10/06/2025: Locale perfetto per gli amanti del crudo di qualità; per gli altri poca scelta. Le indicazioni della gestione sono chiare: solo crudo e qualcosa di scottato, quindi si sa cosa aspettarsi.... Ottime ostriche e crostacei come del resto i vari carpacci. Molto buono il salmone scottato ed il salmone affumicato da gustare con "foglie" di pane abbrustolito e burro.. Prezzi alti ma rapportati al prodotto.

05/06/2025: We hebben heerlijk geluncht op een prachtige plek! Het eten was top. Fine Dining voor een vriendelijke prijs. De service was goed, het eten heerlijk en de lokatie prachtig. Ze gebruiken kruiden uit eigen tuin.

13/11/2025: For my partner and I, it's a must-try, and we couldn't ask for anything better because we always get a guaranteed experience here. As regulars, we can say the quality is excellent, and you can tell they know what they're doing, starting with the stunning location right on the sea. The raw ham is marvelous, its absolute freshness evident in the aroma as soon as it arrives at the table, making us want to eat it in abundance. ​But we have to be honest and admit that the real reason we always come back is the pasta dishes. For us, they're truly the best in the world, cooked to perfection and with generous portions that are filling and delicious, with that true seafood flavor that has sadly been lost elsewhere. Even when the place is packed, service is quick and the waiters are alert. Michele is the soul of this place, always kind and helpful, making us feel at home and not just like numbers.

09/11/2025: I recommend Michele for his excellent first courses, always tasty and plentiful. He always manages to please every customer if he can. The appetizers and main courses are also very good, but you obviously have to choose wisely. The place is very welcoming and family-friendly, especially the part overlooking the sea. Service is attentive and fairly fast. Michele is a delightful and friendly person. I recommend him if you want to spend an evening by the sea.

30/07/2025: Piacevolissima sorpresa trovare questo locale in un posto molto panoramico ed un’atmosfera che più napoletana non si può! Dalla calorosa accoglienza tipicamente partenopea al cibo molto buono (il Cuoppo di terra e il Capocollo di Martina e burrata) alla pizza “autenticamente” napoletana. Bravi.

29/10/2025: Lunch at Spessite was one of the best experiences I had during my visit to Ostuni. It's run by the owners themselves, and the service is spectacular! The portions are generous and delicious… if you want a truly authentic Italian experience, this is the place for you!

12/09/2025: The best meal I have had in Ostuni. Multiple courses with amazing food originating from Ostuni. Angela and Stefano were amazing hosts and so friendly. It felt like I was at home. The set menu was a great option as we had different plates to try. Would recommend highly.

11/11/2025: Beautiful inn, when you return it seems like you're walking right to the sea, beautiful, everything good. It's a shame, though, that there were 6 of us and one had to wait for his first course, while the rest of us had almost finished ours. It's a shame, otherwise everything was perfect.

29/09/2025: We were there two weeks ago. When I booked, I kindly asked if they'd give us a table on the first floor, with a sea view, and they accommodated me, even though it was a Sunday and we booked last minute. Excellent food and friendly service. I recommend this place.

12/10/2025: One of the few establishments open at this time (others closed or limited menu) pleasant welcome and smiling staff. We ate very well, good fresh products. We hadn't booked, few people. It was perfect.

11/10/2025: Found it by chance during a bike ride, we went there as a couple, without a reservation. The staff was very welcoming, the place is family-run and frequented by local Italians, which was reassuring. No pizza at lunchtime, but it allowed us to focus on fresh seafood! The dishes were delicious and the price was right. The service, although we don't speak Italian (yet), was pleasant and we were able to make ourselves understood by our very cheerful waiter.

27/10/2025: Spectacular venue with a vast, high-quality menu. Gourmet dishes, meticulously prepared and with a unique flavor. Very fast, orderly, and timely service. I'll definitely be back to try the pizzas.

07/12/2025: My husband treated me to a Christmas experience at La Frasca restaurant. We purchased the lunch + Christmas market package in the village. Service: Orderly, well-prepared, attentive welcome. Staff: Friendly, attentive, professional. Food: An experience that left us extremely satisfied in every way. The appetizer was delicious and included a memorable parmigiana. The sauce was well-cooked, slowly, and the flavor was balanced (I always pay attention to this in every restaurant because, in my opinion, it's the foundation of cuisine). The first course was orecchiette with turnips, impeccably fragrant and with a bold, pleasant flavor. The second course will remain in my memory forever: a surreally soft stew accompanied by mashed potatoes made with extra virgin olive oil and beautifully prepared bitter chicory (bright color, crunchy texture). The authentic, simple, and balanced flavors, enhanced by the genuine Apulian produce, are the highlights that reach diners. The dessert is one of a kind; Indeed, reimagining a traditional product is not unusual; indeed, it's certainly possible. Mustazzolo becomes the base for a creamy and enveloping semifreddo, leaving cinnamon, cloves, and dark chocolate to finish. A delight for the palate. Immediately after lunch, we moved into the village to visit the artisan and food markets. The tasting continued with well-chosen offerings that included almond biscuits, shortcrust pastry with jam, mulled wine, hot chocolate, Christmas infusion, nougat, dried fruit, and focaccia (with tomato or filled with turnips and caciocavallo cheese - an all-you-can-eat option). Everything was of the highest quality and had a flavor that was anything but predictable. Attention was paramount in every corner of the village, which became a place accessible to both adults and children (my Leonida had a great time in the playhouse). The afternoon was enlivened by jugglers, characters evoking Christmas and, above all, tradition, engaging folk music, and dancing. The scent of wood and hot drinks, the artisans who tell and evoke the simple life of the village, create a surreal and magical atmosphere that you take home with you, smiling and, above all, in your heart. 09/11/2025: We stopped in, unfamiliar with the place, intrigued by the aromas wafting from the kitchen. We decided to order some grilled meat and vegetables, and everything was excellent. We also selected an excellent bottle of wine with the help of the fantastic Stefano, who brought us our dishes with a smile and a lot of kindness. 10 stars for him. Highly recommended.

It's worth noting that in Puglia, the meal is charged at €3/person, and that side dishes, like our fries, are also charged at €5. The wines aren't excessive, and this one is very good. Sea view and a beautiful, clean interior.
