I migliori ristoranti di cucina mediterranea in Trentino-alto adige

29/06/2025: Cena informale con la mia compagna ed un amico. Posto non facilissimo da trovare ma messo in posizione strategica ed aperto su di una piazzetta davvero carina. Menù semplice con poche portate, come piace a me: indice di qualità e freschezza delle materie prime. Abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti, dei primi piatti e dei dolci. Buona scelta di vini al calice con il cameriere molto preparato nel illustrarli e consigliarli. È una trattoria, quindi regna la semplicità ma nel piatto abbiamo trovato qualità e raffinatezza degne di ristoranti ben più blasonati. Riassumendo: buona location, cibo eccellente, buon servizio, rapporto qualità/prezzo Ottimo. Ci torneremo di sicuro per provare i secondi piatti. Consigliatissimo

20/04/2025: Poco prima di Pasqua, è l'occasione per rincontrare un carissimo vecchio amico che ci viene incontro da Milano. Gironzolando per Trento ci viene fame e prenotiamo qua, incuriositi anche dalle ottime recensioni lette. Servizio accogliente, pulito, gentile e rapido. La cucina è davvero ottima, abbiamo potuto cogliere l'occasione di gustare le specialità a base di asparagi, vista anche la stagione prozia. Mi sento di poterla consigliare con assoluta fiducia. 23/07/2025: Lo staff era gentile ed efficiente, l'atmosfera era accogliente, il cibo ottimo...e poi che dire, abbiamo apprezzato molto la scelta musicale (Fleetwood Mac, Tears For Tears, The Cure e molti altri). Super consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!

21/07/2025: Ora, la pizza era molto buona, il servizio gentile e veloce ma francamente sono stanco di pagare € 3 per 800ml di acqua filtrata. Questo non va proprio bene. Per un locale di questo livello, o acqua in bottiglia a pagamento oppure opzione filtrata gratis.

12/03/2025: Amazing, super creative food and wine pairings, beautiful presentation, knowledgeable and friendly service, wonderful experience all around. My husband and I have enjoyed a lot of phenomenal and high end fine dining venues, Suinsom exceeded our high expectations and then some! We will for sure be back the next time we are in the Dolomites!

02/11/2025: When we arrived in Merano, we immediately headed to this pizzeria recommended by a colleague. It's a very large place, spread over two floors and stylishly furnished. Friendly staff, impeccable service, and truly excellent pizzas. The dough has a rustic feel due to the flour used, and the pizza is a cross between gourmet and classic wagon wheel. We were satisfied, and if I were to return to Merano, I'd order a second helping. Prices are a little high, but worth it. Highly recommended!

25/09/2025: Sunday lunch. We've been coming to Pinzolo for a while but never had the honor. Welcoming atmosphere, adequate service, and quality food. We'll be back for pizza, too. Very good.

28/08/2025: Having discovered Hotel La Fontanella by chance while passing through, it has become a point of reference for my beloved getaway in the Dolomites. Courtesy, professionalism, discretion, and efficiency are the ingredients for a perfect stay in the breathtaking setting of the Brenta Dolomites. 09/11/2025: We had a few days away in Lake Garda and ate at this restaurant. The pasta was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. Best pasta we have ever eaten. The staff we're very friendly and chatty. Well done guys

08/11/2025: The owner kept the restaurant open extra late for us during the off-season because we arrived late and nothing else was open. We haven't experienced such friendly service in a long time. The pizza was fantastic and the house wine excellent! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.

05/11/2025: Terrible. After receiving an initial offer to book an apartment (which wasn't even the cheapest one, by the way), the woman consistently refused, not responding to emails, and telling them to call back as soon as she had time, both on WhatsApp and by phone, but in fact never called back. After pursuing her for 10 days to no avail, we decided to change properties.

28/10/2025: The lasagna was cold, and so was the plate. We sent the food back. It came back slightly warm. The wait was too long, and the restaurant was practically empty. We were almost the only customers.

18/10/2025: Good sized portions, wide enough selection of food and drinks. Fast service ☀ Outdoor tables in warm weather☀️

26/05/2025: Best restaurant in Ranica. The staff are super friendly, the vibe is great, and the food offers excellent value for money.

30/10/2025: Went there with friends for dinner. Very tasty pizza and delicious tiramisu (without egg). Nicely decorated restaurant and friendly service.

08/09/2025: The outdoor pool is affordable at 5-7 euros, but it's also the best place to enjoy the view of Bolzano. Sunbeds are 4 euros each, and they require a 1 euro deposit. There are no Asians here, and it's mostly used by locals, not tourists. This is another reason why I want to visit Bolzano again. Peaceful, delicious.

21/07/2025: Appena entrati nella ristorante Sud di Riva del Garda, ci si sente subito avvolti dall'atmosfera calda e accogliente del sud Italia. I tavoli in legno, le decorazioni colorate e l'odore delizioso dei piatti tipici ci hanno trasportato in un viaggio sensoriale. Lo staff è stato davvero fantastico: carino e cordiale, con quel tocco tipico del sud che rende l'accoglienza ancora più speciale. Abbiamo assaggiato diverse specialità e ogni morso era un'esplosione di sapori autentici. La pizza era semplicemente deliziosa, con ingredienti freschi e una pasta perfetta, mentre gli antipasti ci hanno fatto sognare di essere in una trattoria sul lungomare. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto la pulizia del locale, che lo rende perfetto anche per famiglie numerose. Se cercate un posto dove gustare piatti squisiti e sentirvi come a casa, ristorante Sud è assolutamente super consigliata! Assolutamente da tornare
