02/09/2025: ..AWAY FROM THE CROWDS! Absolutely lovely restaurant in a quiet setting away from the center crowds, heat and noise. We were eager for light lunch and they had just what we wanted…a delicious seafood salad…and a limoncello spritz! We hope to get back for dinner

07/08/2025: A romantic and scenic spot, excellent service from prompt and courteous staff. The food wasn't so good. I was very disappointed by the Cilento parmigiana, made with eggplant that was probably boiled, not fried, and not a trace of egg or goat cheese. I say to the managers: don't call it Cilento because you have no idea.

20/07/2025: Benvenuti a bordo sul serio! Ristorante dall’atmosfera elegante e calda. Ad accoglierti c’è Anna, che con la sua innata eleganza, cura tutti i dettagli e con il suo sorriso di fa sentire il sapore di famiglia che non ti aspetti. Cibo perfetto, pesce freschissimo presentato con cura nelle tipiche ceramiche Vietresi. Il locale è in centro dove respiri appieno la comunità e la passione che ogni abitante di Vietri mette per tenere vivo un mondo ormai antico fatto di passione per il lavoro e gentilezza. Pulizia ineccepibile Qualità e prezzo ottimi! Tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno per festeggiare una data importante certa che sapranno rendere la serata speciale come lo è stata quest’anno. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

20/07/2025: Consigliatissimo, ottimo cibo e grande cortesia! Abbiamo preso.un risotto scampi e agrumi e fettuccine con gamberetti e carciofi, entrambi straordinari.

07/07/2025: Este restaurante está situado en una hermosa ubicación, justo sobre el mar. Es realmente impresionante. Este es un restaurante familiar. Nos atendió el nieto del dueño, fue muy amable y nos explicó todo lo que teníamos dudas y no fue para nada intrusivo. La comida estaba deliciosa. Para empezar comimos mejillones, luego mi hijo y mi marido pidieron linguini con almejas, yo pidieron pasta con calabacines y mejillones y mi hija pidió calamares fritos. Luego compartimos un poco de pescado para terminar. Todos estaban realmente sabrosos, frescos y deliciosos. Lo recomiendo altamente.

04/07/2025: Ristorante posizionato al passaggio tra Amalfi e Atrani, con una vista privilegiata sul mare e le barche, soprattutto la sera. Possibilità di mangiare all'aperto, in atmosfera piacevole e rilassata. Personale molto gentile e molto disponibile, sempre sorridente. Cibi ben preparati e gustosi, ma i prezzi, considerando tutto, sono forse un pò alti. Tuttavia consigliato, specie per le serate estive!

Excellent food: octopus salad, scialatielli, fried calamari, and grilled vegetables, all delicious, simple, and high-quality. Excellent service thanks to Enrica's skill, who knows how to advise and is very fast, smiling, and kind, and to the expertise of the owner, a kind, polite, and friendly guy. In short, competence, hospitality, and friendliness in a stunning location. Highly recommended!

25/08/2025: Attracted by the reviews, we decided to try this restaurant, convenient for its location and opening hours (service begins at 7:30 PM). Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations: the scampi risotto only had the heads, and the only thing that was spot on was the cooking. The rest was a tomato and cheese soup (with scampi heads) for the modest sum of €20 per dish, and the minimum order is two dishes. We moved on to the fried food, which wasn't particularly good, but we noticed that some tables had richer dishes than others (for example, with anchovies, shrimp, etc.), so when paying, we asked for an explanation. Moreover, the same person who served the dining room was at the cash register. We were told (without any indication on the menu or by the waiter) that the fried food is based on what you order... but it would have been nice to consider the options, in my opinion... anyway, we spent almost €80 and didn't make a fuss. Having abandoned the idea of ​​​​first courses, on our last evening we ordered takeout pizzas: burned on the bottom and edges, without any seasoning... in short, it's not the best place we've been, but obviously that's my personal experience. I think there are better places in this area.

24/08/2025: A very popular place in the area, the place is nice but a bit dated. We ordered two spaghetti with clams, which remained unremarkable. They were without the seafood-inspired sauce, and the clams were a bit sparse. My daughter had the gluten-free pizza, while I had the mixed grilled fish... 30 euros for that dish seems really excessive. The service was courteous and attentive... We went in with high expectations based on how our friends had described it, but we left feeling a bit disappointed.

