07/01/2026: The space is spacious and clean. Despite the fire, there's absolutely no smell, which isn't a given. The service is exceptionally polite and fast. The meat is excellent. The platters are delicious. We were able to enjoy lunch with my furry friends, and we weren't the only ones. Despite this, I repeat, everything is very clean. Thank you.

30/12/2025: Delicious dishes, presented in an original and beautiful way. A very extensive menu with something for everyone. Highly recommended. You can dine outside in the beautiful garden. What a warm welcome every time. We'd love to come back. In addition to the regular dishes on the menu, there's also a wide variety of surprising starters and desserts. These are also beautifully presented, making dining here a real treat. The food is of high quality. You should definitely eat here if you're in the area! We've been coming here for years; mostly in the summer, but it's also a wonderful place to visit in the winter. Hospitality is truly a capital "H" here! And that's perhaps also due to Giorgio's warm personality and enthusiastic drive. It's wonderful to see that the younger generation in this family restaurant is just as enthusiastic about continuing this wonderful tradition. We'll keep coming back!

04/01/2026: A quick visit to Spoleto and we came across this restaurant run by Sebastiano, a truly capable person like all the staff... a small but well-selected wine list with high-quality gems at very fair prices in my opinion... really satisfied... we will definitely be back

04/01/2026: I found this place through an online search, and it turned out to be a pleasant discovery! We ordered a mixed appetizer for two, two main courses, two side dishes, and they offered us a complimentary amaro. The place is cute and well-kept, and the staff is very friendly. The quality-price ratio is also good. Overall, an ideal place for a pleasant evening!

08/12/2025: Yesterday, Sunday, around 3:00 PM, we were looking for a place that was open to eat and we came across this beautiful restaurant. A stunning veranda overlooking the center of Marsciano, with lots of plants and flowers on the walls. The waiter, despite the hour, welcomed us kindly. He served us a platter of cold cuts, warm bruschetta, and high-quality cheeses. Handmade tagliolini with white ragù and truffle shavings were a delicacy we will never forget. To finish, a sublime tiramisu by the glass. Such kindness and friendliness! Excellent quality/price ratio. We have saved it among our favorites, we want to return soon to discover the rest of the menu!

15/01/2026: A wonderful place with a cozy atmosphere and stylish decor that blends local traditions, classics, and modernity. Traditional Umbrian cuisine, beautifully presented dishes, delicious food, and friendly, attentive service. A place where locals go, and that's saying a lot.

13/01/2026: This historic trattoria was recommended to us by the owner of the farmhouse where we were staying. The staff are friendly, the traditional dishes are delicious and plentiful, and the prices are fair. It's tucked away in a hidden alleyway, away from the tourist crowds (I even struggled with Gmaps), and I think this is a sure sign because it's frequented by locals or by word of mouth. The place was packed, and I recommend visiting the underground cellar (especially if you have children), of which I've attached a few photos.

The dishes offered extraordinary value for money; the crostone with cianuscolo (a type of octopus) is a must-try, truly delicious. The place is intimate and unique, thanks in part to Michele, the owner, who made the experience truly one-of-a-kind.

01/01/2026: What can I say...we arrived in Trevi at 1:30 PM on December 31st, worried that no one would be able to serve us anything...but instead, Mr. Michele sat us down in his little restaurant, and we ate like we hadn't remembered having in years...tasty, traditional, satisfying dishes, like only our grandmothers knew how to make. Thank you for your welcome, thank you for the experience, and for the wonderful memories it brought back...

16/01/2026: After several experiences with different menus that didn't entirely convince me, the last time I was served a truly awful roast pork, overcooked and lacking in salt. At these prices, you expect more!
