01/08/2024: Abbiamo preso un polpo con patate delizioso e due primi: uno spaghetto con vongole, scampi e scorza di limone e una linguina con cozze, pecorino e nduja buonissimi. Porzioni di pasta abbondanti.

23/07/2024: My experience only refers to the bar, I did not have the pleasure of eating. I find the coffee very good, among the best on the Santa Maria di Castellabate street, the service is good, I saw them slightly in difficulty during rush hour, the place is very nice.

18/08/2024: We asked if we could eat outside for 4 and they put us to eat on a table for 2. Plus we were forced to remove the lamp because we didn't have enough space to eat. We ordered 4 pizzas including 2 baby ones. It took them 45 minutes to bring them to us…. Even though we were outside there were fans but they didn't produce any air and we were dying from the heat. Honestly it is a good restaurant but they need to improve the services and the temperature… I hope this review is useful to you and I thank the Isidoro restaurant for hosting us. HI

13/08/2024: We had dinner in this place in the middle of August 2020, I must say that despite the crowds the service was not slow, the dishes were really very good and the portions were also fair, prices were more than fair on average, the only flaw was we had asked if there was an air-conditioned room we were told yes inside but there was a small air conditioner for a very large room and therefore even the baptism water was sweating. Obviously reachable on foot but it is normal because in the summer it is a pedestrian area there, parking on the street payment or there are private car parks

03/09/2024: After booking, most of the non-existent side dishes were missing. After ordering a dish containing a side dish present exclusively on the menu, the dish that arrived incomplete was paid at full price. Don't be fooled by the photos. Disappointing I'm replying here because it doesn't give me the opportunity to comment at 9.40pm on a Saturday evening in the summer, when the potatoes and salad were finished, it's absurd... Was he attacked in the afternoon? beyond this, however, the porchetta dish included potatoes which were not present, the salad was requested which was not there and I can assure you the dish was paid for in full. I hope that the criticisms are a starting point for improving the quality of the service.

25/08/2024: Beautiful location that can be reached by sea with the boat service made available by the restaurant. For the rest, the level of the dishes we were served was that of an ultra-tourist restaurant. In a restaurant on the beach you expect to find only the freshest products but this is not the case! Perhaps, except for a few exposed fish, the rest is all frozen. After the girl taking the orders told us that the dishes we had chosen were frozen, we skipped the appetizers because nothing was fresh and, as a first course, we ordered spaghetti with clams, imagining that the latter were not frozen. For the second course, however, in the absence of alternatives, we ordered some very sad fried prawns and calamari (frozen but, according to the girl: good; and we trusted her). Well. Actually bad! The spaghetti seemed to be made with garlic and oil with the addition of a few clams, while the fried food was made up of large rings of badly floured squid and very small prawns (2-3 cm long). An anomalous disproportion between molluscs and crustaceans as if the fried foods had been arranged in the best possible way. Even the desserts were not produced by the restaurant but purchased from some pastry shop or from a specialized distributor who supplies them blast chilled. And this too, unfortunately, is very noticeable, because they had the consistency and flavor of a packaged product... My babà's cream had the consistency of polyurethane foam before hardening. It is useless to write that the prices are high. I will never eat at this restaurant again!

24/08/2024: Nonostante la cattiva reputazione del ristorante abbiamo deciso di dare una chance e abbiamo prenotato un tavolo con degli amici. Siamo arrivati con un’ora di ritardo a causa loro, perché la barca si é dimenticata di noi, mentendo sul loro arrivo al molo. Una volta al ristorante, siamo stati “accolti” da una ragazza molto maleducata (nonché la proprietaria) che ci ha gridato contro dicendo che non avremmo potuto mangiare quella sera a causa di problemi elettrici, avremmo capito se lo avesse detto in maniera cortese però la ragazza è stata davvero molta maleducata!!!

15/08/2024: Il locale molto carino, nel centro di Vietri. Un po’ incasinato per quanto riguarda prenotazioni e servizio (in quella sera c’era un solo cameriere).cibo ok ma nulla di eccezionale da quanto si evinceva dalle recensioni. Nella media.

30/07/2024: Un posto da non perdere assolutamente se venite a Vietri. Cucina ottima dagli antipasti ai secondi di carne e pesce. I dolci speciali. La gentilezza del personale e’ superba. I prezzi sono ottimi per le materie prime che ti trovi a gustare. Un encomio allo chef.

10/03/2024: The restaurant is stunning and the views from the terrace are amazing!! Defo get there before sunset to enjoy the day and night views. Food was fantastic - perfect pizzas, with plenty of selection to suit all tastes. Will definitely be paying another visit.

