06/05/2026: Very nice location, but due to the rain, we couldn't have lunch on the terrace, which offers a beautiful view. The owners are very kind, and their succulent dishes are all excellent. For starters: egg with truffle and cod Vicenza-style. Completely satisfied. The price isn't cheap, but it's adequate for the refinement and deliciousness of the meals. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.

04/05/2026: Convinced by the positive reviews, we called to reserve a table for four for the evening of May 1st, and from the first conversation, I sensed remarkable customer service. Upon arrival, we were greeted with great courtesy and seated at an elegant and spacious table in a pleasant setting. Our dinner was originally focused on cod, so we skipped other dishes that were sure to be exceptional. However, we didn't regret it, as both the creamed cod and the Vicenza-style cod were unforgettable. The desserts were also top-notch. The service was excellent, complemented by the complimentary focaccia and homemade biscuits at the end of the meal. The owner's expertise in wine is also noteworthy: when asked for advice on pairing, he suggested a bottle of Sassaia from La Biancara, which was a pleasant revelation for us, as well as an excellent tasting experience. A very good restaurant, with prices that match the setting, quality, and service. We'd happily return.

Remo, set within the evocative setting of Villa Cariolato, presents itself as a restaurant with a striking aesthetic: the exterior is simply magnificent, spectacular, and perfectly in keeping with the concept of elegant, high-quality cuisine. The interior, while maintaining a classic and refined style, in my opinion could be improved: a personal assessment that doesn't affect the overall quality of the experience, but could further enhance the restaurant's identity. The service is one of its absolute strengths: extremely polite, well-trained, prompt, and highly professional waiters. The dining room is managed with precision and discretion, conveying confidence and competence at every stage of service. As for the cuisine, I chose the seafood menu, and the quality of the ingredients was evident from the first course: extremely fresh, locally sourced fish, presented with respect. In some dishes, the ratio of seasonings to the main ingredient seemed slightly unbalanced, but the excellence of the product prevailed, making the gastronomic experience more than enjoyable. The restaurant has a distinctly romantic feel. I dined with my wife and was welcomed into a secluded room with just a few tables, ensuring intimacy, tranquility, and the perfect atmosphere for an evening spent together. This attention is not to be taken for granted, demonstrating sensitivity toward the guest. I will definitely return. And who knows, maybe one day I'll befriend the owner and suggest, with a smile, one of the more daring fish carpaccios on the menu—joking aside, the creative potential is there. In conclusion, Remo – Villa Cariolato is a restaurant absolutely worth a visit and one I highly recommend to anyone seeking quality, professionalism, and an elegant, romantic setting.

We stopped here and were literally enchanted. ​Why you absolutely must try it: ​The natural setting: The restaurant is completely immersed in greenery. Eating surrounded by the sounds and scents of nature gives an immediate feeling of relaxation and well-being. ​The cuisine (a veg paradise!): We ate divinely. Finding vegetarian and vegan cuisine of this caliber is not at all a given. The dishes aren't just "alternatives" to traditional menus, but true works of art bursting with flavor, created with the freshest ingredients and original combinations that showcase the raw ingredients without ever becoming boring. ​The atmosphere and welcome: The staff is warm, smiling, and extremely knowledgeable in making you feel at home and explaining the dishes with passion. 10/05/2026: Well, there's not much to say. For me, they're always a guarantee. The truffle risotto and tagliata are the best. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

30/04/2026: Truly beautiful location, surrounded by green hills, with large windows for a great view. The menu offers a wide selection. Delicious dishes are prepared with great care. The plate was even reheated to keep the meat nice and warm. Great numbers!

The appetizer with octopus 🐙 is a perfect choice to start a dinner and anything else you choose from their menu will not disappoint you. 24/03/2026: Very nice restaurant, spacious with large green areas, tables, and truly lovely decor. I'd like to return because if their menu is good, the à la carte dishes must be even better, at least I think so. The bad thing is that the owner isn't very friendly to foreigners. In fact, there were three of us. They came in before me and went straight to a table. I came in afterward because I stopped to take some pictures at the entrance. Then I saw the lady and asked her, "Can we sit where we want?" And she said, "Nooo, I'll seat you, but there are three of us and they're already seated..." She said, "Oh, I thought you were alone." What? If I was alone, did I get special treatment? The worst part is that I asked for half a liter of wine and she said they didn't sell it, but I saw three tables with pitchers of wine in bulk and I told her so. Then she made up some excuse about how they pour the bottles into pitchers, which is unbelievable. I don't understand why they open a public place and don't treat their customers the same way. It's a real shame.

10/05/2026: A very pleasant agriturismo, with an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. I had dinner here this evening and was truly satisfied. The most unusual dish I tried was the eel: a special surprise, beautifully prepared and with a truly unique flavor. You can sense the care and attention to detail in the kitchen. Highly recommended.
