04/08/2024: Cozy restaurant with lake views. We had bruschetta as a starter, which was very tasty. The pizzas were also great, although the cheese was a bit overdone. Still a great restaurant, we can recommend it. Service was great and the staff was friendly. Price-wise, it's also completely okay.

07/08/2024: The friendliness of the service/boss still has room for improvement. Food was very bland in taste. The kitchen seems to have run out of spices.

05/08/2024: Classic restaurant for foreign tourists, for Italian folklore. Everything was excellent, really good, recommended!! Be patient, they are a bit limited with the staff and there is no air conditioning inside the rooms.

09/08/2024: After a dish of very good ravioli and spaghetti, what a disappointment for dessert... nothing homemade, just ready-made industrial... We had to wait 25 minutes for the Dolce card for a big disappointment... and then wait another 20 minutes to pay... in short, it's up to you but we won't be going there again as far as we're concerned. ..

09/08/2024: Having happened by chance in Pallanza/Verbania we decided to stop for dinner so we went in. Everything seemed to be going well, but when ordering, doubts began. I ordered fish and asked to change the side dish (instead of vegetables, mixed salad) and it was reluctantly accepted. When they brought me the dish I noticed that the salad was made up of old rocket, two leaves of carrots and some celery, I don't think it's salad but anyway........ When comparing this, the gentleman in charge of the service replied to me, verbatim words """ if you want it you eat it for me it's the same """"" What ?????? Ok I left it alone to avoid problems and not ruin my evening, I paid and we left Now what to say about this Restaurant ??????? Definitely NEVER AGAIN and in terms of service unfortunately I can't give less than one star but they don't deserve that either, the only advantage they have is that they don't have much competition and they have a strategic post for the rest: STAY AWAY

23/08/2024: Excellent restaurant a stone's throw from the lively square which surprises with its cozy, bucolic and calm interior courtyard. The staff were very charming and the cuisine refined and plentiful. The spaghetti with truffles was succulent and the plate very generous with lots of large slices of truffle. Recommended!

19/06/2024: Produit frais et sain . Rapide et efficace La cuisine Matrise parfaitement les cuissons des légumes et du poisson. Mix de passion cuit à point avec quatre poissons différents. Idem pour le filet de bar. Décoration simple sans fioriture

22/08/2024: Waiter stank of sweat, lasagna was cold, osso buco only tendons and bones and not cooked through, risotto was watery. Total disaster

18/08/2024: Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room, not very spacious but for the price paid more than sufficient. Excellent restaurant service. Strategic location.. We will be back.

03/09/2024: We have been customers of this place for years, because we liked the pizza. A few evenings ago, returning from a trip, we called to pick up three pizzas to take home. On the phone they told us to order them directly once we got there and that they would make them right away. We show up at the time we said we would come and they treat us badly saying that the place is full, ergo they don't have time and for three takeaway pizzas we would have had to wait at least an hour. Obviously we won't be returning.

30/08/2024: Very expensive, unfortunately the starter didn't taste like anything. Homemade ravioli are recommended. Unfortunately fish and meat are not good. Ordered medium and received almost raw.

05/08/2024: Waren zum Mittagessen während der Marktzeit dort. Das Essen war gut und der Service freundlich. Von hier aus kann man in Ruhe das Marktgeschehen beobachten.

02/08/2024: Curiosando su Tripadvisor ho scoperto questo ristorante il Portico a Cannobio e ho riservato per una cena. Accolti molto bene. Ci hanno fatto accomodare direttamente con vista lago. Ordinato i nostri piatti ed il vino, l'ordinazione si è svolta nei tempi giusti. I piatti molto gustosi e belle porzioni: paccheri al ragù di mare (ottimi), ravioli di magro con burro e salvia, filetto d'orata e per finire un ottimo tiramisu e un sorbetto al limone. Prezzi veramente onesti! Bravi ci ritorneremo senz'altro!

23/08/2024: Uno dei posti peggiori in cui sia capitato negli ultimi dieci anni. L'osteria palesa e qualifica abbastanza bene da sola la negatività della sua proposta, pertanto non ha nemmeno senso perdere tempo per commentare l'assurdità del locale e del suo personale.

23/08/2024: We had a dinner for two. Had a glass of excellent white wine, some starters, main courses and desserts. The prices are reasonable, the service is very kind and fast. Highly recommended.

25/05/2024: amo molto le bocciofile e mi sono fidato del consiglio di una.persona del luogo. il locale ha un odore sgadevole che si attacca agli abiti ed è triste. pranzo di lavoro, con uno spaghetto precotto, con sugo che aveva una punta di acido. Insalata presa dalla.busta del supermercato. delusione, a parte il personale gentile. Da evitare.

18/06/2024: The place has a typical hospitable Italian atmosphere. It was the first time in my life that I ate real lasagna and I was shocked at how different it was from the ones we can eat in Polish restaurants - of course, a huge plus. The service was very nice, and we got free panna cotta with dinner.
