03/06/2025: Il Corona per me il miglior ristorante della zona. Sabato abbiamo cenato fuori sulla terrazzetta nella bellissima location. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento ai dettagli. Menù spettacolare: grande scelta di ottimi antipasti, carne squisita, e…..le acciughe fritte fantastiche. Grande scelta dei vini grazie anche alla loro fornitissima cantina con acquisti anche online. Il mio posto del cuore.

24/04/2025: Viaggio di piacere, su consiglio della proprietaria del B&B siamo stati a cena in questo grazioso ristorante. Atmosfera rilassante e cordiale. Piatti gustosi e curati. Servizio ottimo. Cantina dei vini molto fornita e di ottima qualità. Prezzo un po’ più alto della norma.

04/06/2025: Qualità ottima, servizio rapido e cordiale, ambiente accogliente . Personale preparato e professionale. Location molto carina con una barca all’ingresso al posto del bancone davvero originale e molto bella! Consigliatissimo!

31/05/2025: Das Essen war super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die große Auswahl – da ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Der Service war freundlich und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

20/08/2025: We came here based on the good reviews and were thrilled with our discovery. The restaurant is a bit hidden in a small alley, but as soon as you walk past it, you're immediately drawn by the magical lights above the terrace. Despite the late hour (we arrived around 9:30 PM), the terrace was still full. Fortunately, there's a very large room on the first floor where we could freely choose a table. It's understandable that the atmosphere inside doesn't match the terrace, but there was nothing to complain about. As with most places in this region of Italy, communication is a bit tricky for tourists (only Italian), but here the lady serving us did everything she could to help us as best she could. She even found a colleague who spoke some English to help us with our order. That alone deserves an extra compliment, in our opinion. The food itself was perfect. Oddly enough, none of us chose pizza, but opted for various pasta dishes. The dishes not only looked beautiful, they also smelled wonderful and tasted fantastic. We were more than happy there. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to come back.

16/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria just steps from the center of Savigliano, with a charming outdoor seating area in a brightly lit alley. The pizza is truly special: soft, light, and well-leavened dough, with high-quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. The pizzas literally pop off the plate, generously sized and well-topped. The staff is friendly and attentive, and all at more than fair prices. Highly recommended for those seeking uncompromising taste and quality!

14/07/2025: A beautiful location for this historic Asti pizzeria. The wait was too long for a Friday night. The pizza was acceptable, but the overall quality fell short of my expectations. The tables were partly rusty, with plain paper placemats. I was highly recommended the dessert (€6), but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the quality.

22/06/2025: Una buena comida italiana honesta a un costo razonable, con una oferta de vino sensata, es decir, tenían una carta de vinos corta pero interesante, pero también hacían vino de casa muy modesto y agradable al paladar por la jarra. Su oferta principal es pizza con varias páginas de clásicos, pero también giros modernos, y el horno de pizza está justo en su cara al entrar en este pequeño lugar tranquilo de la calle lateral. Tienen otras opciones de comida que probamos también, y una tabla de ofertas diarias. Las pizzas son tan diferentes a las versiones delgadas del Reino Unido como la masa era tan suave y deliciosa. Nos quedamos tan impresionados que comimos allí cuatro noches seguidas! El personal es genial y servicial, y el restaurante debe estar haciendo algo bien, ya que fueron embestidos cada noche que estuvimos allí.

16/08/2025: We arrived at 2:30 PM on August 15th. We were greeted warmly. The owners are lovely people. The food was excellent. I highly recommend it.

16/08/2025: The first impression wasn't the best: a restaurant stuck in the '70s behind a shocking pink facade. We were the only customers on the evening of August 15th, and when we arrived, the lights were still off and it looked like there was no one waiting (despite our reservations). We chose a table overlooking the stream in the back room and began with the set menu, which, for that day, included a mix of four appetizers, a first course, a second course, a side dish, and a homemade dessert. Simple, traditional Piedmontese dishes, cooked with passion and, above all, accompanied, between courses, by stories from the owner, a historic figure in the Maira Valley. We washed it all down with a liter of water and 75cl of excellent house red. We spent €66 for two. It's certainly not a trendy place, but it's welcoming and authentic in its homey atmosphere.

