28/09/2025: Nice and welcoming restaurant with a courteous and fast service, prices in the norm, highly recommended

16/09/2025: This restaurant was a big disappointment. The fish tasted really bad, not fresh at all and very poorly prepared. The side dish was just a few plain pieces of potatoes, which is ridiculous for the price they charge. The portions are small, the quality of the food is below average and overall it does not match what you would expect. At the end we even told them that the food was not tasty at all but they acted as if they did not hear us. For this price you can easily find much better restaurants nearby. I will definitely not come back and I do not recommend it to anyone.

29/10/2025: We did not stay here fortunately but were looking for a quick lunch in the village. This was the worst dining experience during our holiday and possibly one of the worst meals ever. After a long wait we got a table. We didn’t expect culinary delights but we thought how hard it is to ruin a soup or a pasta in Piedmont? Both were bland and worst examples of the same dishes on this trip. But it’s the main course which stood out: both short ribs and cod stew were inedible. When the waiter noticed that we left our plates virtually untouched and was told what was wrong he did absolutely nothing about it. Same with the restaurant manager who calmly accepted our money and sounded surprised that their food was bad. Other diners were complaining in the restaurant both about the wait and quality of food. Not sure how you can act as if you haven’t heard this before? Instead she managed to inflate some prices on the bill and we paid over a 100 euros for this disgusting meal. It should be criminal offence to serve such terrible food!

04/10/2025: A true gem in the Langhe! A balanced blend of historic residence, modern amenities, and meticulous customer service! Excellent cuisine, 180-degree views of the Langhe, with some tables even located in the adjacent park (in the summer). A superb location (and restaurant) for the usual, well-known names in the Langhe. The property is one of the historic structures and charming hotels that no one would ever imagine finding in VERDUNO. Enjoy your stay and enjoy a relaxing stay!

07/12/2025: We came here for a dinner with songs, which in reality was only a song on paper. How can a place that hosts evenings like this several times a week, and makes it its strong point, have a whole series of "trivial" technical problems, like not being able to display the lyrics on the screens? On top of that, the atmosphere was uninspiring, not like what we saw on social media. All this was accompanied by pizzas with poor dough and prices that were too high for the quality offered.

24/08/2025: Pictures are patient. Everything is showing its age. The carpet is always stained and won't go away. The shower is rickety. At least there's air conditioning. The hotel is on a main road, so you can't really leave the window open at night. Breakfast is pretty Italian. It only has paninis to liven things up, but it's adequate. Service was always friendly. The price for the room is great, though.

23/09/2025: Great pizza but you can't share with your wife .... never encountered that before. You each have to order a pizza?? The quality of the pizza and the beer made us happy though.

20/09/2025: I went for lunch. The staff was friendly. I had a Pugliese pizza. It was inedible, burned on the edge and very hard to cut. It was probably a frozen Margherita pizza with a bit of onion added. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

14/10/2025: Very nice restaurant with plenty of options from sea food, pizzas, steak, spare-ribs and salads Waiters are very attentive and helpful. We had the spare ribs and asked that the pizza with prosciutto and mushrooms be with porcini instaed of regular mushrooms and got it. The cream brulee was also good. Mom picture of the ribs as I was too late 😉 Overall with water and beer which we split by getting a other glass was 50 euros

31/05/2025: Restaurant animé, bon rapport qualité/prix, personnel sympathique. Carte variée, certains plats sont plus réussis que d'autres (si vous aimez la truffe, prenez les pâtes, pas le porc), mais dans l'ensemble, c'est bien. Nous avons eu une focaccia offerte, en mise en bouche. Attention, les jeudis soirs il y a karaoké à la terrasse voisine, c'est bruyant.

11/05/2025: Osteria nel centro di Asti, menù fissi disponibili con rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile! Ottimo cibo e con buona quantità di porzioni. Sono stato a pranzo con amici ed abbiamo opzionato il menù pranzo del sabato a 12€ ciascuno ed era tutto una meraviglia! super consigliato anche per gentilezza e cortesia! Complimenti davvero! Rapporto qualità prezzo SUPER!