05/03/2024: Era da tempo che non scrivevo una recensione… Era da tempo che non leggevo una recensione… Soprattutto quelle negative..: Mi viene da chiedere ma che guai avete passato voi Che scrivete romanzi di cattiveria ?! Che avete passato?! Un pacherò in meno Un minuto di cottura in più della pasta Oppure 10 min di attesa in più?! E questi sono i veri problemi della vita?! Ma se riuscite a prendervi una cena oppure un pranzo di relax Ma che vi costa goderlo fino alla fine?’ Io mi fermo qui,perché ogni volta che arrivo in questo paradiso sembra che tutti i miei problemi non esistono più.. L’accoglienza dello staff,dei titolari,.la bella del panorama E la qualità dei prodotti va fuori ogni limite..: Ti fanno sentire a casa… Ti fanno sentire in famiglia per davvero💜

04/08/2024: Nice place and young staff, willing and very kind, I'll start by saying that I tried the pasta with seafood and the fried fish, all very good, the only flaw was the frying, it was overcooked, a shame because with good cooking it would have been super, medium/high prices, I spent more for not superior quality, so I'm not complaining. Pasta with seafood and fried food, water, seaweed pancakes offered by them, 37 euros

11/07/2024: Excellent dinner. Cozy and clean location. Fresh dishes served with extreme professionalism. The wine recommended by the owner was exquisite. As for quality/price ratio, excellent. We'll be back? Absolutely yes.

27/07/2024: Vi ho detto come si è conclusa la serata, vi spiego perché: abbiamo ordinato due fette di carne da 600 grammi ognuna al sangue. Dopo circa 1,5 ore e’ arrivata al tavolo una cameriera con due fettine in due piatti, ben cotta ma per lo spessore che aveva non poteva essere altrimenti; al nostro stupore ( ci aspettavamo due bistecche da 600 grammi ognuna) ci è stato detto che le avevano separate in due per farcele mangiare calde e che questo avevamo ordinato! Dopo un quarto d’ora la cameriera e’ tornata e ci ha riferito che sarebbe arrivata dell’altra carne ( questa volta una fetta di 609 grammi. simile a quanto avevamo ordinato). E’ arrivato il conto che conteneva 1,2kg di carne . Sono andato in direzione e ho chiesto spiegazioni raccontando quanto era successo. Dopo aver chiarito , con conferma della cameriera, di essere stato preso in giro ho chiarito che non avevo intenzione di pagare per la qualità che avevo mangiato ( cioè non volevo pagare per la qualità della carne che avevamo mangiato) e chiedevo la revisione del conto. Tale richiesta ha mandato in fibrillazione il proprietario che mi ha minacciato fisicamente e nello stesso tempo sono stato circondato dai camerieri , nella loro immaginazione , a protezione della proprietà! La conclusione ? Ho pagato e sono andato via, domani rifletterò se denunciare per minacce la proprietà. Per la cronaca, prima della carne quanto mangiato era di buona qualità e il totale del conto non era caro.

12/01/2024: I vari gusti di cuoppi, di terra, mare e vegetariani la fanno da padrona, tutti preparati in continuazione all'affollata vetrina sulla strada. Prezzi medi sui 10 EUR. Poi però entrando nel locale si scopre che preparano anche altri piatti, primi, secondi e anche prodotti da acquistare.

28/10/2023: Spotted the crowds round here so went to investigate - very glad I did! The queue to pay moved very quickly and then I handed my ticket over to get my food straight away. There is a good choice of fish and seafood options, some with chips. I opted for the cuoppo Amalfi - two sorts of squid, prawns and a few chips and what I think were potato balls of some sort. Anyway, it was fresh and delicious - a perfect quick lunch on the go!

29/08/2024: We already visited this cozy restaurant above the harbour from Marina di Camerota many times in the past years… Perfect view,nice location and good wine and Sparkling wine list. Food is always good and the Fish is very fresh! The crudi which is a delicious variation of rare seafood is amazing, the pasta dishes are good but not really good. The grilled Seabass was very tender and perfectly cooked. Our waiter was friendly and made good recommendations Also something positive, they learned to put the white wine bottles in an ice cooler I remember a few years ago they put the bottle of wine just on the table without ice Who is a Fisch an seafood lover,can try this restaurant it is one of the best options in this area

20/08/2024: We found ourselves in this sea view restaurant by chance and had a wonderful lunch. The dishes were excellent from starters to desserts and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it for anyone who is in Marina di Camerota.

30/04/2024: Ci siamo seduti per caso a questo ristorante pizzeria a Marina di Vietri. Staff cordialissimo, abbiamo ordinato un antipasto di pesce (carpaccio di polipo) e una frittura mista. Una pizza e friggitoria varia. La frittura mista era accompagnata da verdure impanate e una favolosa maionese all’aglio. Da precisare che tutto ciò che era fritto era di una leggerezza unica. 27/04/2024: Personale gentile ma il cibo pessimo, crocche freddi e pizza immangiabile, salsa da sapore strano, impasto duro, molto salata, insomma raramente ho mangiato una pizza così.

16/06/2024: If you like meat then this is the place for you! What Il Buttero lacks in atmosphere it more than makes up for in the quality of the food and the service is what the French would call "correct". We had a good evening here.

11/08/2024: Locale molto carino ed accogliente, ben curati gli arredi e la mise en place. Personale attento e disponibile, nonostante fossimo arrivati praticamente a fine servizio. Piatti buoni e gustosi, specie i primi. Molto gentile e cordiale la cuoca.

03/08/2024: Nota negativa: troppa attesa per i primi piatti(35 minuti...), eravamo i primi, sembra non funzionare il rapporto cucina con chi serve ai tavoli. Genovese di tonno buonissima, insalata di polpo buona. Spaghetti con pomodirini deludente, nessuna nota di sapore. Prezzo nella norma
