20/06/2026: What a memorable experience.. The chef was kind enough to recommend the best menu options as I am pregnant. We felt cuddled the entire experience from start to finish with the superb service from the team. The food was a beautiful story reflecting the chefs life, local products, and plates with his own creative twist. The greatest highlights for us were the pasta and gnocchi dish! Could live on those for a lifetime! Highly recommend going for the set menu and let yourself get transported by the chefs vision! Not to miss. Thank you for giving us such a memorable evening.

10/06/2026: Outstanding culinary creations, creatively prepared both visually and in terms of taste, a wonderful ambiance with a sensational view, friendly and attentive service, and a perfect and generous wine pairing to accompany the menu! This restaurant deserves at least one Michelin star!

03/07/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante e ho provato gli agnolotti: semplicemente spettacolari. La pasta fresca, il ripieno saporito e il condimento perfettamente bilanciato hanno reso il piatto indimenticabile. Servizio cordiale e atmosfera accogliente. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altre specialità del menu.

02/07/2025: Un posto magico, una veduta spettacolare a due passi dal centro di Sorrento, una cena incredibile con prodotti di altissima qualità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

10/08/2025: Locale su una splendida terrazza affacciata sulla spiaggia di Marina del Cantone apparecchiatura curata in ogni minimo dettaglio il menù è ampio con ampia scelta di piatti della cucina tradizionale locale e altri di innovazione e rivisitati con cura,e attenzione ingredienti freschi e di qualità la presentazione dei piatti è molto curata e piacevole da vedere il servizio è attento e mai invadente curando le esigenze e richieste del cliente la carta dei vini è vasta con etichette campane e non solo curata con professionalità da Domenico che vi consiglierà al meglio si conclude con una varietà di dolci che vi sorprenderà per freschezza e bontà curati personalmente con maestri dalla signora Mery il prezzo è in linea con quanto.offerto.da locale dove è sempre un piacere tornare per assaggiare le loro specialità in un contesto di qualità familiare.

24/07/2025: This was my first time in Positano, and I never usually write reviews, but this time, I just had to! We had dinner at Ristorante Mirage and everything was simply amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with a special mention for the seafood incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. From the attentive service to the stunning view and relaxing atmosphere, it was an experience truly worth sharing. Highly recommended!

24/07/2025: 28 euros for a very mediocre vongole, 25 euros for 4 shrimp (literally)... Have lived in Italy for 10 years and disappointed in myself for falling for such a tourist trap. Don't recommend.

20/07/2025: Ett måste i Capri! Fantastisk god mat med en härlig utsikt och service i världsklass. Ett stort tack till Baggio som tog hand om oss med sitt professionella och mycket vänliga team.

19/07/2025: Più che di una cena occorre parlare di una esperienza.. ogni portata è stata una scoperta, accompagnata egregiamente da un ottimo vino consigliato dall’ottimo Biagio. Cibo eccellente, servizio impeccabile e personale che ha saputo fare davvero la differenza. Non si può passare da Capri e non provarlo.

25/07/2025: A comida e boa. Mas fomos vítimas de má fé na hora de pagar a conta. Um prato de pescado que dizia ser 18 euros o quilo, nos cobraram 42 euros por 600 gramas de comida. Mesmo argumentando que não era isso que nos explicaram no início, nada podemos fazer a não ser pagar e deixar aqui nosso relato.

14/07/2025: Gran lugar para el almuerzo y la cena - cocina casera con diferentes especiales cada día. Focaccia casera y la señora de la cocina hace nuevos platos para que los huéspedes los prueben. Albóndigas de pescado en salsa de tomate fue un éxito! Comimos aquí para el almuerzo y la cena - ambas grandes comidas.

