03/08/2024: Very friendly welcome from a young multilingual lady who responded to us very flexibly as we had trouble finding a restaurant in the area with vegetarian dishes on the menu. Here we cooked according to our wishes and we sometimes got dishes that weren't even on the menu. The dishes were all very tasty, but at €22 for a pasta it wasn't cheap. Glass of wine only upon request, but very flexible! You really have to stick with it and always ask. You sit with a very nice view of the beach, the restaurant is nothing special in terms of furnishings, but we really enjoyed the evening here, even though we don't think the price-performance ratio is right.

01/09/2024: What can I say? Beautiful experience. Small family-run hotel, 12 rooms in total, all on the 1st floor. With the possibility of night entry also from 1 secondary access. From the moment we arrived we perceived the friendliness of the owners, Mrs. Loredana with her husband, and their son Giulio. Very kind and always available for any of our requests. You immediately perceive the cleanliness that reigns supreme in the environment. We had a quadruple room (double bed + bunk bed). Small bathroom with shower. 1 large outdoor balcony with table and 2 chairs. The television and safe were much appreciated, but above all the air conditioning. To be clear, they are not the typical Ligurian rooms from the 80s. It is clear that they have been recently updated. They ate meals at their restaurant, with a choice between 3 first courses and 3 second courses. Always fish. And always an initial vegetable buffet. I have always liked all the dishes offered. Clean and tasty. The desserts are excellent (panna cotta, creme brulee, tiramisu, etc.). Good breakfast, with fresh cakes, fruit, yogurt, croissants. The hotel is located on the Aurelia, 100 meters from the border with Borghetto and the nearby beaches (we were at Bagni Beatrice, a 4 minute walk from the hotel). Convenient supermarket opposite. To Loano "centre/nightlife" about a 10 minute walk (but the beautiful promenade facing the sea, above the beaches, is always a pleasure to follow). The fact of being on the road and 100 meters from the railway did not give us any problems, despite the frequent passage of ambulances or night trains. The hotel does not have its own parking, so you have to look nearby. However, either on the seafront, or on the parallel road below, or in the surrounding area, there are many parking possibilities. Would we go back? Certainly yes. A hotel perhaps little known, but one that deserves a lot. Well done.

01/08/2024: Très bonne adresse juste à côté de la via Garibaldi . Un serveur adorable , un restaurant climatisé ( en temps de canicule , c’est appréciable) et des plats délicieux , spécialités locales . Nous avons pris un cornet de la mer frit ( encornets/ sardine ) avec des panisses . Mention spéciale pour les pâtes : notamment les raviolis all tucu ( viande ) et les gnocchis au poulpe . Les desserts , comme souvent , sont moins convaincants .

20/08/2024: Excellent experience: truly superb raw dishes, exceptional first courses. Grilled fish needs improvement, the choice of fish is questionable if we consider the high level of the restaurant: more could be done. Delicious desserts. Professional, attentive and helpful staff, especially Giada. Highly recommended.

02/09/2024: I am editing my previous review which was 5 stars... Unfortunately, the last time we tried to eat here we were treated very badly. We have been going here for some time now, and it has always been great food, with friendly staff, and reasonable service. On this occasion we arrived when it was busy and we were happy to wait (as they don't take bookings). It was extremely hot, so we asked if we could have a table for 2 around one side of the outdoor seating, rather than the one they had offered, which was in front of the hot kitchen door. We were told twice by the staff member that this was absolutely not possible. Only a minute later, we see the staff moving a table and chairs for 2 around the side where we had asked to sit. They placed other customers there when they had already told us this wasn't possible. It was very insulting as they did this right in front of us without any care. When we challenged this, they had nothing to say. We left after that, and will not be returning. I feel embarrassed as we have recommended this place to many people, but now I regret that.

01/09/2024: simple but good restaurant. You can't book so I recommend arriving early because you have to wait a long time, very good food and a fair price, but the quantity of the super frying pan is really exaggerated (two of those in the photo). although it was delicious with lots of fish! we believe they got the quantity wrong, believing it was for 6 when it was for 4 because it was truly impossible!😅 despite everything, have a good dinner!

08/08/2024: 4 first courses, 2 second courses, 3 one-litre bottles of water, 2 tea drinks + beautiful place (nothing to say), 4 place settings = €130 I must say that we arrived without a reservation, when the waitress told me wait a moment and I'll go and see if there are seats, I thought now they're telling us that there aren't any seats. Instead, I saw that they started to move the tables to unite the 4 of us. Overall, we were happy. Friendly staff I recommend it to everyone who is in Borgo Cervo

21/07/2024: Nice location but higher prices than usual. Mediocre cuisine and small portions (40/50 g) compared to the price. (Spaghetti with seafood almost raw) It can definitely be improved.
