09/01/2026: A restaurant in the heart of Martina Franca's historic center. A very intimate atmosphere with seating for about 30. Excellent food, with surprisingly large portions, considering the gourmet cuisine. The Gaonas meatballs are truly exceptional. Exceptional and impeccable service; they truly care about their customers. The price is fair considering the quality of the products. Highly recommended.

24/12/2025: A unique experience, with a knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional staff. The dinner was sublime, starting with the appetizers, a treat for the palate, and continuing with the delicate yet persistent first course. The second courses were an explosion of flavors, both the lamb and the cooked veal. The inevitable dessert was a must... In short, you have to try it to understand. Compliments to the chef and his team.

09/12/2025: The location is very unique. The aperitif was served in a former quarry dug into the ground and later covered with a barrel vault. Dinner took place in the cellar, where enormous oak barrels, each holding 6-8,000 liters, are stored. The simple yet refined dinner was appropriate for the unique setting.

08/12/2025: Unique. After making my baby's baptism special in 2023 by impressing our guests, my birthday was equally special, this time with catering. The food arrived hot and perfectly arranged. We thought we'd ordered too little, but the guests were thrilled because there was truly an incredible amount of food and variety. Highly recommended. Infinite thanks to the owner, Antonio.

20/01/2026: A truly pleasant experience. The place is well-kept and welcoming. Ms. Antonella welcomed us warmly and attentively without being intrusive. We tried the appetizer of mortadella and focaccia, the braised pork, and finally the tiramisu (I've attached photos that will speak for themselves 🤤). I really appreciated the quality of the ingredients. Excellent balance of flavors and adequate portions. Ms. Antonella, while we waited for our dishes, delighted us with seeded bread and homemade taralli, truly delicious. A restaurant I recommend and will gladly return to.

The spa is well-designed and, in addition to the classic sauna, Turkish bath, and whirlpool, also features a Kneipp path and emotional shower. All this in a truly pleasant, relaxing, and immaculately clean environment. The various areas of the masseria are beautiful, from the charming internal courtyard to the pool surrounded by greenery. The restaurant is equally impressive, offering a refined and delicious menu. The staff deserves special mention: they are courteous and very helpful. I especially want to thank the receptionist, Valentina, who is very professional, kind, and attentive to the needs of her guests. I thank her for her suggestions and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this facility!

07/12/2025: We came here on the recommendation of a friend and were delighted. After booking by phone, the owner greeted us upon our arrival. We immediately felt at home because of the warm welcome. The lovingly curated interiors are a reflection of someone who cares about their work. The food is equally exquisite. We had the orecchiette, which were nothing short of fabulous. Then we moved on to the delicious meat-based main courses. We finished our meal with a superb apple strudel, homemade by the owner's wife, who also happens to be the restaurant's chef. All this to say that as soon as we're in the area again, we'll definitely stop here again. It's truly worth it: the food is excellent, and you can taste the superior quality of all the ingredients. The price is also excellent!

The menu is good, but it could use a little more attention to those with food intolerances, perhaps by offering the same dishes lactose-free instead of different, less appetizing options. 29/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at this Osteria. The service is excellent, with various thoughtful touches that are always appreciated: complimentary bruschetta, a smile, and attentive service. The food is generally good, although it's a shame the grilled vegetables were frozen. Prices are quite low, even very low when you look at the wine list. There's a large parking lot next to the restaurant.