08/07/2025: Ho prenotato presso questa struttura la festa a sorpresa per i 60 anni di mio marito circa un anno fa. Versato caparra, fissato menù, stabilito sala ecc. a qualche gg dalla festa il titolare mi dice che non saremmo stati nella sala pattuita perché nel frattempo gli è subentrato un matrimonio. Si dimentica che avevamo nella ns festa anche un dj…. Conclusione? Chiusi nella sala interna (x non disturbare i clienti del ristorante) e senza musica sempre x non disturbare, peccato che io abbia comunque pagato dj e tutto il resto. Tutti invitati scontenti. Non ci tornerò

09/11/2025: Very small rooms, parking along the street where there is space, breakfast at a partner establishment, and limited access because the reception closes at 10:00 PM. For what they offer, the prices seem very high: a single room costs €166.00 plus tourist tax.

09/11/2025: Cute and minimal room. Nothing to do in the area at night. A 10 minute walk away is a Carrefour supermarket that is open 24/7.

25/03/2025: Locale informale. Pizza buona anche senza glutine MA e da non sottovalutare il MA. Personale non troppo cortese e disponibile. In quanto accettano di far mangiare le persone alle ore 23:10 ma alle 23:45 ti tolgono il tavolo mentre mangi “fingendo” probabile è vero che a mezzanotte devono chiudere. Mi chiedo allora perché accettare persone in questi orari ? Ps: durante la cena sarete deliziati da il passaggio di piattole sotto i vostri piedi

27/09/2025: Closed for over a month. They haven't reopened since the summer holidays. A faded note said they'd be back on August 30th. Let's hope they reopen sooner or later. The kebab was good and the prices were fair.

14/11/2025: I went to this pizzeria a few weeks ago. Very good pizza. Terrible service. We waited half an hour for a limoncello. Despite constant reminders, it never arrived, but it was immediately added to the bill. To top it all off, tired of waiting, we went to pay. We pointed out the limoncello price, which was immediately refunded. The POS doesn't work, neither mine nor my husband's. Strange 😡🤔, he paid up to half an hour earlier. We scraped together our wallets and managed to pay the bill, obviously very angry. What if I hadn't had cash? 😡. Good pizza, but the service could be greatly improved.

06/11/2025: More than 35 minutes of waiting for a pizza, the pizza chef is slow as a snail, I would understand if there were many customers and therefore he has many orders, but not in this case 15 people too slow.

20/07/2025: Motivati dalle buone recensioni che possiamo condividere per quello che riguarda il paesaggio e anche il cibo se sei amante dei piatti freddi. Per quanto riguarda il personale e servizio, situazioni molto discutibili, se si ha troppo lavoro e non si ha più voglia di ricevere la gente con cortesia sarebbe meglio cambiare attività.

16/07/2025: Siamo stati per la seconda volta in quella che è una delle terrazze più belle delle Langhe. Questa volta però siamo rimasti un po’ delusi dal menu, sapendo che si mangiano tutti piatti freddi ci aspettavamo qualcosina di più rispetto ad un misero prosciutto e melone e pomodori con mozzarella con prezzi relativamente alti per i piatti assaggiati. La cantina è sempre da favola ed il personale molto cordiale. Da riprovare

10/06/2025: Siamo arrivati , tempi di attesa per 6 pizze arrivate alla spicciolata dopo quasi 1 ora. Focaccia con il prosciutto crudo imbarazzante, prosciutto marrone , secco , con un odore pessimo e un gusto terribile , tipo carne andata a male. Mandata indietro , arrivata dopo 20 minuti nuovamente con lo stesso identico prosciutto andato a male. Servizio caotico, confusionario e maleducato. Il conto carissimo , alla richiesta dello scontrino mi è stato detto di no che non fanno scontrini la sera, quindi non ho potuto nemmeno verificare quanto in realtà avevo speso. Compleanno del mio compagno totalmente rovinato per il locale sbagliato. Tutto terribile. Sconsigliatissimo

08/06/2025: Cena di classe, prenotazione di un tavolo, siamo arrivati puntuali. Abbiamo atteso oltre un'ora per poter ordinare le bevande. Altri 20 minuti per ordinare le pietanze e ci viene detto che per avere la pizza i tempi di attesa sarebbero stati oltre i 40 minuti, per la cucina invece i tempi d'attesa sarebbero stati inferiori. Ovviamente non abbiamo ordinato pizze con un aggravio dei costi inaccettabile.
