19/08/2025: The restaurant takes the legacy of the old Marenostrum and reimagines it with more contemporary touches, both in the food plating and the table setting. The food is very good, the prices are a bit above average due to the attention to detail and the particularly romantic location, but the portions are significantly smaller than its predecessor. But everything remains very good. The service is certainly medium-high. Parking is available.

01/07/2025: I highly recommend rock shoes because of the white pebbles that cover this area. Wonderful view facing Vesuvius. Well-kept and equipped place, attentive and caring staff. All services are present such as bars, bathrooms, showers, sunbeds and umbrellas. Paid parking in front of the lido with direct access to the sea via an underpass. 6 euros until 7pm for parking. 40 euros for sunbeds and umbrella a bit expensive but at the bikini lido (just after the stone beach) they asked 70... which is really an exaggeration. We had a great time. Even with a 4 year old child. Too bad the restaurant was closed for lunch because it wasn't even reported online and it would have done its job as well as making a great impression because you eat on a terrace overlooking the sea with an incredible view while you can admire the splendid Vesuvius. Not having taken lunch it was convenient, but luckily the bar sells some first and second courses. We found some plastic in the water and some foam but not in the beach, on the rocks under the restaurant.

05/09/2025: Cozy little place inside the small unique streets. The prices are like everywhere else in Amalfi, on the slightly expensive end. Nice and cozy service.

15/05/2025: Mangiare da guerra. Peli nei piatti ,caro come i grandi ristoranti di Napoli, perfetta se non addirittura fantastica la scostumatezza. Conto come la loro scostumatezza. P.s. specialità della casa pelo di f..a, o pelo di c...o, ovvero pelo di capello.

04/05/2025: Trattoria un po’ fuorimano dal solito circuito, ma consigliataci per mangiare la vera cucina napoletana e devo dire che le nostre aspettative sono state esaudite. Ha una terrazza spettacolare sopra Napoli e ha il l’antipasto abbondante, classico napoletano Se vi avanza ancora un pochino di spazio, vi consiglio pasta, patate e provola che loro cavallo di battaglia consigliato e soprattutto non è una trappola per turisti .

08/09/2025: We booked in advance through the app The Fork with a 20% discount but the restaurant didn't accept it, after we insisted they gave 10%, charged couvert and still water.

06/09/2025: We camwle here to get drinks and maybe food (we were still considering), but wanted to start with drinks. The waiter took our order and asked us about food, and we said no only drinks. Then 5 more waiters came and asked us to order food. We were really geting anoyed. At that point, even if we wanted to eat there, we changed our minds. The waiter with glasses was especialy rude, and came again and asked us are we ready to order food, for the 6th time. We felt like we were beeing either forced to order food or forced to get out of the restaurant. And besides all that, coperto was 5 €. Which would be okay if the service was decent. We didn't try food, so I can't say about food, but service was terrible!

12/07/2025: Porzioni scarse, qualità del cibo da rivedere, prezzi alti. Non consiglio rispetto ad altri ristoranti di Vietri. Nella zona c'è se sono altri che meritano.

11/05/2025: Sono tornata in questa trattoria dopo alcuni anni, fidandomi del bellissimo ricordo che avevo dal 2019. Purtroppo, l’esperienza recente è stata tutt’altra cosa. Appena seduti, ci viene comunicato che non ci sono le cozze — peccato che non fosse specificato da nessuna parte. Eravamo tornati proprio con il desiderio di riassaporarle, ricordando quanto fossero buone. Ordiniamo altro e, al momento del servizio, accade l’imprevisto: il cameriere sbilancia il piatto con il polpo e una colata d’olio finisce sui jeans del mio fidanzato. Si scusa, corre a prendere uno spray smacchiatore, ma purtroppo la macchia resta. Serata rovinata con un pantalone macchiato addosso, di sabato sera. Sono cose che possono capitare, certo. Ma quello che non trovo accettabile è ritrovarmi un conto da 51,98€ con il 13% di servizio incluso. Diciamolo francamente: chiedere il servizio pieno quando hai creato un disagio evidente al cliente è poco elegante. Bastava un gesto semplice, come arrotondare il conto a 50€: un piccolo segnale di attenzione che avrebbe fatto la differenza. Infine, il "polpo al sugo piccante" non era né piccante né in sugo: solo un polpo galleggiante in un brodo d'olio. Non ho fatto la foto, ma credetemi: l’aspetto era già tutto un programma. Con grande dispiacere, cancello questa trattoria dalle mie tappe fisse a Napoli.

09/06/2025: Nos alojamos en el Hotel Excelsior que está cerca y pasamos por este restaurante una noche. Dijimos que lo intentaríamos y estamos muy contentos de haberlo hecho. La comida es tan buena que comimos aquí en 2 noches mientras nos alojamos en Nápoles durante una semana. Recomiendo encarecidamente tanto la costilla - filete de ojos y el solomillo (sí, somos comedores de carne! ). Todavía estamos tomando el equilibrio de sabores. ¡Las patatas fritas también son deliciosas y abundantes! El tipo que nos sirvió en ambas noches era tan encantador y atento. Recomendó un vino muy bueno que golpeó el lugar muy bien. No pases por este restaurante, asegúrate de entrar y no te arrepentirás. Esperamos volver de nuevo.

21/05/2025: Trattoria in una piazzetta caratteristica a due passi dalla cattedrale di Amalfi. Ristorante a gestione familiare con anche piatti tradizionali. Noi abbiamo mangiato parmigiana di melanzane con crema di burrata e colatura di alici, risotto alla pescatora (entrambi buonissimi e abbondanti) e per finire il dolce tipico la delizia al limone (che nulla aveva da invidiare a quella della famosa e molto dispendiosa pasticceria di Amalfi!) La giovane proprietaria e i camerieri molto gentili e attenti ai clienti. Prezzi nella media del posto. Consigliatissimo.

13/04/2025: Sono stata con il mio ragazzo in questo ristorante in una giornata bella di sole. L’accoglienza da parte del cameriere in sala è stata eccellente. La proprietaria che ci ha preso le comande è stata disponibilissima e ci ha consigliato un dentice con patate, nocciole e limone che è stato di nostro gradimento. Il vino di Marisa Cuomo ha fatto sì che il nostro pranzo fosse ancora di più super. Ci ritorneremo al più presto a pranzo sicuramente.

29/03/2025: He disfrutado de una comida riquísima. Pedí pescado a la parrilla con ensalada y una copa de vino. Ha estado increíblemente rico. María que me atendió es una persona muy amable y recomiendo este lugar muchísimo si están en vietri sul mare.

07/09/2025: It doesn't even deserve one star. Terrible evening, terrible service, total disorganization. Despite the reservation being confirmed at 9:00 PM, they seated us at 9:30 PM... and so far so good. They set the table without cutlery, napkins, and, listen, with plastic cups (I thought I was in a restaurant and not a beach club). We asked for glasses, but they weren't brought, and we had to drink beer out of plastic cups. After a 2-hour wait, no news about the pizza we ordered, and like us, the situation was the same at all tables... a clear sign that there was a problem in the kitchen, but no one thought to alert the customers... let alone apologize. After another half hour and after asking 3 waiters for clarification, I went to complain directly to the owner, but I didn't get a response either. The pizza arrives at 11:45 PM, but we can't eat it because we still don't have cutlery or napkins...see attached photo!!!! Change your job. It doesn't even deserve a zero...at most a -5
