18/08/2024: Un piccolo ristorante in Pettenasco in cui vi consiglio di prenotare soprattutto nel weekend. La pizza è ottima, ben cotta, con impasto lievitato come si deve. Decisamente sottile con un bel cornicione leggero e per niente ciccoso. Attesa nella media.

07/08/2024: Service plus que médiocre. On commande apéro, eau, vin pour le repas et les plats. Comme nous avons deux enfants en bas âge, je demande à être servis rapidement si possible. Effectivement les pizzas arrivent dans les 10 minutes sauf que l’apéro, le vin et l’eau aussi!! Nous n’avons pas eu de pain pour patienter comme les autres tables. Du coup, tout arrive en même temps… Le vin est du vinaigre ( nebiolo pourtant! ) les pizzas sont passables mais rien d’extraordinaire ! La saucisse italienne n’a rien d’italien! Nous sommes italiens d’origine et venons plusieurs fois par an en Italie et c’est notre pire expérience. Qui plus est le personnel n’est pas très avenant. Bref à éviter par pitié Bref à éviter

13/04/2024: Awww this hostel! Firstly, the room is so clean and tidy. When I came for the first time, there is a man who can't speak English, but he is adorably helpful so we figure it out and somehow it's kinda funny memory for me. The other workers speaks English so don't worry. There was a heating issue in my room during my stay. I hope it's temporary but there is an issue here.

16/05/2024: Unfortunately the room was dirty: there were black hairs on my daughter's bed. At night I got up to go to the bathroom and with my bare feet I could feel the grains of dirt on the floor (we entered the room with our slippers). There was very little to eat for breakfast

09/08/2024: Having happened by chance in Pallanza/Verbania we decided to stop for dinner so we went in. Everything seemed to be going well, but when ordering, doubts began. I ordered fish and asked to change the side dish (instead of vegetables, mixed salad) and it was reluctantly accepted. When they brought me the dish I noticed that the salad was made up of old rocket, two leaves of carrots and some celery, I don't think it's salad but anyway........ When comparing this, the gentleman in charge of the service replied to me, verbatim words """ if you want it you eat it for me it's the same """"" What ?????? Ok I left it alone to avoid problems and not ruin my evening, I paid and we left Now what to say about this Restaurant ??????? Definitely NEVER AGAIN and in terms of service unfortunately I can't give less than one star but they don't deserve that either, the only advantage they have is that they don't have much competition and they have a strategic post for the rest: STAY AWAY

09/08/2024: After a dish of very good ravioli and spaghetti, what a disappointment for dessert... nothing homemade, just ready-made industrial... We had to wait 25 minutes for the Dolce card for a big disappointment... and then wait another 20 minutes to pay... in short, it's up to you but we won't be going there again as far as we're concerned. ..

08/07/2024: Luogo spettacolare, sembra di essere in un'altra epoca. Colazione buona, prezzi onesti e gentilezza. Volevamo andare alla famosa "farmacia del cambio" ma vedendo la coda e consultando tripadvisor ci siamo diretti qui....non ci ha deluso!

25/07/2024: Nothing to say about the food: Piedmontese tradition respected in a big way, good and also cheap compared to restaurants in the area. I take away two stars for the environment which is cold and at first glance the cleanliness seems very superficial both outside and inside and especially in the bathroom. Sin!

12/08/2024: Ristorante all'interno del supermercato all'ingresso di Pinerolo. Prezzi decisamente alti sia per la complessità dei piatti proposti (alcuni molto banali) sia per la qualità degli stessi. Tempi di attesa abbastanza lunghi, poca organizzazione.

19/06/2024: Produit frais et sain . Rapide et efficace La cuisine Matrise parfaitement les cuissons des légumes et du poisson. Mix de passion cuit à point avec quatre poissons différents. Idem pour le filet de bar. Décoration simple sans fioriture

18/08/2024: Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room, not very spacious but for the price paid more than sufficient. Excellent restaurant service. Strategic location.. We will be back.

03/09/2024: We have been customers of this place for years, because we liked the pizza. A few evenings ago, returning from a trip, we called to pick up three pizzas to take home. On the phone they told us to order them directly once we got there and that they would make them right away. We show up at the time we said we would come and they treat us badly saying that the place is full, ergo they don't have time and for three takeaway pizzas we would have had to wait at least an hour. Obviously we won't be returning.

30/08/2024: Very expensive, unfortunately the starter didn't taste like anything. Homemade ravioli are recommended. Unfortunately fish and meat are not good. Ordered medium and received almost raw.
