21/06/2024: Evitare, evitare evitare questo posto!!!!! We came there but menu options are limited. The name of the restaurant is different as well now and with change of name I think was change of the quality. The pasta both my mum and I were served was with poor quality! Pasta e patate was served so salty i was unable to eat more than first spoon. The cheese on both pastas was not fresh and smelled of being out of date. The owners instead of apologising and trying to liaise offering idk discounts or anything made us pay for something that was not only not fresh but taste wise uneatable. Avoid avoid avoid.

25/07/2024: The food is great, perhaps the best freshest fish you can find in the area. The restaurant is spartan, a bit old-fashioned, the owners very kind and helpful. The costs are high but adequate for the quality. The wine cellar is also excellent and you can also find the best. For me, among the best places to come and eat in these parts, I don't give 5 stars just because the place is too Old Style. But food matters 6!

08/08/2024: Excellent restaurant! Super friendly waiters, hearty dishes! I recommend the zucchini risotto and the tiramisu. Everything is really good! A faultless one. Italian atmosphere. Cool for a restaurant with family or lovers. Very affordable price. Covered €2/pers. Super reasonable!

11/08/2024: Locale molto carino ed accogliente, ben curati gli arredi e la mise en place. Personale attento e disponibile, nonostante fossimo arrivati praticamente a fine servizio. Piatti buoni e gustosi, specie i primi. Molto gentile e cordiale la cuoca.

03/08/2024: Nota negativa: troppa attesa per i primi piatti(35 minuti...), eravamo i primi, sembra non funzionare il rapporto cucina con chi serve ai tavoli. Genovese di tonno buonissima, insalata di polpo buona. Spaghetti con pomodirini deludente, nessuna nota di sapore. Prezzo nella norma

29/08/2024: We already visited this cozy restaurant above the harbour from Marina di Camerota many times in the past years… Perfect view,nice location and good wine and Sparkling wine list. Food is always good and the Fish is very fresh! The crudi which is a delicious variation of rare seafood is amazing, the pasta dishes are good but not really good. The grilled Seabass was very tender and perfectly cooked. Our waiter was friendly and made good recommendations Also something positive, they learned to put the white wine bottles in an ice cooler I remember a few years ago they put the bottle of wine just on the table without ice Who is a Fisch an seafood lover,can try this restaurant it is one of the best options in this area

20/08/2024: We found ourselves in this sea view restaurant by chance and had a wonderful lunch. The dishes were excellent from starters to desserts and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it for anyone who is in Marina di Camerota.

25/08/2024: Completely positive experience! We took two pizzas and two croquettes to take away. The pizza chef is very fast and approachable, but above all very good! They were both excellent! Not to mention the quality-price ratio: spent very little and ate very well! Something not to be underestimated given the experience on the rest of the island and in the remaining venues: there is parking reserved for customers.

16/06/2024: If you like meat then this is the place for you! What Il Buttero lacks in atmosphere it more than makes up for in the quality of the food and the service is what the French would call "correct". We had a good evening here.

23/07/2024: Cena indimenticabile al tramonto su una terrazza stupenda. Cena a base di cucina Cilentana di Mare e splendida carta dei vini. Qualità prezzo imbattibile. Una conferma come sempre. Da tornarci più volte per provare l interò menù alici, polipo e tonno straconsigliati

06/08/2024: Qualità così così. In mezzo ai friarelli c’erano diversi chicchi di riso che non dovevano esserci, non un buon indice. Non costa tanto ma non aspettatevi la luna. Fritto misto a 11 euro, calamaro decente, gamberi molto secchi. Vabbè, per 11 euro… Pane buono. Birra assurda: la spina 0,40 costa 6 euro, la stessa in bottiglia da 0,62 costa 3,50. Prendete quella. Servizio molto veloce.

04/08/2024: Les serveurs sont très accueillants et compréhensifs. Les plats sont très bons et généreux. Les tarifs sont raisonnables (compter entre 10 et 15 euros pour un plat).

