25/04/2025: A group of five friends passing through Salerno on their way to Pompeii stopped at this restaurant for lunch. The place is lovely, clean, and the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. The bill was very fair. We were completely satisfied.

13/04/2025: The food was truly poor: the appetizers were soft and oily. The bruschetta was soggy, but the anchovies were good. Various soups with various preparations were all oily. Honorable mention goes to the zucchini flowers, which had a thorn that stuck in the roof of one of the diners' mouths (we didn't know they were fish; no one pointed it out). The first courses were mediocre. Service wasn't excellent: the first lady who approached our table when we asked for information shouted at her colleague (because we asked if certain dishes were suitable for pregnant women) and said, "You see, the ladies here are pregnant!" All in all, in a loud voice, and with the dining room quite full. A nice location overall, but no view. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The price was average.

22/09/2025: I had dinner at Perbacco, a wonderful experience, top-quality food, excellent service, it's a wonderful and magical place.

11/09/2025: It started out as a wine bar and has evolved into a tavern. With a focus on the finest ingredients, it offers excellent traditional Cilento dishes, all paired with excellent wines. The tables are set in a garden of centuries-old olive trees, and the service is friendly and welcoming. A must-try... I didn't take any photos of the dishes; they're too good to bother with!

08/02/2026: Terrible, the food may be worth the price, but the service isn't. Sunday lunch is all about pasta with sauce and Genovese, not even in canteens. Pizza only in the evening, fish out of the question, at least if you knew beforehand. At the table, the cheese platter should be served with the cheese, not with the last spoonful. First and last.

17/01/2026: Dinner for 3, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, delicious + 3 pizzas but, one inside the crust and NOT outside, had green mold, I pointed it out and they took it away, the chef informed us that nearby there was a pizza with gorgonzola, impossible that it involved the inside of the dough, if anything outside, I must point out that I was a pizza chef for 8 years. They brought back a new one, after not even 2 minutes from the end, with the generously seasoned guttalax I was forced to run to the toilet. This is the thanks after 9 years since I have known them. Bye bye

23/11/2025: I was there this summer. The first time, we had such a great time that we decided to return several times during our stay. Impeccable dishes, attentive service, and the pizza is the best I've ever eaten. Highly recommended.

13/10/2025: What an amazing experience we had at this amazing restaurant. It’s a small family restaurant but the food is outstanding. I’d say the best food in the area. The owner, Benito , greeted us with a house spritz and a huge smile…which is rare in most Amalfi coast restaurants 😜. Later on , he gave us some local appetizer filled with cheese and it was wow. We ordered 4 cheeses pizza and sea food pasta that was recommended by his wonderful waiter …and he spoke English…which is a rare thing on the coast as well . Both dishes were so good . I couldn’t stop eating. I couldn’t even imagine that simple dishes can have so many flavors at once. At the end of the, Benito treated us to a house lemonchello and I fell in love with it. It was out of this world. Also we ordered some dessert that was recommended by our waiter as well. Obviously I didn’t ask its name . It was a white shaped dome with pear 🍐 filling inside. It was just wow. Total satisfaction in one meal. I highly recommend this place if you want an authentic Italian homemade meal and an amazing service…which is also very rare up there lol. Enjoy ! Definitely 10 ✨.

20/09/2025: A generous cuoppo, light and tasty fried food. There are tables outside for dining. The location could use a refresh, but overall, it was a positive experience.

18/08/2025: Unfortunately, I have to report a terrible experience at your restaurant. I ordered fried fish, which turned out to be of poor quality, with an unpleasant flavor, a strong smell of used oil, and a texture that suggested it was not fresh. The dish was completely out of line with the price paid, which I consider excessive for what was served. When I reported it, I received a rude and impolite response from the owner, which further degraded the evening. I'm sorry to have to leave this kind of comment, but I think it's right to highlight such a negative experience out of respect for the customers. I think they can close down!

11/10/2025: Never again. Not even at Marechiaro these prices. A small appetizer for two without wine, let's say, came to a whopping 99 euros. Really, just four things. The fresh fish was good but not excellent, the marinated fish was old, and the salmon was full of fat. A rip-off! Moreover, the price on the receipt was one, and the change was under the counter...

24/09/2025: Our experience at this restaurant was overshadowed by what felt like an unfair practice. We chose the tasting menu, which cost around €370 in total. When it came to selecting the wine, we trusted the staff’s recommendation, expecting something balanced and in line with the meal. However, the suggested bottle ended up costing €400 — more expensive than the entire food itself. At a restaurant of this level, there should be full transparency, especially when staff are making recommendations. Guests should always be made aware of the price range before such an expensive bottle is served. This left us with the impression of abuse and a lack of care towards the customer. The food was fine, but the way the wine was handled completely ruined the experience.

06/01/2026: We visited this restaurant last night, passing through the streets of Salerno to see the Christmas lights. Mr. Mimmo showed us the various menus as we passed, and on our way back, we stopped. What can I say? We made an excellent choice! We ordered the fish menu, delicious, with generous portions, but above all, the fish was fresh and cooked to order. I highly recommend anyone who happens to be in Salerno to stop and savor the delicacies of this restaurant.

20/08/2025: Palinuro is beautiful, worth a visit. Speaking of the structure, the rooms are poor, the bathrooms are not maintained, there is no mini fridge, the mattress is more comfortable than the one on the beach, for those with leg problems there is no adequate service.

12/10/2025: Pasta was PERFECTLY done al dente and the views were spectacular. Very local seafood restaurant on the coast. The waiter brought over the daily catch and had a few recommendations, that were all very simple, but very flavorful. Our table of 4 all got different pasta and fish dishes for a lunch and they were all delicious. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend and would definitely go back! Grazie Mille!

26/09/2025: Terrible- overpriced and not good. Eat somewhere else. ordered a green salad and they gave us iceberg lettuce with a dry lemon and no dressing. Fish noodles were oily and undercooked and had a tiny piece of fish- maybe like two bites worth. Pizza was okay but oily- bad for Italy. Spaghetti was also undercooked. Consistently bad- tourist prices. Slightly cheaper than in Amalfi but ridiculous for how bad the quality was When we asked the guy about the salad he said that’s the green salad. Waste of money.
