28/09/2024: Da Buona Salentina il conviviale è in primis la tavola di casa nostra . Appunto abbiamo rivisitato questo nome restaurant e persino l'aria ricorda noi in tutto . I piatti non solo abbondanti ma originali del territorio . Luigina è la mamma che apparecchia e serve con la dolcezza che contraddistingue le nostre mamme in cucina . Arriviamo sotto un porticato illuminato ad aria marina ( pochi passi dal mare ionio) un ciao "settative è pronto" accoglie un tavolo ordinato e funzionale . Antipastib( non finivano mai ) di terra nostra con vino a scelta . Primi di terra con opzione di ricotta scanta ...e qui i ricordi della mia nonna e papà."Sagne incannulate "e sugo che mai potreste assaggiare se non nel mio Salento . In quella serata la specialità del giorno " monicedde" ...ripetiamo ripetiamo e ripetiamo . Ma ora ....perché scrivere ancora ....vi mostro le foto ( alcuni piatti saltati al fotografo perché già buttato sul piatto ) .Vieni in Puglia e vuoi mangiare i piatti di una cucina "te casa " ??? VIENI QUI .

28/12/2024: Pleasant discovery in Castellana for a lunch with friends. Very nice, well-kept place where you feel at home. Attentive, friendly and genuine service. Very interesting menu, different from usual, the starter a real surprise. I will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu. Very honest account!

01/11/2024: A great discovery when visiting the Puglia region. This restaurant nestled in a small village offered us a menu with extremely well prepared local products. The wine from the regions of Italy are excellent, especially a Sauvignon blanc. The service is perfect and friendly. We feel that they love what they do. There were 6 of us and we went there twice during our stay. Around €35/person with starter/main course/dessert and wine. And a nice appetizer and sweet treats to finish. I recommend 1000 times.

29/12/2024: We were warmly welcomed in this restaurant. The service is impeccable, and the 2 servers are very friendly. The cuisine is delicious and refined, the same for the wine. We went there in winter, I imagine that in summer it must be incredible to enjoy the terrace! We highly recommend!

05/01/2025: Excellent option for people on a budget - lots of food for a more than reasonable price. I assume this is more of a place for locals. The starters varied from mouthwatering to plain, the pizza was very tasty. The dining options include a drink; I asked for water and got a 1L bottle (included in the price!).

They prepare pizza in a truly Italian way - thin, crispy dough, aromatic ingredients and perfectly selected spices. Additionally, delicious appetizers that perfectly introduce the atmosphere of Italian cuisine. Everything at a very attractive price - for €8 you get a delicious pizza, drink and antipasto. It is worth adding that the portions are generous and the service is really professional and friendly. This is the perfect place for a delicious meal in the heart of Bari!

02/10/2024: Luoghi raffinatissimi ed eleganti, un ampio spazio esterno dove festeggiare, ballare divertirsi, giardini curati in ogni minimo dettaglio. All’interno la sala si presenta ampia, comoda, accogliente e luminosa… adatta per ogni evenienza. Il matrimonio dei nostri amici è stato un vero sogno. La cura del pranzo, studiato in ogni minimo dettaglio…complimenti allo Chef Patron, ed al suo personale qualificato, gentile e’ sempre disponibile, specializzato per intolleranze e allergeni, poiché chiunque può essere al proprio agio, senza rimanere digiuni come forse potrebbe capitar in altri posti, regna l’abbondanza e cibi ben preparati da mani esperte, il quale ci mettono amore. Per il servizio, invece il tutto viene Servito al tavolo per ogni portata, non ci sono servizi buffet questo ha un valore aggiunto… IMPERATORE DI PUGLIA da più di 30 di esperienza, la migliore su tutto il territorio.