19/07/2025: Wow, best tomato sauce ever. Out of the crowd place with terrace. Had a pizza & salad and it was delicious, the homemade tomato sauce was so good I would eat it with a spoon. 😂. Nice staff and great lunch!

24/08/2025: We stayed with six people, divided between two rooms and a suite. The hotel is simply wonderful: the view is like something out of a postcard, a truly memorable experience. The restaurant service deserves a 10/10: we're used to high standards, but we can say without hesitation that this was the best hotel restaurant we've ever stayed in. Excellent food, impeccable service, and attention to detail at all times. The rooms are bright, welcoming, and meticulously maintained; the extremely comfortable bed made our sleep pleasant and rejuvenating. The bathrooms are clean, tidy, and meticulously finished, confirming the impeccable management. Special praise goes to the staff, exceptional in every way: always available, kind, and smiling, they made our stay even more enjoyable. Making this experience even more unique is the family management: the owners run the hotel with passion, dedication, and a care that is evident in every detail, conveying a rare and precious authenticity. Congratulations on your excellent work: hospitality that deserves to be recognized as a true benchmark. 09/08/2025: We visited Ristorante Mario e Maria on August 7th for dinner reserved a table for seven , sat in the out door patio section . I must say we were seated within minutes which right away gave me a good feeling about this restaurant, it surpassed my expectations, this is by far one of the best restaurants we’ve eaten at . The restaurant is very clean and gives you that at home feeling. , its a family owned restaurant and that is exactly how you feel when you come here to eat , they treat you like family , the seafood is out of this world , the frittura and mussels are amazing couldn’t stop eating them we ordered 4 servings that’s how good they were . The orata , risotto and margarita pizza were also amazing . The servers which were father and son , down to earth genuine great people we had an amazing experience at this restaurant., the price was decent but most important you felt the value in the food and how fresh and amazing it tasted. My family and I would definitely revisit this restaurant 110 percent and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Maiori, take it from my family and I give this restaurant a chance to show you what food at its best is, believe me you’ll be glad you did. 07/08/2025: We discovered this gem through the owner of our guesthouse. While exploring the area, we made the unfortunate mistake of ordering two pizzas, then antipasti: a festival of cleverly mixed local products, divine charcuterie, excellent cheeses... In short, the antipasti made our dinner, and the pizzas went to hide temporarily in two cardboard boxes, before we took care of them the next day! Adorable service, understanding our French as we understood their Italian. Really recommended!

31/07/2025: This place seems to be a scam. No prices and extreme charge on bad food. Avoid this place. The receipt is not divided in to bought items of course.

17/08/2025: It is a very welcoming place, with qualified and always available staff. The food is of excellent quality and the view is breathtaking, hard to explain.

16/08/2025: An unforgettable lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea, where you felt as if you were suspended over the water. The staff, always attentive and helpful, made the experience even more enjoyable. We started with a rich hot appetizer, followed by a memorable first course: gnocchi with scampi and lobster, tasty and refined. The fried calamari, shared between two, was tender and melt-in-the-mouth. To conclude, a fresh and delicate lemon dessert, the perfect finale to a high-quality lunch. Excellent food quality, breathtaking views, reasonable prices, and the convenience of private parking: an experience worth experiencing and one I can't wait to repeat. When the food is so good you even forget to take photos.

30/07/2025: I'm eleven years old and I'm from Bova Marina (Province of Reggio Calabria) and I went there on a first year middle school trip with the school on April 29th and 30th 2025 (On April 30th only in the morning because we had to go to the Royal Palace of Caserta by bus and we had just arrived from Pompeii) to sleep and have dinner and breakfast. I really liked my room and I was with two boys. For dinner I only liked French fries, pasta with tomato sauce and bread (I'm not intolerant to anything but I didn't like sausages and steaks). While for breakfast the next day I didn't eat anything because I didn't feel like it but I drank 3 glasses of water and nothing. Then we left for the Royal Palace of Caserta. I give it a nice 4/5.