24/08/2025: We chose to have lunch at Rustico because we've known this restaurant for years (we have a house in the village) and it's always a guarantee, both for lunch and dinner. The best cuisine in Someraro and the surrounding area. Authentic local dishes with genuine, locally sourced ingredients, cooked simply and tastefully; generous portions and excellent value. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. We recommend it to anyone who loves good, refined, home-cooked food, not the touristy kind like other restaurants in the area. Carla and Andrea

17/08/2025: Great atmosphere, we were welcomed with a glass of nice cold prosecco and some focaccia to enjoy while waiting. The staff was very polite and professional, very competent. We had a mixed Piedmontese appetizer to share. What can I say, excellent. Next came the gnocchi with Castelmagno and sausage and an eggplant parmigiana that I hadn't eaten so good since childhood. It wasn't greasy at all, very digestible. Finally the tiramisu. Finally a tiramisu not soaked in coffee. Made to perfection. Well done guys, see you soon!!!

11/08/2025: There were four of us, one August evening, and we opted for a table outside. The traditional dishes were more than just that: the veal with tuna sauce was exceptional, as was the agnolotti with three braised meats. They were able to offer excellent alternatives to our food intolerances (which is rare). Generous portions, and the staff were kind and friendly. We paid using a "The Fork" discount, but even at full price we would have paid a fair price. Recommended!

27/07/2025: We sat inside the restaurant, where the decor was traditional and very cozy. We ordered pizza. It's a traditional Neapolitan pizza with a thick crust, which can be made in many different variations upon request. We really enjoyed the pizza! We would recommend the restaurant to anyone who enjoys stone-baked pizza.

26/07/2025: We had a really good meal at Lo Scalo! Everything was consistently delicious. The Pasta Frutti di Mare is especially recommended – perfectly balanced, with plenty of seafood, and simply amazing flavor. You can easily enjoy three courses here because the quality is consistently impressive, from appetizer to dessert. One of the better restaurants on the promenade – a little more expensive, but absolutely worth the price. Great food, friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere – we'll definitely be back!

17/08/2025: Very kind and helpful owner who adapts to the language barrier. Bilingual English and Italian. Tastefully renovated hotel. Very comfortable bedding, very clean room. Breakfast is everything you need. Very good value for money. It's a shame the trattoria was closed due to annual leave. We'll come back if the opportunity arises.

29/07/2025: We stayed at the hotel for only 3 days. The hotel was quiet and clean. The room was cozy and clean. Towels were changed daily. In the trattoria, the tables under an ivy-covered pergola make it even easier to enjoy the fabulous dishes coming out of the kitchen. Mr. Paolo is extremely helpful and friendly.

31/03/2025: Das Essen im Pontile war so ausgezeichnet, dass wir gleich 3 Mal dort zu Abend gegessen haben. Die Bedienung war äusserst freundlich, speditiv und sehr kompetent. Die Speisen waren äusserst lecker, ansprechend zubereitet und angerichtet und zu sehr moderaten Preisen. Wir können das Pontile nur empfehlen.

24/08/2025: I've been frequenting Eataly for a long time and have always considered it an excellent place to eat quality food at reasonable prices, but last night wasn't the case. Aside from a lipstick-stained glass that was promptly exchanged, I can't fault the service at all. The staff are always very polite and professional. What I was deeply disappointed with was the food. We had a mixed Piedmontese appetizer, good but nothing memorable, a fried zucchini flower that was decent because it was too soaked in oil, a seafood scialatiello that was nonexistent, a stewed octopus that was absolutely not worth the €24.50 price tag, two glasses of rose wine, a sorbet, and a myrtle liqueur, for a total of €96.80. So, for almost €50 each, I expect to leave satisfied and happy, not disappointed for having paid an exorbitant price for little or nothing. The quality standards that Eataly once guaranteed have not been met: today, there seems to be only reckless price increases, not accompanied by the same attention to raw materials and execution. It's a shame that a benchmark for quality is being lost behind unjustified price increases. Customers should leave satisfied, not feeling like they've been cheated. Dear Eataly, €100 is a lot for what we ate... P.S., at the checkout, what was written was said, the woman was very kind and apologized for my disappointment. But what can you do about it... you're not the one who should apologize.

20/08/2025: We celebrated our birthday at an outdoor table next to the pool. Very beautiful location and lots of greenery. The service has some flaws: there was a bit of a wait for orders and for the food. Other than that, we were all satisfied with the menu.

30/08/2025: The food was excellent, but the service from your employees was not entirely accurate. I recommend that you give instructions to some of the waiters to avoid arguments with customers...

26/08/2025: Very good pizzas. I tried it and returned the following evenings during my stay in Turin. Discount for being a guest at the B&B next door. The brightness may be a little low for the evening, but that's a detail.
