What can I say... Il Saraceno is a guarantee! It exceeds expectations every time. Excellent cuisine, quality ingredients, generous portions, and flavors reminiscent of true Ligurian tradition.

As we understood, this restaurant is famous for its seafood risotto, and I can say that it is absolutely true, so be prepared, this dish is huge. We also tried other dishes, it was delicious, and all the ingredients are fresh. Desserts are a separate story, which you should definitely try. All the ingredients are fresh, and everything is homemade.
The service is friendly, we liked it.

Excellent experience, elegant and refined atmosphere in the heart of Bordighera's historic center. Parking is available near the restaurant. Excellent food and ingredients are of the highest quality.

We went there for lunch mainly to eat pizza, but upon arrival, we were surprised to find no pizzas available. A real disappointment, especially since that was the main reason for our visit.
I ended up ordering risotto instead, but it was nothing special.
The restaurant also didn't give me a particularly clean impression, which didn't help our enjoyment of the experience.
In the end, I can't even judge the pizzas, which were precisely what I came for.
In short: a bad experience and a disappointing visit.
