01/10/2025: The hotel is a bit dated but well-finished and very clean. It's located on the outskirts of the city center, and appears quiet. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a decent breakfast for this class of hotel. Excellent on-site parking, although the passage is quite narrow.

11/10/2025: I preferred it before the renovation. Locally speaking, the food is excellent, and the service is equally good.

10/10/2025: I believe this is the best pizzeria restaurant in Savigliano and the surrounding area. Super fresh food, excellent dishes, and incredibly friendly staff. The owner is a wonderful person, always extremely friendly and attentive to customer satisfaction (I even overheard from nearby tables...). Highly recommended, this is a traditional place! Thank you, Mario, for your passion in making everyone feel at home.

29/07/2025: Viajando con un grupo de 33 personas, cenamos en este atractivo restaurante anoche. Pasando por el comedor principal hacia atrás hay un comedor al aire libre con plantas y arbustos. El servicio fue rápido y eficiente. Empezamos con una ensalada mixta, que tenía muchos trozos de tomate. Lo siguiente fue muy buen risotto de hongos, y una galette de queso y espinacas. Me hubiera gustado tener algo de guarnición en el plato.

20/07/2025: Certo, non sarà il Grand Hotel Et Des Iles Borromees, ma se cercate un buon alberghetto tranquillo, in pieno centro a Stresa, a 3 minuti a piedi dal lago e dall'imbarcadero, con camere essenziali ma pulitissime e perfettamente insonorizzate con bagno con sanitari rinnovati, e letto supercomodo, il Fiorentino fa per voi. Molto gentili il signor Federico e i suoi collaboratori, pronti a soddisfare ogni necessità; convenzionale, ma con prodotti di qualità dolci e salati (veramente ottime le marmellate) la colazione, con bevande calde espresse direttamente dal bar. Prezzo nella norma. Possibilità di usufruire di un ottimo servizio ristorante (che ho già valutato positivamente in passato).

06/08/2025: I had been to this place on Tuesday evening after years, when it was still called L'ancora.....since I no longer live in Turin, I hadn't been there again...last night, being in the city and curious about the tasting menu, we tried it...horrible in every way, dirty, smelling of old fish, appetizer not definable with melted cheese on top to cover the old first course, risotto with seafood. It didn't arrive, but a risotto with sauce and 3 shrimp arrived...frozen fried food and all without an asterisk.....old, dirty place...never again, I gave 60 euros and the waitress, after showing me the menu, kept insisting that I had made a mistake (she knows). We looked at the menu together again, which said risotto or spaghetti with seafood...I didn't say a word, paid and goodbye.....not to mention the dirty, old, strange smell.....never again I recommend that, as I've been going to restaurants for years and I'm not a pain in the ass...get rid of this type of menu...work with quality products instead With higher prices but still edible... I would never, ever, bring such disgusting food to my guests' table... And I wonder how certain customers are happy to eat like this... never again... Graziano

18/10/2025: The hotel is conveniently located near the Dante metro station and bus line 18. The room is comfortable, clean, and quiet. The reception is closed for the night, but this didn't cause any problems. The included breakfast is available at a nearby restaurant. The breakfast was good, with excellent pancakes and tarts.

21/09/2025: Let's start with the elevator, where there's a sign saying "Avoid using the elevator between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM due to lack of surveillance." The room's air conditioning was broken. The shower tub didn't have anti-slip safety features. Not to mention the parking, which was listed as free on the website, ended up having to park in a paid garage. The only positive note was that breakfast wasn't served in the hotel, but in a nearby pizzeria.

13/10/2025: We celebrated my son's Confirmation lunch here. The veranda setting was very pleasant because it was just us, and it felt like being outdoors, yet sheltered from the rain and cold. The service was quick and impeccable. The menu was planned in advance, simple yet delicious. The cake was delicious, made with quality ingredients. I often choose this location because it also has an indoor playground with swings and a slide where kids can go to stretch their legs during the long lunches during ceremonies. Highly recommended!

13/10/2025: For over a month, I've been waiting for a call from the entertainment manager to discuss the staff at my daughter's party. The entertainers were incredibly untrained, certainly helpful, but completely incapable of managing a party with so many children. The result? A failed party. The place isn't cheap, and it doesn't deliver what it promises.

26/09/2025: I've been coming here to eat for a few years now, because I've known the owners for a while, especially Ilaria. I've always had a good experience here. The staff is very attentive to everything. A guy named Dany, whom I already knew, recently joined the team. He's very kind and attentive! Every time I'm downtown, I come here to eat.

14/09/2025: A pizzeria restaurant in the center of Novara. The food is pretty good, but the only downside is the service...the wait is enormous, understandable for some dishes, much less so for others. But most importantly, after ordering, we were without water/drinks for over an hour. This is a major flaw. Possible improvement.

12/10/2025: Came here after leaving a nearby un-named restaurant that has a Michelin star but was super disappointing (so bad that we left that restaurant hungry). Anyways, came here afterwards for a dessert. We got the panna cotta It was delicious, service was friendly, wish we’d come here in the first place. Might come back for lunch.

04/10/2025: A true gem in the Langhe! A balanced blend of historic residence, modern amenities, and meticulous customer service! Excellent cuisine, 180-degree views of the Langhe, with some tables even located in the adjacent park (in the summer). A superb location (and restaurant) for the usual, well-known names in the Langhe. The property is one of the historic structures and charming hotels that no one would ever imagine finding in VERDUNO. Enjoy your stay and enjoy a relaxing stay!
