06/04/2024: Beautiful location with healthy and genuine dishes dedicated to those who don't have great expectations

14/03/2024: In the countryside near Castel del Monte, this "tavern", housed in an old farmhouse completely renovated preserving the "rustic" characteristics of the farmhouses of rural and active Puglia, offers large rooms, with trusses and "exposed" wooden roof , such as stone masonry walls. The atmosphere is therefore the right one and typical of the Apulian hinterland. The welcome is good, the service is courteous and punctual, the furnishings and place settings are in harmony with the environments. Now let's get to the dishes. The proposal is varied but obviously favors traditional Apulian dishes to which however the chef adds a personal touch that enhances the dishes. The "house" wine, local, black or rosé, is of quality as can obviously be a bulk wine. The price is reasonable compared to the servings and therefore, all things considered, the evaluation is fully positive.

Invited by a friend for her birthday, I had already known the restaurant for some time, it is a further confirmation. The food is excellent. The gluten-free first courses are the best, and I, who eat very little, finished the dishes because the taste was worth it. The staff are really nice, professional and helpful, so excellent service. I could write a lot, if you want to eat well this is the right place, for cleanliness, food and service. The restaurateur is a nice person, friendly and helpful. Compliments!!

07/04/2024: Halfway rendezvous between friends from Benevento and Lecce we delighted in this restaurant in Barletta close to the historic center. Troccoli with redfish sauce complete with redfish that would have served as a second course evoked the sea. Furthermore, expertly filleted raw mullet. To close a fried prawns and calamari "the one from paranza is better", warned the honest owner, Franco in name and in fact. All washed down with Fiano. The girls serving are kind and competent without affectation. We'll be back!

30/03/2024: It's just so awesome that words can't describe it. The best seafood ever. We didn't have the courage to try raw shrimps and other sea monsters, I regret it, but maybe we'll come back someday.

20/03/2024: The level of hygiene is poor: counter worker who quickly puts the croissants away and does not use tongs but directly hands on the product; same thing for cutting a brioche in two (taken directly with your hands); coffee or cappuccino cup taken from the edge (where the customer puts his mouth) and not from the handle; glass of water arrived at the table with a dirty rim. Even details are overlooked: for example, a croissant was brought to me in a chipped saucer. Slow service: from the time we sat at the table it was 20 minutes before anyone arrived. Mid-level products like prices. Rating: 4

24/03/2024: Passing through on business I had the opportunity to try their cuisine, I would define it as traditional with a touch of modernity. Everything was good, the place was clean, the waiters were very kind and the owner was very friendly.

18/02/2024: 3 couples and two children aged 2 and 1 year. We had a good time, a relaxing evening, the food is good, they have an excellent oil that enhances the dishes, very good beer. We took central appetizers, pizza and meat. Great, quiet environment. Airy. Stefano and Mariella very kind. We will return for sure.
