeccable. Good quality of food. Nice ambiance. I loved when the cook (owner) scream « Calamari Ciak » when its ready. La scarpetta makes it more delicious. I recommand this restaurant when in Monterrosso.❣️❣️

11/01/2026: I had lunch with my friends. We ordered appetizers and a first or second course each.
We arrived at 12:30, and our dishes arrived at 1:50 PM with no apology for the 1-hour and 20-minute wait. The appetizers were served directly to us, and the appetizers were completely forgotten. Two of the seven people we were with ate another 25 minutes later. When they picked up our dishes, they received theirs. Again, no apology from the waitresses.
The food was good, and the portions were adequate for the price. Except for the spaghetti with clams, which were completely undercooked and very salty.
We didn't order desserts for fear of leaving the restaurant after another hour.

13/01/2026: Pietra, a small, intimate village that doesn't deserve places like this, not so much for the type and location of the place, which is also positive, but for the owner, "I would say" arrogant, annoying, and unfriendly. I would see her well in Piedmont, or perhaps she's even like that in those places. No offense, but I know that attitude towards outsiders, having traveled a lot, but we were all from the area. In summary: Pizza 1, ham to forget, tomato, oh well... waitress 5, because she has to work, cashier (alleged owner/manager) ZERO. Review internally and physically.
06/01/2026: This review is for the restaurant only (not the hotel). Very poor service, extremely long wait times, and the waitress who served us (perhaps the owner? Or at least one of the restaurant managers) was rude and unfriendly. The food was good, but the aforementioned issues were significant. At the tables around us, we saw her twice send pizzas back because they weren't the ones we ordered. In short, there's a lot of room for improvement, to be polite.

30/12/2025: Located on the seafront and next to the bike path. Great for breakfast and lunch, but also for aperitifs. They have a varied menu featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients. They also host themed evenings with live music.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Beppe manages everything with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. A break at impEKabile is a must!
10/11/2025: Hello, this tourist trap on the bike path is a mess. The staff is clueless, and the food is only good for a drink overlooking the sea; the rest is not great and it's expensive.

04/01/2026: At 1:45 PM, we stopped for lunch. Given the time, they asked for a half-hour wait, but it turned out to be 40-45 minutes.
The restaurant is of a good standard, with a window overlooking the sea offering a fantastic view.
The food is excellent, expertly prepared with quality ingredients.
I gave the service 3 stars not because of the kindness and professionalism of the staff, but because they seated us at a "wobbly" table that turned out to be a camping table placed next to a laundry basket overflowing with tablecloths ready for the wash. I believe that any customer going to a restaurant where a course costs an average of €25 has the right to eat at a real table without mountains of dirty tablecloths next to them.
31/12/2025: This time we went for breakfast. Sirio is always a sure thing. If you're passing through Spotorno and need breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you can't choose better than Sirio! Impeccable service (smiling and friendly waiters) and a stunning location: what more can I say?

2 antipasti 2 secondi vino pigato (hanno portato secchiello con ghiaccio), piatti molto belli alla vista e ottimo pesce. Prezzo giusto per il contesto (100 euro)

01/01/2026: A simply fantastic experience. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the table setting to the quality of the olive oil and bread served. The fish, naturally ultra-fresh, is immediately distinctive in its aroma and flavor.
The staff is friendly and attentive! The owner is pleasant, welcoming, and friendly: one of those restaurants you haven't seen in a while.
The pasta dishes were excellent and generously portioned: the pesto, with its bright color and intense aroma, was clearly made that morning, while the penne with salmon was top-notch.
The complimentary coffee was very welcome. The value for money is sensational. I can't wait to return.
(I highly recommend the place to both romantic and party-goers.)

I always have a great time thanks to the beautifully designed, recently renovated interior, where the tables are arranged so that conversations can be perfectly organized without the Saturday-evening chaos that is a common misfortune. I'm truly happy to have discovered this restaurant by chance, while working, and its owners, who are wonderfully welcoming and genuinely friendly.
