I enjoyed some superb appetizers and a first course that wasn't to die for! I hope to return, however, and I encourage anyone lucky enough to be in Pescara to try this charming restaurant!

17/10/2025: We (party of 2) arrived a bit before their normal opening time, without a reservation, and were seated graciously. Despite our lack of Italian, we enjoyed a really good meal of raw and cooked seafood, attended by a very friendly and helpful server. We intend to return!

05/10/2025: A beautiful seaside restaurant with a splendid raised veranda offering a stunning sea view. The food is good, fresh, and well-prepared. The service isn't professional, but it's friendly and welcoming. A great place to eat seafood at a reasonable price and relax with friends. I recommend it.

24/09/2025: We were on vacation in Ortona in July (Località Rido Riccio), and we decided to return to this restaurant after a less than stellar first experience in 2023. However, it's fair to say that the ingredients at this restaurant are amazing, perhaps among the best we've ever eaten on the Abruzzo coast. That said, let's move on to the sour notes. The service is disarmingly slow; you have to wait over an hour between courses, and this, unfortunately, makes the experience stressful and unnerving. Not only does it make your stomach churn, but it also ruins the atmosphere of what should be a relaxing dinner or lunch. It's truly a shame; the potential is enormous, but they absolutely need to address this shortcoming.

26/09/2025: I had lunch today for two. I noticed that they don't provide a menu with prices, and there's no bread included. For two good first courses, a portion of fried food floating in oil, and two glasses of wine, it came to €60 in total, without a receipt. Your thoughts. I'd like to tell Valerio that this way, he can only survive on occasional customers, because it's unlikely anyone will consider returning.

24/10/2025: The location certainly doesn't help this restaurant. Located right on the highway, the interior is very pleasant and offers a beautiful view of the sea. The dishes are good, including delicious mixed bruschetta and a very fresh seafood salad. The first course was excellent, in my case chitarrine allo scoglio (chitarrine allo scoglio), while the second courses were excellent, and the service was excellent. I should point out that there were only three of us in the restaurant, but given the location, it certainly isn't very crowded at this time of year. I'm definitely not passing through that area; I have to go there for some reason, but if I ever get the chance, I'll definitely do it!

11/11/2025: "Disgusting experience! I found a 20-centimeter-long hair in my main dish (sea bream and potatoes). Not only is this unacceptable, but it also shows a serious lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The owner was unprofessional and failed to handle the situation appropriately. We were charged a very high bill. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. One star is already too many." Shame on you.

01/11/2025: I'm so sorry to write this review because I used to be a regular customer and I always liked both the food and the service... but unfortunately that's no longer the case... today we went for lunch they made us sit in a corner near the tent even though the place was half empty, suddenly we found ourselves with an invasion of flies that ended up on our plates... we changed tables... the only disappointing thing was the food... poor choice of dishes, sushi seemed like old tasteless desserts... Chinese dumplings had a strange taste and weren't the usual dumplings... not to mention the soy spaghetti... unfortunately the little we ate left us with stomach problems and nausea... I'm sorry but it's not like before, neither the food nor the welcome, everyone seems angry and annoyed...

08/09/2025: Le pieds dans l'eau! A wonderful place where you can have lunch or dinner with the sound of the sea, very romantic. I had amazing paccheri with lobster, a delicious fish main course, and an exquisite dessert. Attentive and friendly service, Carlo was able to please us and fulfill all our requests. I'll be back very soon!

28/08/2025: Five stars aren't the same as a 10 at school, but the lunch by the sea (not with a sea view, but right by the sea) is worth every penny, and well worth the trip. The food is of unquestionable quality.
