15/02/2026: Today we were there for the second time. We were enchanted the first time, and the second, too. Nestled in the hills near Collesano, it offers breathtaking views and is easy to reach. The place feels like home, they welcome you with a smile, the fireplace is always lit, in short, it's a comfortable refuge. The service is excellent, even on the busiest and most hectic days, with a constant smile and friendliness from the staff. The owner loves what he does; you'll see him wandering the tables, personally serving guests, and making sure everything is fine. The food is delicious, made with top-quality ingredients, with a focus on local produce. The dishes are a mix of tradition and innovation, but without losing their local identity. In short, it's like eating at a gourmet grandmother's house! The portions are generous; we couldn't finish everything and took the rest home because throwing it away would have been sacrilegious. They always offer a shot of their own liqueurs. The chocolate one is definitely worth trying; it's sublime. We bought a bottle. Casale Drinzi is one of those places that fills your belly and warms your heart, perfect for a little pampering every now and then. See you next time! 20/10/2025: The food is absolutely delicious, the best that we had in Sicily. Waiters are very helpful, polite. We are traveling with 20 month old toddler, the stuff helped us to arrange the food for the kid. Pizzas are outstanding, second dishes very very tasty. The waiter Joseppe was absolutely the best, very friendly, polite, and helpful!

12/03/2026: A pleasant discovery! We were celebrating a graduation. I contacted the owner, explaining that we weren't local and would have to arrange everything over the phone. He was extremely helpful and courteous. We agreed on the menu, and he designed the cake, which was delicious, as were the rest of the dishes. The service was impeccable and courteous. We felt truly pampered. Well done!

10/01/2026: Returned today after a few years away. What can I say... Excellent cuisine, we had lunch in a relaxing atmosphere, with delicious dishes. Comfortable atmosphere, courteous, helpful, and never intrusive staff. Highly recommended. When we're passing through Castelbuono, we'll definitely be back.

09/01/2026: We had a lovely dinner at Palazzaccio. The service was very professional and the food was excellent. The quality of the products were amazing including the local olive oil and wine. We only recommend to include more vegetarian dishes to the menu. Thank you again for the experience!

21/02/2026: Dear Sir, I was also present that evening, and I'm taking the liberty of intervening because I witnessed the scene you describe firsthand. It's true that in the living room, some families were still spending time together after dinner, in a peaceful and convivial atmosphere, as often happens on a weekend, especially on Valentine's Day. The children were laughing and playing, perhaps a little lively, but without any intention of causing a disturbance or showing disrespect. What struck many in attendance was the manner in which the gentleman spoke, clearly agitated, raising his voice and using inappropriate language in front of families and children. His reaction seemed disproportionate to the situation, causing discomfort and fear, especially among the youngest guests. The act of throwing objects from the living room also created further tension and concern among the guests. I understand that everyone may have different noise tolerance levels, but in a facility that welcomes families, especially on a holiday evening, it's normal for the atmosphere to be more lively until a certain hour. I believe it's always possible to find solutions through dialogue and mutual respect, without resorting to reactions that risk compromising everyone's peace of mind. With this post, I simply wish to report what I saw with my own eyes, respecting the truth and the other guests present.

21/02/2026: I remember that evening well, and it's important to put our stay into context: it was a Saturday night, Valentine's Day, and right in the middle of Carnival. Regarding the "unbearable noise," the situation we and other families witnessed was quite different. We witnessed a truly horrifying and reprehensible scene: a man yelling at little girls who were simply playing in the hotel living room until they burst into tears. I believe that respect for minors and human sensitivity should come before any demand for absolute silence. As for me, I spent a wonderful weekend with my family, full of fun and carefree moments. We truly enjoyed our stay at the castle, where the kindness of the hostess, Flavia, and the excellent assistance of her staff, truly made the difference. By the way, I'd like to point out that the breakfast was superb, with baked goods made in-house. Top pizza as far as the restaurant is concerned, some dishes could be reviewed

07/03/2026: Google says they're open at 12:30, but unfortunately, that's not the case :) Edit. The hours have changed on Google - just yesterday, they said you're open from 12:00 to (I think) 15:00.

02/03/2026: Great place, very clean and comfortable. The waiters were super kind and willing to accommodate my crazy diet requests. They work wonders in the kitchen! Bottom line: I couldn't stick to my diet; everything was so good. A must-try place, and I'll definitely be back.

09/01/2026: Hood swrvice and not bad but I dont think it deserves a 4.6. Maybe because they are nice to tourists like the people next to us but this was nothing very special.

22/02/2026: The people, the service and atmosphere were nice. Antipasti and pasta too. However the meat was terrible and they don't seem to understand how different types of meat and cuts should be grilled/cooked. That's the capocollo I was served.

01/02/2026: Salvatore, the restaurant's owner, welcomed us warmly and with a smile. He helped us choose our dishes, offering fresh, top-quality local produce. The portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and the setting is elegant and quaint, with stone interiors and a stove that warms the room (it was snowing outside that day). Every single dish reflects the passion and care the entire staff has for both the ingredients and the customers. We'll definitely be back!
