23/01/2026: Excellence in hospitality and authentic flavors in the heart of Alba. We dined at Il Cortiletto d’Alba restaurant, and the experience was immediately top-notch. We were greeted with impeccable grace and efficiency by a young waitress who welcomed us with great professionalism. The real added value, however, was meeting a very kind lady who explained the menu to us. More than just a reading of the dishes, it was a passionate account of the ingredients: she provided us with detailed information on the provenance of the ingredients, all of which were of the highest quality. From the famous Entracque potatoes to the delicacy of the black truffle, to the organic vegetables, every element exuded freshness and local tradition. What truly struck us—and almost embarrassed by how rare it is these days—was the lady's attention and extreme kindness; a thoughtfulness that makes the guest feel truly special. In the kitchen, the ingredients are treated with respect: the dishes are flavorful and balanced, showcasing each individual ingredient without overpowering it. A valuable tip: the restaurant is very popular, so booking in advance is highly recommended. Although we didn't, we were lucky: thanks to their exceptional helpfulness and courtesy, they managed to find us two seats despite being sold out. The price was more than fair. We'll definitely be back. A big shout out to all the staff: really well done!

06/12/2025: An absolute must-try when it comes to white truffles!!! Not cheap, but unique. For Italian standards, it's a slightly more upscale dining experience, but truly essential to experience this on the palate – a once-in-a-lifetime indulgence 😉🫶😋🤗

13/01/2026: A truly excellent place, with local cuisine reminiscent of the authentic flavors of grandma's home. The dishes are amazing, rich in flavor and tradition. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail and a family feel. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always available. An experience definitely worth trying!

11/01/2026: Typical Piedmontese. The food quality is excellent, especially considering the price. The service is very casual, and at times the owner seems almost annoyed by the presence of children in the group. The owner mitigated this.

11/01/2026: When my husband and I want to eat a pizza, we go to the pizza nell'Arte restaurant, sure of finding superior quality, digestible products, and an excellent welcome and service.

04/01/2026: My husband and I visited La Piola Duomo recently and were unfortunately disappointed. Most of our dishes arrived cold. When we ordered the vanilla tart, we specifically asked if it was served warm; the waiter confirmed it was, yet it arrived ice cold. When we asked to have it heated, the waiter told us they simply 'couldn't do it.' To make matters worse, the host spent the entire evening drinking with other guests, which felt quite unprofessional for a restaurant of this caliber. While they did apologize and removed the cake from our bill at the end, the overall experience was a letdown.

16/12/2025: Clean and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, and business lunch prices. The Fassone tartare is excellent, and you absolutely must try it!

22/11/2025: I went today for the first time as I travel as a tour bus driver. The food is good, the staff is kind as are the owners. I highly recommend trying it and the price is good.

18/12/2025: Team pizza after a game at Alba. At 10:30 PM, the kitchen was still open, which isn't always a given, and the food looked delicious. I opted for pizza and found it very good.

10/12/2025: Excellent pizzeria just inside the Alba ring road. A two-minute walk from the outdoor parking lot. We had lunch on the outdoor patio, indoors of course, since it was December. Extensive menu, not just pizza, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

17/05/2025: Einfach top, freundliche Bedienung und sehr leckeres Essen in einer gute Atmosphäre. Preis/ Leistung sehr gut. Auch die Wein war sehr lecker.

02/01/2026: Very nice place. They don't have many gluten-free options, but they let me eat the bread I brought with me, so it's fair enough! Unfortunately, the braised meat isn't gluten-free, but the appetizers and cheeses were good!
