17/08/2026: The place is a bit 80s-style, the service is a bit too pushy, it's fine to be quick and friendly but more delicacy wouldn't hurt, the food is normal, the pizza is good, the desserts are good but served cold, they don't take reservations and this can be convenient but I also see a disadvantage as it's a place of passage where you can stop on the fly as it's very large

16/08/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, even though it's listed among those in Pinzolo on the Mio Trentino app. We dined in a covered dining room, but outside, so it was cool in August. The risotto with basil and trout tartare was delicious, as were the green tortelloni topped with crispy speck. The cocoa tart with a warm apple center was excellent, and the walnut parfait was excellent. Prices were average, and the staff was young and friendly. Recommended.

09/08/2026: Very large and clean swimming pool. It got busier in the afternoon, but that is logical with temperatures around 37°. A large pool for swimming laps, among other things, another large pool at the back, a swimming area with a slide and some whirlpools, and a toddler area for children up to 6 years old. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. Plenty of supervision, which is also nice. Large lawn with shady spots under the trees. Sunbeds are also available, but when it is busy, they are occupied quickly, of course.

11/08/2026: I ordered the grilled salmon, but the portion size was absolutely not in line with the price. It was also quite obvious that the salmon had been bought from a supermarket rather than freshly prepared.

04/03/2026: Good morning, From the moment we entered, the service was top-notch: very helpful, smiling, and friendly. Breakfasts were always beautifully prepared, with high-quality Italian products. The waiter always asked if she could prepare anything extra, such as scrambled eggs or an omelet. We also had dinner, which we still remember to this day was exceptional. The spa is fantastic, with a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, carefully prepared, and after returning from skiing, everything was perfectly tidy. And we can't forget the gentleman who always dropped us off and picked us up on time, incredibly kind and smiling. When I asked to print a document, it was no problem at all. This is an ideal place for those traveling by electric car; the hotel has its own charging station. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

03/04/2026: I'm writing this review still in disbelief at the treatment and quality of the food I received. If you're looking for a place to eat after a day on the slopes, move on: any other option will be better than this. The pizza dough was embarrassing: rubbery, clearly under-risen, and raw in the center, while the crust was burnt and bitter. The ingredients used were of the lowest quality; the tomato was overly acidic, and the mozzarella had no consistency whatsoever, a sign of the use of low-quality industrial products that have nothing to do with the flavors of the area. The service was the final straw. Arrogant staff, biblical wait times (over an hour for two pizzas with the place half empty), and a total disorganization in the dining room and kitchen. Despite our polite complaints about the cooking, the response was dismissive and lacking in professionalism. The prices were completely out of line and unjustified. Paying gourmet prices for a product that wouldn't even end up on the plate of an emergency shelter is unacceptable. A place that thrives solely on its touristic location, but doesn't deserve a single cent of your money. ​Avoid it if you don't want to ruin your evening and your stomach. In his place, I'd keep quiet, especially since there's no page where you can write a review exclusively for the restaurant.

09/08/2026: Stopped off here for lunch with the wife and shared a pizza. The pizza was so delicious and i also had a local beer which was nice and my wife had a aperol spritz which she said was amazing. Service was great and Only cost €29. Would definitely recommend.

02/08/2026: Im surprised that this Pizzeria has inly 3.9 stars.. we ordered two pizzas, gnocchi, carbonara, ravioli and lasagne.. everything was delicious and portions were really good size. Service was great as also interior decor makes it feel like you are eating in your Italian auntie’s house 😍 we were eating there 2 days in the row, only because we were staying here only for 2 days. Highly recommend to stop by and try food :)

06/01/2026: We stayed at this hotel from December 31, 2025, to January 6, 2026. We had a wonderful time. The rooms are very simple, but spotlessly clean, and offer a beautiful view of the town and the mountains. The food was excellent: breakfast was good and plentiful; dinner was exceptional, varied, and prepared using top-quality ingredients, with careful attention to presentation. The service was also excellent! Special mention goes to Loni, the waiter in the dining room reserved for hotel guests, who was always helpful, welcoming, friendly, and pleasant, adding a touch of extra cheer to our dinners. The location is very central, in the town's main square. Absolutely not recommended. We'll be back!

01/08/2026: Worst service ever, you have to find someone to order from by yourself and if you found you will wait at least 1 hour to get your order. So don’t bother your self and order from this place. Just set and enjoy the view and go to downtown to eat and drink

18/08/2026: Simple and delicious! Unassuming from the outside and simply furnished inside. The service is warm and attentive, and the food is homemade, delicious, and varied. The daily specials menu is a must-see. For us, the best pizza and pasta we've had in Bolzano. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates traditional and rustic cuisine.
