03/12/2025: We have chosen that restorant for diner by lockal person advice. We ordered 2 kind of pizza and desert. The pizza itself a revelation. It adheres strictly to the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) standards. The dough is expertly fermented, yielding a cornicione (crust edge) that is thick, cloud-like, and wonderfully chewy, with beautiful leopard-spot charring from the blistering heat of the wood-fired oven. The center is thin, moist, and delicate, often requiring a fork and knife or the classic "a portafoglio" (folded like a wallet) technique to eat. Our server, Valerio, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He offered excellent recommendations. The entire team worked efficiently, making the whole dining experience seamless and enjoyable. ​The undisputed king of Italian desserts is Tiramisu (meaning "pick me up"). A truly exceptional home made Tiramisu is a study in perfect balance. If we will have chance to be in Italy , will visit that restorant again

16/11/2025: Finally a restaurant where you can eat excellent pizza and delicious desserts, in an environment that feels like home.

17/11/2025: Yesterday I went to lunch, everything was fine, but when I was frying it, I found a very long hair in the batter. At first, I thought it was mine, but the difference was substantial: the hair was blond, and I'm black. I called the guy very politely, but I didn't receive an apology from the head waiter or the owner. I also work in the restaurant business, and I didn't want to write a review like that, but I was very disappointed.

25/10/2025: We've been here many times and it's always a sure thing. The staff is friendly and efficient, the food is excellent, and the chef's daily specials are always exceptional. A must-try on the Roman coast.

26/10/2025: I go there often, the pizza is thin and very good, obviously it's all about taste, but I always have a good time at Graziella and I'm happy to return. Reservations are recommended.

03/09/2025: What a discovery! We went for dinner on Saturday evening. The location is small but truly charming. We dined outside and enjoyed a truly family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere, it felt like being in their own backyard. It's run by a husband and wife team (whom we didn't have the pleasure of meeting because they're busy cooking...but she cooks really well). The lady was very kind. We ate delicious meat (which is unusual in Fiumicino) and were very satisfied. The kids did too. We'll definitely be back.

19/08/2025: Good food and generous servings. We were there on August 15th, and the wait was a bit long. The waitress, although fast, couldn't do everything herself. A bit expensive.

10/09/2025: Excellent first courses, both meat and fish. The pizza was thin and good. We didn't like the service, which was inattentive when taking orders and lacked empathy (note that the restaurant wasn't full at all, nor was the outside area. This wouldn't justify the lack of attention and empathy, but it would lead to a more "sympathetic" rating). I therefore recommend both the food and the location, but not the service, which still has considerable room for improvement.

04/11/2025: Beautiful location and good seafood cuisine, but I have two things to say: - on Saturdays and Sundays, there's a charge for indoor parking (€5); - when ordering, the waiter asked us, rather unkindly, not to order six different first courses, but at least two of each. This is quite an unusual custom... Usually, this clause would be listed on the menu for special dishes.