27/07/2025: Pessimo è dire poco, non solo per la qualità, ma soprattutto per il comportamento. Ordinato 2 tartare di tonno, arrivate con 3 pezzi di pesce e il 90% era composto da olive nere (che hanno regalato al tonno un colore terribile) e pomodorini. Fatto notare che sul menù non erano riportate queste aggiunte altrimenti avremmo evitato, la risposta è stata "noi la facciamo così" ma allora non chiamatela tartare e soprattutto specificatelo nel menù! Insalata di polpo composta al 90% da prezzemolo e sedano, i pezzi di polpo dovevi andare a cercarli. Abbiamo pagato entrambe le tartare 50 euro nonostante non le avessimo mangiate perché siamo molto più signori di loro, ma sicuramente, leggendo anche le altre recensioni, questo locale non merita il nome di ristorante!

21/07/2025: Ho cenato questa sera al ristorante Trattoria Del Mar che dire…superlativo. Pesce di altissima qualità, proprietaria super accogliente, personale gentilissimo e impeccabile chef Fabio!assolutamente da ripetere il prima possibile!

31/07/2025: Deliciosa comida y vistas espectaculares. Nuestra espera fue muy atenta. Pudimos reservar una mesa a última hora y estaba sentado en la terraza. La comida era un poco caro y podría haber añadido más porciones por el precio que pagas. Tenemos el pollo relleno especial y un plato mixto de mariscos. El marisco estaba frito y no venía con ningún lado, así que todavía me quedé con hambre con la pequeña porción servida.

30/07/2025: This cafe has a fantastic view of the sea and the coast, and is a perfect location. Sadly the service set up was not good. A waitress came to our table to take our order, but we asked for just one more minute of time to choose our orders as we were still deciding. 20 minutes later the waitress had still not come back and was instead cleaning tables. The restaurant was not busy either, although there were a number of tables full of customers who did not have any food or drinks (perhaps they were still also waiting). We gained the waitress’s attention and asked if we could make our order and the waitress nodded, then went off into the restaurant. Ten minutes later, she was cleaning tables again and ignoring us, so we left. I understand that different cultures have different etiquette in relation to whether table service is offered or not, however, it simply was not clear in this establishment, and the lack of communication made for a very poor experience. Sadly, I would not recommend or return to this restaurant.

15/05/2026: Excellent location, youthful and welcoming atmosphere right on the Scario seafront. Aperitivo and after-dinner drinks are unique in the area. Always worth stopping by when you can. Highly recommended.

26/07/2025: Torno sempre con piacere Sa “Filippo” perché da generazioni e rimasto invariato nel cibo e la qualità pur restando laniassi con i tempi

20/07/2025: Siamo stati al Ristorante Da Filippo in occasione di una cena. Posto leggermente affollato ma personale efficiente nei tempi di attesa. Abbiamo ordinato un primo piatto, due tagliate di carne e un dolce. Prezzi modici per la qualità del posto e del cibo, inoltre le porzioni erano adeguate ne abbondanti né insufficienti. Che dir si voglia, ma non che non abbia rispettato le nostre aspettative. Citando un noto poeta: “fu tzoppu beddu stu manciari sangò”.

28/07/2025: Nel 2014 abbiamo scelto questa fantastica location per il nostro matrimonio. Da allora, ogni volta che riusciamo, ritorniamo e restiamo senza parole per la continua evoluzione della struttura e dei piatti proposti. La bellezza e l 'eleganza del posto, la qualità del cibo e la classe di tutto il personale, invece, restano sempre ai massimi livelli, impareggiabili. Al Chiar di Luna è semplicemente il top!!!

25/03/2025: We had lunch here in Sept 2022. I’m mostly writing a review on behalf of my husband who ordered Pizza Caprese. I’m his words, “I have never had a pizza like this. This is the best pizza I’ve ever had. I cannot get that pizza out of my head. I would go back to Capris just for that Pizza.” Being used to seeing below average tourist spots in New York City, we were biased that this restaurant would have mediocre overprice tourist food. To our surprise, the food was amazing. I had risotto which was fantastic but the Pizza Caprese was the winner: fresh dough, mozzarella, and tomato. Simple Beauty.
