20/11/2025: We were a large group with a pre-set menu, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. For the first course, we were served a meat and chestnut risotto, which was very well made and had excellent flavor. For the second course, we had meat with a side of vegetables. It was turkey, and it was very tasty. I was truly surprised, as we had gone to other places with a pre-set menu before and had never found this level of quality. It’s true that I missed having the dessert included in the menu, since we had to pay for it separately. At least in Spain, we are used to menus including dessert.
03/11/2025: A very elegant venue, with impeccable and attentive service; unique and refined dishes, especially the desserts, which are works of art. The bill is fair, and coffee and liqueurs are provided by the very kind and competent chef Stefano.

09/11/2025: We were in Perugia for two days and last night we had dinner at this restaurant. By chance, while searching online, we were intrigued by the truffle. I'd say we had a sublime dinner! Super organized and professional, but above all, an excellent dining experience. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

09/11/2025: We went to this lovely restaurant because we were attracted by the photos of the cured meats and pizza. I'll start by saying that I run an agritourism farm. I make cured meats myself, still using traditional methods, and I produce pasta, vegetables, and much more for my guests. I don't do outside catering. I ordered pizza and a cured meat platter. I never leave reviews, but unfortunately, I didn't like the cured meats at all; they lingered in my stomach until the next day. Perhaps they're made from wild animals, but in my opinion, they're industrially processed. Another thing I found inappropriate was the €2 cover charge for paper placemats, a glass, and cutlery on a napkin. The room downstairs, where we were, was a bit cold, while we noticed the upstairs room was much warmer, with background music and much more carefully set tables (I wonder if the cover charge is the same there). The pizza and dessert (pannacotta) were delicious. The tiramisu, a little less so.

02/11/2025: We really enjoyed Diego's cuisine because the quality and ingredients were excellent, such as the homemade pasta. I had the strangozzi alla norcina and I have to say I really enjoyed it! I would have preferred the tagliata to be more generous (but that's not a criticism, just my personal taste). The atmosphere is refined and intimate, and Diego's hospitality and professionalism make you feel at home. The chef personally took care of us guests, moving from table to table, creating a very personal, down-to-earth relationship. I recommend this restaurant if you want to try authentic, homemade, and refined dishes and have a different experience.
01/11/2025: Small restaurant in the village of Mantignana. A little tricky to find on a village street. The owner welcomes us with a warm handshake. The menu is regional, with a strong focus on the sourcing of the ingredients. The wine list is interesting, with a good selection of Umbrian wineries, and prices are reasonable. We had a good time; the atmosphere is great, the customer service is attentive, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Perhaps the only flaw I find is the prices, which are a bit higher than usual, with inexplicable spikes (a charcuterie board costs €29), but overall, the entire menu is very high-quality for the quality of the dishes. Perhaps it reflects the tourist clientele, which tempts the restaurant owner, especially in terms of prices. Wild boar stew, well-spiced and with a pleasantly sweet note. Good, but perhaps a little too disjointed. If you ask me: “But in the end, would you recommend the restaurant?”, I answer affirmatively, for the context, for the generally high quality of the offerings, but I also humbly suggest perhaps a rethink on the prices which are indeed a little too much.

09/11/2025: Good evening, I wanted to share my day with you: I was with a few others at my friend Sabrina's birthday party... what can I say? The atmosphere was delightful, the staff were kind and knowledgeable, and then there was the food... I'd say it was simply breathtaking, unique and traditional, but with that extra touch of innovation that never hurts. My compliments to Chef Tommaso and the entire staff. An experience definitely worth repeating.

29/10/2025: Everything was delicious, including vegetarian options. Compliments to the chef. The restaurant spaces are very spacious and beautiful. The service was excellent, with fantastic kindness and attention. There were nine of us, and everyone was truly satisfied. We will definitely be back.
15/10/2025: There aren’t words to express how amazing this meal was. Far and away the best of my life! My husband and I came in after arriving late into town and checking into our hotel. We saw the lights at Fabiani and thought it looked lovely. We had no idea the joy awaiting us. Our server, Mary, was fantastic. Very professional and helpful. We ordered a multi-course chef’s choice (one with tartufo nero and one without) and let me just say—this chef is incredible. Every single bite was beautifully crafted and balanced, each one somehow better than the last. We felt like we were splurging to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary, but only spent about €100 total for a bottle of wine, sparkling water, and two six-course meals plus coffees, with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. We closed the restaurant and literally gave the chef a standing ovation when he came out. We hope to return again soon. Grazie mille to the whole staff!

17/11/2025: A very welcoming and charming restaurant, with a slightly vintage feel, yet excellent for a dinner with friends or special occasions where you want a bit of privacy. I was there for a business dinner, and the service was excellent from the start, and the food was equally good. The service was friendly, polite, and very polite. I recommend the meat, and a good appetizer with a mix of local cured meats and cheeses. For dessert, I had a delicious tartlet, beautifully filled.
25/10/2025: The staff were very friendly and the food was high-quality (and plentiful). We came in as tourists but were treated like regulars. Highly recommended.

28/10/2025: I travelled alone and had an almost perfect evening here. Extremely nice and friendly staff. Since I couldn't decide which pasta to have as my first course, I asked for a recommendation. I was served an excellent pasta dish with ricotta cheese, truffles and local sausage. This was followed by a tender tagliata with truffle sauce. All this at a reasonable, fair price Thank you for the wonderful dinner.
27/10/2025: Saturday lunch, a generous platter for two, polenta with sausage sauce, and truffle strangozzi. Lovely, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere.

23/11/2025: Excellent!! We found this place by chance for lunch, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Quality dishes, with a good selection of meat and fish. The welcome makes you feel at home, as if you've been a longtime customer. Highly recommended if you're in the area. P.S. The exterior might give you pause, but don't worry, come inside because you definitely won't regret it.

And if the menu offers a varied selection, with dishes with intriguing names like campagnola, gricia di bosco, and pallotta, you simply can't help but try them. All this and more is Bigonza, a genuine tavern with a 1940s soundtrack, gently accompanying you as you eat and drink in complete serenity. The heart rejoices and the mind is freed from all worries in places like Bigonza. Courteous service, affordable prices, and a popular place—well worth returning to.
26/10/2025: Wow, the osteria is a tiny little gem...very special...full of paintings and objects with history...the food is excellent and the house wine is also excellent...the bruschetta with top-notch oil...the appetizers and cheeses are delicious...the cannelloni, stuffed celery, and parmigiana are the best...and finally, the rocciata which was also super...five stars plus...
