08/10/2023: Divino. Il riso al curry e piselli fa impallidire anche il mitico curry di Cipriani. Poi la sfoglia di branzino o il cappon magro, piatto tipico ligure, indimenticabili. Se passate dal Golfo del Tigullio fermatevi qui.

25/07/2024: I went to this restaurant not by chance, but because my partner and I, being housed in the bay of silence, were intrigued by this wonderful restaurant that overlooks it.
The location is enchanting, you would stay staring at everything for hours. The only tiny disappointment (not their fault obviously), is that we expected, as per the photos and videos on the Instagram page, to dine on the sand of the beach, it would have been superb... which could no longer be done for reasons we didn't ask for because we were so caught up in the perfection of everything else that we left out.
We were seated by Salvatore, a very elegant, respectful but also very nice man. He immediately put us at ease at a table outside, which looked out towards the sea horizon. We were really in love.
The menu featured appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts. Few dishes, but VERY, VERY, elegant and particular. Written and elegantly formatted menu, every dish called you to eat. Both my girlfriend and I opted for "Tagliolini 32 yolks with prawns and glasswort". Gentlemen, believe me, I'm not a critic, I'm not a chef, so I can base this on my personal taste... but I'm a good-mouthed guy, I eat out a lot, and I love fish. I have NEVER eaten such a good first course, EVER. My girlfriend and I had hearts in our eyes. They served us this dish accompanied by crunchy walnut bread, which went perfectly to make the final shoe with that MONUMENTAL cream. (I also told the kids all this). Standing ovation for this first course, in 27 years of eating out it's the first time I've been so in love. It was sad to finish it.
Then we ordered a mixed fry to split in two... which we left, because we were fine and full. Here there is a very small point against it, we waited exactly 45 minutes before receiving it post first, which made me feel a little less hungry... but believe me, if I tell you that there were really a lot of people and that IT WAS WORTH IT 100% wait. Very fresh mixed fried food, you could really feel the pure freshness. I had the rest packaged up to take away (I usually never do this).
We thought we had reached the top, when instead Massimiliano, who I believe is an important part of that restaurant given his elegance and attention towards customers, once dinner was finished, kindly made us sit in two armchairs on the terrace that he had arranged especially for the two of us, to allow us to still enjoy that wonderful location, while leaving the table to other customers. He was really kind and respectful towards us. We stayed there another half hour, taking photos at sunset and enjoying the horizon. The prices are a little high, but perfectly in line with the quality of the food. Personally, I often complain about exaggerated prices, but I swear, in this case it's all deserved.
I would also like to compliment the waiter, whose name unfortunately I don't know, and who I only know has been working there for a short time. A boy with blond hair. He treated us like gentlemen, served with the utmost attention and respect. More waiters like this.
I am infinitely grateful for this gastronomic experience, I take note of it and I already tell you that I will be returning soon with other people.

25/07/2024: Sono stato in questo ristorante non per caso, ma perché essendo alloggiati alla baia del silenzio io e la mia compagna, ci incuriosiva questo meraviglioso ristorante che affaccia proprio su di essa.
La location è d’incanto, rimarresti a fissare il tutto per ore. Unica minuscola delusione (non per colpa loro ovviamente), è che ci aspettavamo, come da foto e video sulla pagina Instagram, di cenare sopra la sabbia della spiaggia, sarebbe stato superlativo… il che non si poteva più fare per motivi che non abbiamo chiesto perché eravamo talmente presi dalla perfezione di tutto il resto che abbiamo tralasciato.
A noi ci ha fatto accomodare Salvatore, un uomo molto elegante, rispettoso ma anche molto simpatico. Ci ha messo subito a nostro agio in un tavolo fuori, che affacciava proprio verso l’orizzonte del mare. Eravamo proprio innamorati.
Il menù presentava antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci. Pochi piatti, ma MOLTO, MOLTO, eleganti e particolari. Menù scritto e formato elegante, ti chiamava ad esser mangiato ogni piatto. Sia io che la mia ragazza abbiamo optato per “Tagliolini 32 tuorli con gamberi e salicornia”, (quelli che vedete in foto). Signori, credetemi, io non sono un critico, non sono uno chef, quindi posso basarmi sul mio gusto personale… ma sono un ragazzo di bocca buona, mangio molto in giro, e amo il pesce. Non ho MAI mangiato un primo piatto così buono, MAI. Io e la mia ragazza avevamo i cuoricini negli occhi. Ci hanno servito questo piatto accompagnato da del croccante pane alle noci, che si sposava alla perfezione per fare la scarpetta finale con quella crema MONUMENTALE. (Tutto ciò l’ho detto anche ai ragazzi). Standing ovation per questo primo piatto, in 27 anni che mangio fuori è la prima volta che rimango così innamorato. Dispiaceva finirlo.
Poi abbiamo ordinato un fritto misto da dividere in due… che abbiamo lasciato, perché stavamo bene ed eravamo sazi. Qua sorge un piccolissimo punto a sfavore, abbiamo aspettato 45 minuti esatti prima di riceverlo post primo, il che mi ha fatto un pochino scender la fame… ma credetemi, se vi dico che c’era davvero tanta gente e che ne È VALSA LA PENA al 100% aspettare. Fritto misto freschissimo, si sentiva proprio la freschezza pura. Mi sono fatto impacchettare il resto per portarlo via (di solito non lo faccio mai).
Pensavamo di aver raggiunto il top, quando invece Massimiliano, che credo sia una parte importante di quel ristorante vista la sua eleganza e attenzione nei confronti dei clienti, una volta terminata la cena, ci ha gentilmente fatto accomodare in due poltrone in terrazza che aveva sistemato apposta per noi due, per permetterci di goderci ancora quella meravigliosa location, lasciando però il tavolo ad altri clienti. È stato veramente gentile e rispettoso nei nostri confronti. Siamo stati lì un’altra mezz’ora, scattando foto al tramonto godendoci l’orizzonte. I prezzi sono un po’ alti, ma perfettamente in linea con la qualità del cibo. Personalmente mi lamento spesso dei prezzi esagerati, ma giuro, in questo caso è tutto meritato.
Vorrei complimentarmi anche con il cameriere, di cui purtroppo non conosco il nome, e di cui so solo che lavora lì da poco. Un ragazzo con i capelli a biondi. Ci ha trattato da signori, serviti con il massimo dell’attenzione e del rispetto. Più camerieri così.
Ringrazio infinitamente di questa esperienza gastronomica, ne tengo atto e vi dico già che presto ci tornerò con altre persone.

