05/11/2025: We were in Gallipoli on a tour of Sardinia and had dinner at this typical restaurant. Everything was delicious, and we had excellent service. I recommend everyone visit Gallipoli and stop at this truly interesting restaurant.

24/02/2026: Lunch today was excellent, as always, at Osteria dei Briganti, in the heart of Gallipoli's historic center. A wide selection of the freshest fish, cooked according to Gallipoli's age-old tradition. A welcoming and relaxing atmosphere awaits you within the ancient tuff walls of this restaurant, a regular haunt of ours, where we've never been disappointed. The weighing of the fish is clear and communicated in advance. Today, we specifically enjoyed a white sea bream and roasted cuttlefish: a delight. Occasionally, cheerful voices could be heard from the kitchen staff, and this gave me a sense of the organizational atmosphere here. This isn't a quick-and-easy stop for unsuspecting tourists; it's a place where they serve the freshest fish that's hard to find. Fully satisfied and rewarded with the "divine love" desserts at the end of the meal. I had only heard of Chef Andrea, but today I clearly understood the reason for the unanimous high regard he has earned, well beyond Salento. Well done everyone. A very fair price, considering the quality. Highly recommended. AAA +++

17/02/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at Osteria Briganti one evening while on vacation in Gallipoli. Not much to say: excellent food, top-notch service, attentive customer service, and an elegant atmosphere at reasonable prices. The catch of the day was very much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

21/02/2026: Seafood restaurant in Gallipoli. We went as a couple and ordered grilled swordfish, breaded and oven-baked Gallipoli red prawns, and grilled vegetables. A quick lunch, made with quality ingredients.

31/01/2026: Unique experience at La Giudecca 😍 I was there today to celebrate a family member's birthday. The super welcome, curated by Artur Bodini & Family, immediately set the stage for an experience of typical Salento flavors. The Chef has carefully selected the portions, just as the waiting staff is always very attentive to the customers' needs. The freshness of the raw materials is truly exhilarating on the palate, as are the suggestions for pairings with excellent wines from the best wineries, exceeding all expectations! 21/02/2026: We went two nights in a row (first with 6, then with 3) and had a wonderful time! Fresh fish, cooked to perfection! The wait staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The chef comes through the dining room and pampers his guests like they used to! We'll definitely be back in the warmer months to try the outdoor seating! Highly recommended!

29/12/2025: From Varese every time we come to Varazze our restaurant is exclusively "il Gambero" excellent in everything... food, kindness, familiarity... You feel at home.
