31/10/2025: Came here 2 nights out of 3 in town as Carprese salad was best ive had. Calamari was top notch and both pasta dishes fantastic. The tagliolini was home made noodles.

23/08/2025: A family-run guesthouse. Nothing is missing. Above all, I appreciated the courtesy and care they showed for my allergies.

20/08/2025: Palinuro is beautiful, worth a visit. Speaking of the structure, the rooms are poor, the bathrooms are not maintained, there is no mini fridge, the mattress is more comfortable than the one on the beach, for those with leg problems there is no adequate service.

01/07/2025: We took 4 take-away pizzas, Margherita with buffalo mozzarella, they were not good at all, full of water and undercooked.

20/09/2025: While it's impossible to comment on the overall restaurant experience, the pizzeria experience was disappointing. The hour-long wait, the unhelpful staff, and the annoyed attitude following our complaints all contributed to a negative experience. The pizza was served cold, with poor-quality ingredients, including questionable prosciutto and imitation parmesan. Ultimately, the pizzeria experience was not satisfactory.

13/05/2025: La vue est magnifique. Par contre un risotto servi tiède avec UNE crevette à 20 euros c'est clairement exagéré ! Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

29/10/2025: Food was decent. Not mind blowing or anything, but it’s pretty make Italian food taste bad. What elevated the experience was Bruno. However much you guys are paying him, it isn’t enough. His friendliness was a great mood lifter to a vacation with some kind of underwhelming bits. He also gave me a free bruschetta, which prompted me to tip him and shake his hand. Glory to Bruno, he single-handedly made the ferry ride to Capri worth it.

26/10/2025: We ordered two tagliolini with scampi for €28 each, a bit steep for a pasta dish with olive oil, cherry tomatoes, and three scampi, which we were advised to eat at the last minute because that way the pasta tasted better. They also tasted bland, plus two shrimp (just out of nowhere). Furthermore, while the four of us were eating, they asked us if everything was okay. We work in the restaurant business, so that's not a good sign. Anyway, it's a nice restaurant and the staff are friendly, but the quality of the products definitely needs improving, and the prices need reassessing.

05/11/2025: At first everything was fine and it was really great. Until this evening. We came back from a visit of Capri with my school group and when I enter the room everything got cleaned. But when I try to make my phone charge, I realized they broke it. They pushed the bunk bed against it so much that the spring broke. No it doesn't work at all. They didn't even wrote a note saying sorry. They left it there broken.

04/11/2025: I can't believe this place is open to the public. It's a disgrace to the city. The room we were in (a four-person room) was pitiful. It had two single beds and a bunk bed. One of the single beds had blood on the pillow and only one light source—a dim light in the corner of the room. The second bulb in the other corner light was burned out, and our window looked out onto a wall. Our mirror was bloodstained and broken, the sink drain was clogged, and the sink itself was filthy. I slept on the bottom mattress of the bunk, and the bottom of the top bunk was held up with a metal grid that would have blinded me in one eye if I'd gotten up too quickly. I'm writing all this the same evening, having just arrived at the hotel. I haven't yet had the misfortune of sleeping in the incredibly uncomfortable bed—so uncomfortable it could cause scoliosis after five minutes of supposed rest—or of tasting the lunch, which, if things continue this way, will be expired at best and teeming with insects at worst. The best possible alternative to lunch that management could try would be to give us money in the morning to buy something edible in town. One good thing to say, though: the staff were exemplary and very kind. Otherwise, I can't recommend this dreadful and run-down place less than highly.

13/04/2025: Excellent pizzas. I think they changed the pizza chef because I received two top-notch pizzas. I'm not a fan of takeout pizzas for various reasons, but tonight I changed my mind. Hot and delicious!

08/11/2025: It was an okay experience overall. The food was decent but nothing particularly special, and the flavors were fairly average compared to other spots in the area. The service was fine, and the atmosphere was nice enough, but it didn’t really stand out. A decent place for a quick meal, but not something I’d go out of my way to visit again.

02/11/2025: Came here as part of a tour group. Was initially quite worried when I saw the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised with our lunch. We had a full salad starter, a margherita pizza, sorbet, and sfogliatelle. The food was very simple but tasted hot and fresh. Can appreciate that this is a massive operation for several large your groups, so manage your expectations accordingly.

12/10/2025: Pasta was PERFECTLY done al dente and the views were spectacular. Very local seafood restaurant on the coast. The waiter brought over the daily catch and had a few recommendations, that were all very simple, but very flavorful. Our table of 4 all got different pasta and fish dishes for a lunch and they were all delicious. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend and would definitely go back! Grazie Mille!

26/09/2025: Terrible- overpriced and not good. Eat somewhere else. ordered a green salad and they gave us iceberg lettuce with a dry lemon and no dressing. Fish noodles were oily and undercooked and had a tiny piece of fish- maybe like two bites worth. Pizza was okay but oily- bad for Italy. Spaghetti was also undercooked. Consistently bad- tourist prices. Slightly cheaper than in Amalfi but ridiculous for how bad the quality was When we asked the guy about the salad he said that’s the green salad. Waste of money.

01/09/2025: Agreed with the "scammy" vibe reviews, they charge 4 euro pp for "bread, silverware, etc". We argued with the staff and manager but were not able to fully remove the charge. Food isn't bad, but go somewhere else instead. If I spoke Italian I wouldn't put up with this sh*t.
