18/05/2025: Cozy little place, with tables both inside and outside, furnished in an original way with modern pieces of various styles and beautiful REAL succulents on the tables. Kind and friendly service, open kitchen, everything extremely clean and well-kept. Not the usual tourist trap place! Basic menu, but sufficiently varied and well-kept; everything we ordered (first courses, side dishes, desserts) was exquisite. To be repeated! Compliments to the owners for their management and their work.

05/05/2025: Restaurante rústico toscano muy auténtico! Estábamos cerca y fuimos a cenar. Es difícil recordar que “cenan” de manera diferente en Italia que en los Estados Unidos. Solo tomó un poco más de tiempo de lo que estamos acostumbrados, la comida era deliciosa. Albóndigas, pasta de trufa, y los milaneses eran nuestros favoritos. No esperes una factura detallada cuando quieras irte, ¡solo un número en un pedazo de papel, que definitivamente no es lo habitual!

05/04/2025: Exactamente lo que me imaginaba un comedor toscano de la vida real y sala de recepción para parecer. El ambiente es especial. Tiene que clasificarse con Ca De Ven para la comida. Situado en un barrio tranquilo de Cortona. Pasta fresca casera sin gluten! Delicioso flan de alcachofa con salsa de fondue parmigiano. Un tagliolini rosa con salsa de trufa. Este lugar es auténtico. No arruines a los estadounidenses.

Mr. Massimo was an exceptional host and a great guide with his advice on what to visit in Cortona and the surrounding area. We ate and drank very well! The Amaro di Cortona was exceptional... highly recommended!

09/05/2025: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful and very clean. They even had a hamam feature in the shower. The property is also stunning and cortona is a lovely town. Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Tuscany!

01/05/2025: Our stay at La Corte Dei Papi was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The elegant accommodations, relaxing grounds and attentive service created the ultimate in relaxation. The food, not only the best we had in Italy, was some of the best food we have ever eaten anywhere worldwide. A stay at La Corte Dei Papi will be a "must" on all our return visits to Italy.

21/04/2025: Para nuestra tercera visita a Preludio, disfrutamos de una comida de siete platos. ¡Increíble! El servicio es acogedor y excepcional. La comida representa el talento en las cocinas de Cortona. Regresaremos a Preludio antes del final de nuestro viaje a Italia.

16/05/2025: Exceptional food and super helpful staff! There was a small mix-up due to my mistake in the order and the manager did everything she could to accommodate us even though it wasn't her fault! Unfortunately, you can't give more than 5 stars! It definitely deserves to go back!

15/05/2025: Great tasting pizza at a reasonable price. Takes 15min for the pizzas to get ready. Thin crust pizza for those who likes thin crust.

15/05/2025: Maritim eingerichtet, auf Fisch spezialisiert, supernettes Team, dass offensichtlich mit viel Spass und Liebe am arbeiten sind. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, Egal ob Vorspeisen, Hauptgänge oder Nachtisch, alles sehr sehr lecker und das Ananas Tiramisu eine Entdeckung 😋😋😋😋😋

23/03/2025: Beh che dire, pesce superlativo! Staff meraviglioso! Abbiamo appena concluso un pranzo da perdere la testa! Il pesce è freschissimo, le linguine all astice erano sublimi! Complimenti ai proprietari Mario e Floriana e a tutte le persone che ci lavorano! Super consigliatissimo

19/05/2025: A lovely hotel in an unbeatable location that is worthy of all 5 stars. The staff are very passionate about what they do and you can feel the friendliness and passion as soon as you arrive. The hotel is a perfect mix of authentic rustic charm with modern comforts and amenities. The diffused concept of the hotel allows for a little piece of heaven and pure relaxation in every corner no matter what room you have. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant, and the portions were larger than we were expecting. The wine they make on property really wowed us, and we weren’t expecting such high quality and delicious wines for a very reasonable price to purchase as well as for the tasting. I look forward to coming back in the future!!

27/04/2025: Abbiamo cenato qui due sere di seguito durante il nostro breve soggiorno a Cortona in famiglia. Abbiamo scelto di tornare da loro in quanto la prima sera ci hanno offerto ospitalità, gentilezza, affabilità ed estrema pazienza dato il temperamento assai attivo del nostro bimbi di 11 mesi. Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto divinamente, spendendo il giusto. La location è fine e pulita. Velocissimi nel servizio e sempre con il sorriso. È un posto giusto. Peccato non essere riuscita a fotografare i piatti, belli oltre che buoni.

05/04/2025: Tristemente no tan bueno como hace dos años. El sabor seguía siendo bueno, pero no es la calidad Michelin que se suponía que era. El servicio fue amable. Supongo que nada dura para siempre.
