28/09/2024: Da Buona Salentina il conviviale è in primis la tavola di casa nostra . Appunto abbiamo rivisitato questo nome restaurant e persino l'aria ricorda noi in tutto . I piatti non solo abbondanti ma originali del territorio . Luigina è la mamma che apparecchia e serve con la dolcezza che contraddistingue le nostre mamme in cucina . Arriviamo sotto un porticato illuminato ad aria marina ( pochi passi dal mare ionio) un ciao "settative è pronto" accoglie un tavolo ordinato e funzionale . Antipastib( non finivano mai ) di terra nostra con vino a scelta . Primi di terra con opzione di ricotta scanta ...e qui i ricordi della mia nonna e papà."Sagne incannulate "e sugo che mai potreste assaggiare se non nel mio Salento . In quella serata la specialità del giorno " monicedde" ...ripetiamo ripetiamo e ripetiamo . Ma ora ....perché scrivere ancora ....vi mostro le foto ( alcuni piatti saltati al fotografo perché già buttato sul piatto ) .Vieni in Puglia e vuoi mangiare i piatti di una cucina "te casa " ??? 22/02/2025: Buonasera non sono lo chef Cracco ma sono un appassionato di cucina è uno che lavora da 30 anni nella ristorazione vorrei darvi un consiglio per le orecchiette all’ angiolina . Evitate di mettere il pomodoro passato ammazza il vostro piatto cercate di usare solo il pachino ed eventualmente per dare più sapore aggiungete qualche salume vostro particolare come pancetta a o. Locale accogliente con non tanti coperti e con arredamento vintage, gestito in maniera perfetta da marito ( in sala) e moglie ( in cucina). Complimenti ad ambedue, sicuramente torneremo

26/02/2025: I have known this restaurant for years and it is always a pleasure to return and taste the typical Apulian dishes of the Murgia. The starters are many and typical, the first courses are an explosion of traditional flavours. I recommend trying this place and remember to book before it is always full. Until next time.

13/02/2025: Take it from a native: this restaurant is the steelman argument for traditional Pugliese food and flavours (except for seafood, which is the only thing they don't do). Anything they serve is top quality and spectacularly good. Antipasti are recommended and will guide you through almost everything there is to know about the local flavours. Try as many first courses you can manage. Technically, there is no menu: they will tell you what's available on the day. Make sure you visit both in the summer and the winter, their menu follows seasonal foods. And it's also cheap!

02/02/2025: If you are in Putignano this restaurant is a must try. I had dinner with a plate of orecchiette with chops, the best I have ever tasted in Puglia and a second course of tripe. Even in. 18/01/2025: I went to this typical Apulian cuisine restaurant with my family and we left really satisfied! The atmosphere is welcoming and genuine, just as you would expect from a place that values ​​tradition. The staff was very kind, always attentive but never intrusive, making us feel at home. A place that I recommend to anyone who wants to taste the real Puglia in a family and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
