04/04/2026: Beautiful place in the hills near Vicenza. The two brothers were very helpful. I had the baked zucchini flowers, which were delicious and special, followed by the equally delicious tagliatelle with ragout. Highly recommended.

01/04/2026: I've been there twice for lunch over the weekend. The first time was a chance encounter. I stumbled upon Cavallino when I was in the area and was looking for a place to eat. And I had a great time. Friendly owners, excellent food, and an elegant yet relaxing atmosphere. So the second time, I really wanted to return to Cavallino. And the experience was just as great! I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough, and when I'm back in the area (I'm from Bergamo), I'll definitely be back!

11/02/2026: Clean and welcoming place... and we're off to a great start... I order tuna and onion with multigrain pasta.... I get a caramelized onion and tuna slices on a soft pasta... a marvel to the palate today I discovered gourmet pizza.... if you have good ingredients the result if you do it well will be excellent.... here it was like this.... my friends' pizzas? .... the simplest one, the one with the sausages? ... the large and well-mixed ones, not the round ones all the same placed on top that run.... great selection of beers and spirits and desserts... they also have a kitchen, I tasted a good carpaccio.... super place.... no photos because otherwise I lower my expectations, better go there

The interior, while maintaining a classic and refined style, in my opinion could be improved: a personal assessment that doesn't affect the overall quality of the experience, but could further enhance the restaurant's identity. The service is one of its absolute strengths: extremely polite, well-trained, prompt, and highly professional waiters. The dining room is managed with precision and discretion, conveying confidence and competence at every stage of service. As for the cuisine, I chose the seafood menu, and the quality of the ingredients was evident from the first course: extremely fresh, locally sourced fish, presented with respect. In some dishes, the ratio of seasonings to the main ingredient seemed slightly unbalanced, but the excellence of the product prevailed, making the gastronomic experience more than enjoyable. The restaurant has a distinctly romantic feel. I dined with my wife and was welcomed into a secluded room with just a few tables, ensuring intimacy, tranquility, and the perfect atmosphere for an evening spent together. This attention is not to be taken for granted, demonstrating sensitivity toward the guest. I will definitely return. And who knows, maybe one day I'll befriend the owner and suggest, with a smile, one of the more daring fish carpaccios on the menu—joking aside, the creative potential is there. In conclusion, Remo – Villa Cariolato is a restaurant absolutely worth a visit and one I highly recommend to anyone seeking quality, professionalism, and an elegant, romantic setting.

27/02/2026: I discovered this renowned restaurant for a business lunch. I had lunch in an intimate and private room. A raw fish appetizer and a mixed boiled meat... It seems like a strange menu, but it was very popular. And the discretion of dining in the private rooms is a plus.

10/03/2026: We dined at this restaurant a few weeks ago and had a truly excellent experience. The place is warm, welcoming, and very well-maintained. The restaurant recently added a truly delicious vegetarian menu. For me, a vegetarian, it was a truly wonderful experience with tasty, light dishes featuring mostly homemade local produce (such as fermented vegetables, kombucha, bread, and jams/mustards). The menu also changes seasonally: this will be a compelling reason to return soon! Dogs are welcome; our dog enjoyed it. Thank you for a lovely evening and excellent dinner.

08/03/2026: We went there with the kids for my birthday. Everything was delicious and very unique. The atmosphere is very welcoming and refined. The service was impeccable. The selection was varied and original.

22/02/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant yesterday, February 21st, 2020, during a motorcycle tour of the Berici Hills, as we've done on other occasions. The restaurant is elegant and pleasant, the food excellent (the truffle risotto excellent), as were the wines, and the quality/price ratio is adequate for the overall setting. Recommended.

24/03/2026: An absolute guarantee in the Berici Hills! Returning to Crichelon is always a sure thing. If you're looking for authentic Venetian cuisine made with care, this place is a must. I had the gnocchi with venison, and they were spectacular: flavorful sauce and tender meat. Next, the Iberian pork chops, excellent ingredients and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the view of the hills is the added bonus that makes every lunch or dinner special. The food is always divine, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

11/02/2026: In my opinion, an excellent restaurant. Wonderful service. The food is very tasty. The option was given to remove ingredients from the pasta for vegetarians. The soup of the day was Jerusalem potato soup and it was very tasty. When you visit the place, ask about the soup and if it is available, order it, you will not be disappointed. A restaurant definitely recommended

02/03/2026: Customer for more than 30 years! This place has been amazing every time. The atmosphere was modernized, but the food is as good today as it was more than 30 years ago. I never tire of the bigoli d’anitra, braciole di vitello, and mixed vegetables and french fries. Debora has built an incredible team in the kitchen as well as customer facing. The outdoor seating from Spring through Fall is magical and unlike anything else I’ve experienced over many years in Naples, Rome, and Vicenza combined. Such a special place, special food, and above all such very special friends!

29/03/2026: The website says the first shift is from 7 to 9, but over the phone they tell me the table is free until 8:30, and once we get there at 8 they ask us to leave because they have to vacate the table. Honestly, I expected a different organization in a place like this. The pizza is good, though.

11/03/2026: I went on a friend's recommendation, and I have to say it was worth it. The Neapolitan pizza dough is among the best in the province, with excellent ingredients and combinations, from the lightest and simplest to the most unusual. The atmosphere is very quaint; the only downside was the very loud atmosphere, but since we went on a Saturday, it was naturally crowded. Despite this, you can still chat with your guests. I'll definitely be back!
