22/04/2025: Unfortunately we won't go back again, very expensive, beautiful view and very nice place, but of poor quality especially the tomato in the spaghetti which they asked for instead of what was on the menu for 40 euros, it tasted of iron and was acidic, they told us that we couldn't change instead at the table next to us they brought spaghetti with clams, this is not done, my friends complained to me because I had booked, the restaurant next door had the entire menu including cover charge and drinks 28 euros, this excluding drinks and cover charge 40 euros. The waiters were very kind, of course, they tried to be helpful, a nice place, I repeat wonderful location, but expensive and poor Point of the situation we will never go back again....

08/04/2025: Ho visitato entrambe le sedi e l'impressione è stata la stessa. L'imbarazzo della scelta sia con il pane, che con i salati e i dolci. Non si sa proprio cosa scegliere e alla fine si cerca di prendere tutto! E la qualità? Ottima! Ogni prodotto è sfizioso a modo suo! Inoltre le commesse sono preparate, accoglienti e pieni di pazienza! L'unico neo è quello che ho riscontrato, purtroppo, in molti forni: con le stesse mani con cui si toccano i soldi si toccano i prodotti. I guanti non risolverebbero nulla perché se con i guanti si continuano a toccare soldi e prodotti siamo allo stesso punto. Obbligare poi i commessi a toglierli e metterli comporterebbe stress e perdita di tempo. Quindi mi permetto di consigliare quello che ho visto in altri forni: una cassa automatica rendiresto dal design compatto. Così l'igiene sarebbe assicurata!

05/05/2025: Siamo stati a cena su consiglio del gestore dell'hotel in cui alloggiavamo a Silvi Marina. Locale interno elegante, ci hanno assegnato un tavolo con una vista mare molto bello. Il menu è di pesce, io ho preso un piatto di crudo con porzioni giuste e prezzi super onesti (noi siamo abituati a prezzi decisamente piu' elevati), le porzioni dei primi erano generose e il fritto giusto. Il pesce fresco e molto buono.

18/05/2025: We ate here and were really satisfied! The fried fish, also available gluten-free, was exceptional: crispy, light and full of flavour. It is rare to find a fish restaurant so attentive to dietary needs, and here we were looked after with great care. Very fresh fish, kind and knowledgeable staff, welcoming atmosphere. A place to definitely return!

04/01/2025: I come on holiday here every year. The Mimì factory is located in a strategic point, in the center of Vasto Marina, between the Little Mermaid and the Pier. Plus it also has a restaurant on the beach, with excellent food, very fresh fish. Friendly, professional staff, attentive to customer needs. Mimì, the owner, is very approachable and very nice. This year I've already been for a week and I plan to return before the summer ends. Highly recommended!

20/05/2025: Sono tornata con mio marito dopo alcuni anni di assenza e siamo stati accolti da Simone con il consueto "ben rivisti ragazzi". Abbiamo preso un antipasto freddo e l'impepata di cozze ,e avevamo chiesto due porzioni di chitarra con le vongole ma il cameriere è stato onesto nel ricordarci che le porzioni sono abbondanti.aveva ragione Tutto fresco e saporito. Ho letto recensioni secondo le quali utilizzerebbero materie prime da discount, be andrei volentieri a fare acquisti nello stesso discount. A presto!!!

09/03/2025: NTIPASTO striminzito PRIMO accettabile SCONDO striminzito DOLCE (della CASA ) lasciamo perdere non ho aggettivi a riguardo conto per due .... 80 sberle e senza ricevuta fiscale ..... per andare a mangiare sulla trignina ....... La ristorazione è PASSIONE e SACRIFICIO !!!

03/01/2025: Pranzo con sorpresa finale. Buona l accoglienza ma non è possibile avere un menù scritto con i prezzi, le portate vengono elencate a voce . In quattro due antipasti di salumi, 2 primi un centrotavola di arrosto di carne misto (non abbondante) , un insalata, messo vino della casa e una bottiglia di acqua 130 euro. Costo elevato per la qualità, la quantità ed la tipologia del locale. Sicuramente esperienza da non ripetere né da consigliare.