04/05/2024: 50 euro per una padellina con 350 gr di riso 4 gamberi 3 cozze ed 1 pomodoro...non è per i soldi ma le informazioni lette sul menù non sono chiare e quelle fornite dal personale al momento dell ordine sono peggio! Di spagnolo il posto ha solo 4 quadretti con scritto Barcellona .. le pietanze che per tradizione dovrebbero essere piccanti sono quasi sciape.. vamonos, ma a casa e chi ci torna più.

24/07/2024: De passage à Vietri, nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce restaurant. La patronne a été adorable, elle a pris le temps de nous présenter la pêche du jour en italien puis en français et nous a conseillé les linguine au homard: un délice. Une belle expérience de A à Z, avec un personnel très sympathique et des plats de qualité. Nous vous recommandons Pascalo les yeux fermés si vous vous rendez à Vietri.

22/07/2024: Virkelig sødt personale, rigtig hyggelig oplevelse, de sødeste på amalfikysten. Restauranten ligger på en strand promonade med virkelig god atmosfære

23/07/2024: Our reservation was at 7:30pm, and the shuttle was organised for 7:15pm. Originally, it was from our apartment, but on the day, we were told to meet them at a pick up location. While we waited at the pick up point, Li Galli called me a few times asking if we were okay to walk instead, and I insisted we would use the shuttle that was organised prior. My girlfriend made herself look extra stunning while we waited in the sun for 30 minutes for the shuttle. The shuttle arrived at 7:45pm. When we arrived, I told the manager I was upset, and in fairness to them, they gifted us a free glass of prosseco each. All in all, the food was OK, but nothing to write home about, and the service was over the top considering the basic professionalism wasn’t met. It seems like they’re pushing for excellence, but perhaps in the wrong areas. For 270 euro, it was definitely not worth it. If you’re looking for a romantic place to take your signification other, take your money to one of the other restaurants in Positano who do the basics right.

29/06/2024: To start, they called my 52 year old, ex professional athlete mother a “hippo” not once but twice. The woman is 5 ft 2 and 105 pounds soaking wet with clothes on. Wow. I genuinely have no words. Honestly the worst dining experience I have ever had. I feel disgusted and ashamed that I paid this institution €527 when in reality I should have paid them that to go to therapy. I came to eat and enjoy my time but instead left with a distraught mother and feeling so disgusted by the mediocre food that I think I could vomit. Thank you for the €100 euro taxi service back to our hotel that was less than 1.5 miles away. Save your money. Save your time. This restaurant needs to learn to save their dignity. Thank you for giving me some content to post about on TikTok bc I will be making sure no one ever steps foot in this place again.

16/08/2024: Mi aspettavo di meglio però tutto sommato il cibo era buono pasta con i pomodori interi non tanto buona il secondo buono.

03/10/2023: After booking (really advisable) there were seven of us around a booked table for six... not bad... the classic add a seat at the table... the waiter solves everything in no time. ....large, well-lit and tidy car park...of note...finally...the absence of the legendary (illegal....of course) official parking attendant...a typically Made in Italy institution Naples. Even orphans of such an institutional figure... we park and head... in scattered ranks... towards the assigned table... immersed in a beautiful, well-kept garden. Well... all the conditions for a beautiful and carefree evening are already there. We are welcomed with an entree consisting of 1 (one) small fry and a nice fresh glass... good, good... but maybe we wouldn't gain too much weight if the fries were reduced to two....(Peppinoooooo.....he would have said the legendary Totò...) oh well...the initiative is commendable anyway. Live music was the background for the whole evening...classy...present but not invasive....well well.... By popular acclaim, bruschettas have arrived...decent....and various fried breaded vegetables...definitely better... Various pizzas (all 5 stars....compliments to the pizza chef) and a mussel soup with the legendary tarallo 'nzognz and pep (suet and pepper for non-Neapolitans...)...good but not excellent (suspiciously defined. ...soup from the friendly waiter.....)....it delighted our palate....good beers and the accompanying wine (red) was ordinary.....ice cream...various coffees ....barricaded grappas and random bitters completed the pleasant evening....the price is also worth mentioning....interesting....20 euros each....live music, parking, coffee and... .killer coffee included....very nice, fast and patient staff. Will we go back??? Surely....