27/07/2024: I went to this place with my wife during a holiday and we had dinner there practically every evening of our stay (from 12th to 21st July).
Located in a splendid beachfront location, the "La Bitta" restaurant is the ideal place for lovers of fresh fish and refined cuisine. The sea view offers a relaxing and enchanting atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends.
The culinary experience (because it is a real experience we are talking about) begins, for us, with an appetizer of raw purple San Remo prawns. The freshness and quality of the fish are immediately evident, with the prawns melting in your mouth, offering a delicate and natural flavor of the sea.
The double-cooked octopus with wasabi mayonnaise is another delight not to be missed. The double cooking makes the octopus tender on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside, while the wasabi mayonnaise adds a spicy and sophisticated note that balances the dish perfectly.
The first courses are a true celebration of homemade pasta. The lobster tagliolini are rich and creamy, with the lobster giving a sweet and delicate flavor to the dish. The amberjack and swordfish ravioli are an explosion of flavors, with a tasty and well-balanced filling.
Tagliolini allo scoglio are a tribute to the Italian culinary tradition, with very fresh seafood that enrich the pasta with their intense flavour.
For the second courses, the swordfish fillet with sliced potatoes is cooked to perfection, keeping the meat juicy and tender. The sliced potatoes add a crunchy and tasty component that completes the dish.
Grilled amberjack is another strong dish, with the amberjack being grilled to bring out its natural flavour, accompanied by fresh and delicious side dishes.
Desserts are the perfect conclusion to this culinary experience. The chocolate cut with peach reduction, blueberry and cardamom is a refined and rich dessert, with the combination of chocolate and fruit creating a perfect balance between sweet and sour.
The basil dessert with a glass of dark chocolate and basil liqueur is a unique experience, with the basil adding a surprising freshness to the dark chocolate, making this dessert unforgettable.
The "La Bitta" restaurant is a beachfront gem that offers fish dishes of the highest quality, prepared with skill and passion. Each course is a journey through the flavors of the sea, impeccably presented and served in an environment that enhances the natural beauty of the coast.
Naturally, in addition to the à la carte menu (with local fish always very fresh) they offer off-menu (catch of the day) which really deserves to be savoured.
Chef Roland and his wonderful family, wife and son, deserve a special mention, as they will make you feel really good with their friendliness and helpfulness!
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a memorable dining experience.
Prices absolutely in line and consistent with the quality and workmanship of the raw materials and the service offered.
14/07/2024: Beautiful place, I was there on Friday evening there were 4 of us, very kind staff who also combined 2 tables to make a very comfortable table for 4 because we also have a dog! I recommend this place if you go on holiday to Laigueglia!

17/08/2024: Ci siamo concessi una giornata di mare a Levanto, posto per noi nuovo. Alla ricerca di un ristorante per pranzo, non ne abbiamo trovati molti, questo ci sembrava il più carino. Ci piacevano i tavoli all'aperto ma coperti da tendone e all'ombra. Decidiamo di ordinare alla carta anche se il cameriere ci propone un menù di 65 euro cadauno NON CONDIVISIBILE CI HA SOTTOLINEATO (bevande escluse...). Prendiamo un antipasto di mare (da ben 25 euro, li varrà?) da dividere in due, ci aspettiamo qualcosa di sostanzioso, vi posto la foto.... (in sostanza il piatto consisteva di BEN 2 cozze, qualche acciuga, un totano a fettine, qualche gamberetto e una specie di tortina. Diciamo partenza pessima. Speriamo di rifarci col secondo, fritto di mare, altri 20 euro per piatto, anche di questo vi posto la foto (a voi i commenti). Inoltre 2 calici di vino e una bottiglia d'acqua. Ovviamente ben ci guardiamo dall' ordinare dolce e caffe. Totale: 80 euro.
25/07/2024: Delicious dishes, cozy atmosphere, prompt service. It's always a good sign when next to your table sits a local priest or other local notabilities.
The wine selection is reasonably priced.

As for the latter... there were two of us and for a moment it seemed that the waitress was part of the table... pressing makes me anxious and I will dream of that damn smile. 24/07/2024: We have visited this restaurant. During the week in July it was empty, the service was very good, familiar. Clean. The food well presented. Cicada songs in the background. It has its own small parking lot. You can see the sea from the terrace. Food good in quantity and quality.
26/05/2024: Last night I went with some friends to eat pizza. We had to have one pizza made again on the bottom and it was burnt on the top, we called the waiter and gave it back!!!! nor did they make another one the same way we didn't give it back to them so as not to seem boring. I'm talking about sheikh prices!!!!! Blue sea pizza 18.00 Euros eighteen euros, medium draft beer 7.00 seven euros, four seasons 11.00 Euros eleven euros and finally one, I repeat, a bottle of water 4 euros four euros a bottle of water. In summary we ate 6 pizzas, 5 desserts, 3 medium beers, a small beer and 2 bottles of water. Total 150.00 Euros, one hundred and fifty euros.
